Prčanj holiday lettings

Nada was a wonderful host,beds really comfy. Location to restaurants was easy. On the bus route made getting around easy.

We stayed at the Stone House in Prcanj for six nights. The view from the top window over the bay was stunning, featuring boats, cruise ships, and majestic mountains as a backdrop. The local restaurants in Prcanj were welcoming, offering the expected fresh seafood and local meats, along with a significant Italian influence in their pizzas and pastas. We rented a rib for the day and zipped around the bays of Montenegro, exploring the old Yugoslavian submarine tunnels, having fun with the kids on an inflatable off the back of the boat, and taking in the picturesque mountains and charming villages. Just a ten-minute drive away, we found the historic Mediterranean port of Kotor, surrounded by fortifications from the Venetian era. To have the sea on your doorstep was just perfect to have lazy afternoons. The kids loved jumping in and out of the sea. The local people were friendly and welcoming. The shop below the appartement was well stocked and very convenient. Overall, the trip was relaxed and family-friendly, with fantastic weather. I would highly recommend the accommodation, well-located, and provided easy access to the sea right outside our door, with restaurants, cafes, and bars all within walking distance.

A very large and comfortable place to stay in Montenegro with a lovely pool. Hugh is a great host and made everything very easy. Handy for Kotor and Perast and just a great place to hang out.

The property is very good. Kitchen with all appliances and cutlery, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and a large terrace with great view over the bay and passing cruise ships. Todd for taking sun too. Car park is substantial. There is a free small pebble beach within 5 min walk from the property and a few other beaches in the area. Food in supermarkets is great and inexpensive. There is a small cafe very close with terrace on the sea shore. There are more restaurants in the village. The village is stretched along the shore and the road is narrow in some places - don’t take a large car. Landlords are great, very friendly and always ready to help. Don’t hesitate to book and have a fantastic holiday. We will come again. Family of three

We had a wonderful two weeks in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had the newest of appliances and facilities. We spent many a morning and evening relaxing on the balcony and had spectacular views of the firework festivals and ships. The pool was an added bonus and we enjoyed this facility in the 36 degree heat, if you don't like swimming in the sea! The position of the apartment meant that we could walk to the old town within twenty minutes and visit the local restaurant and bars with ease. We ate and drank well and everything was good value for money. The boutique shops were excellent if you like browsing. We would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay. Annie was very helpful and everyone staying in that particular complex were kind, helpful and respectful. The days out we chose to do were also exciting (with some hairy bus rides!) Don't expect wild, raucous nightlife - this was a romantic, quiet, relaxing break, perfectly suited to our needs. We definitely hope to return in the not too distant future.
