Ubicado a solo 5 minutos a pie de todos los servicios locales que Coral Bay Resort tiene para ofrecer, incluidos restaurantes de calidad, tabernas, chiringuitos, bancos y boutiques. La mejor playa de arena de la zona se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie. Hay un servicio regular de autobuses que va desde el pueblo de Coral Bay hasta el casco antiguo y el puerto de Paphos, con sus bulliciosos mercados, tiendas y tabernas frente al mar, además de carreteo, el parque acuático Afrodita y la histórica atracción Tumba de los Reyes. Beautiful Villa very close to Coral Bay Strip

The villa was very beautiful, we had an easy check in and David was also able to assist us with an earlier check in which really helped. The house had large rooms with lots of wardrobe space, the beds were very comfortable and you are provided with one towel per person so I would recommend bringing towels for the pool. It was a 5 minute walk to Coral Bay, there is a hill which you have to walk up which is ok if your able to walk easily. Coming back is downhill so no problem. You have many bars / restaurants there which are all great! Your a 15/20min walk from the beach and you can also catch a bus to the beach and also the harbour. Overall its a great location for getting around. We really enjoyed our stay here so we would definitely recommend, thanks again!

Lovely villa

Well equipped and clean, fabulous pool and outside areas, position of villa ensures you get the sun all day. Car not essential but advised. David the owner a pleasure to deal with.

Coral bay stay

Very central to the main strip just a short walk away of about 5 min although it is uphill. easy coming back down though after a good night out, nice private pool not too overlooked, realy enjoyed our 2 week stay. Thank you David Rob.

Amazing stay in coral bay

We stayed here for 10 days as a family of 2 adults and 2 children age 9 and 5. David was great with comminication from the moment we booked. He gave very helpful suggestions and was on hand for anything we needed. The villa is a great sized 3 bedroom, will eniugh space for us all and more. The kitchen had everything you could need. The pool was fabulous and was lovely to dip in. The main strip is roughly 5 mins walk from the villa, up a hill but its not terrible. The strip has plenty of bars, shops and restaurants and suitable for families, good pricing, good portions, food was lovely! There is a local supermarket which delivers if needed. The local beach is blue flag, it was very busy, even at 7.30pm, but still room for us to lounge and swim. The harbour is a lovely place to visit and do a boat trip. We had a late night flight and David had the vilaa available and allowed us to remain in the villa until we needed to leave! Thank you so much this was a life saver having the access all day with the kids! Thank you for a terrific stay in your villa! ☀️😊

GREAT VILLA AND LOCATION!

This was actually my 2nd stay at this Villa which again was thoroughly enjoyable. The villa is kept well up to a high standard and is always found clean and tidy. It's a lovely, peaceful, location with shops, restaurant's and places to stop for a nice glass of wine or a beer. which and are only 5-10 minutes walk away. The beaches are lovely and are very near by too. It is cheaper to shop at one of the larger supermarkets such as Lidil which is approx. 10 minutes ride in a car or by using the local bus service. We had 2-3 nights out on the patio having a BBQ which was really nice, there is sufficient seating down stairs, although there isn't at present any seating upstairs we didn't really feel the need to want to sit upstairs on the patio as it was pleasant on the downstairs patio!! Can't fault anything wrong with the villa or the furniture provided at all. Overall I find this an excellent choice to stay. I am considering having my 3rd stay here at the end of October 2013 and will look forward to returning again in 2014!

Villa

This villa is very nice but unfortunately not totally well maintained. When we arrived there was a problem with the keypad (the Letting Agent had supplied the incorrect code) and there was no light above the door making it difficult to eventually put in the correct code. There were lights not working inside which we put right.The door handle was broken - (once again the Letting Agent repaired this). The villa needs painting inside and out to make it brighter. There were 3 sunbeds advertised (the villa sleeps 6) but 2 of these were broken and discarded to the side of the villa - the Letting Agent supplied another one. The upper patio is advertised as having cane furniture(another mis-advertisement) but this was missing - the owner informed the Letting Agent that this had been stolen (!) and then when questioned about the sunbeds advised he was selling the property and did not want to spend any more money. The dining room chairs are past their best however this was not a problem to us as we were outdoors most of the time. The pillows are very inferior - the Letting Agent (once again) brought us two new pillows but there were no spare pillowcases. On a positive note all the appliances worked well, the couches and beds are comfortable and the TV worked (no sky channels) and we all had a brilliant time. It's a shame that the above occurred but it did not spoil our holiday. The villa is in a great location and the view was spectacular over to the hills

Why the owner chose a home in this location. I decided to buy my villa's in this location because it is only a 5 minute walk away from Coral Bay Resort. ive been there before i purchased the villa and loved the stay so decided to buy, as its a place i would visit again , people are friendly, its like my second home .It is only 200 metres away from the sea which is perfect for a morning or late night walk along the beach. and Cyprus weather is good all year round.
