Grande villa avec piscine privée et vue sur la montagne

Cette annĂ©e, nous Voyager en Europe pendant les mois d'Ă©tĂ© et offrent donc de laisser notre maison pour les clients sĂ©lectionnĂ©s au cours de cette pĂ©riode. S'il vous plaĂźt noter que nous changeons mercredi. Les principales caractĂ©ristiques de la villa sont la belle piscine et le jardin, qui est entourĂ© d'arbres et complĂštement privĂ©. Nous avons le wifi gratuit, ce qui est trĂšs important pour les gens ces jours-ci. L'hĂ©bergement est luxueux et a une belle vue depuis les chambres et le salon sur le jardin Ă  la montagne. En plus des deux lits doubles, nous pouvons fournir un lit pliant et / ou un lit bĂ©bĂ©. Nous avons aussi notre petite zone boisĂ©e oĂč vous pouvez fronde le hamac, se dĂ©tendre Ă  l'ombre et Ă©couter les oiseaux et la chute d'eau comme il cascades dans l'Ă©tang Ă  poissons.
SituĂ© dans un cul-de-sac Ă  la pĂ©riphĂ©rie de la ville, il ne prend que quelques minutes Ă  pied des restaurants les plus proches, Ă  5 minutes de la plage et deux grands supermarchĂ©s. ville de Calpe est Ă  environ 5 minutes en voiture. Il y a un sauna que vous ĂȘtes invitĂ©s Ă  utiliser si vous sentez le besoin - nous fournissons douche et des toilettes sĂ©parĂ©es. Des serviettes de plage supplĂ©mentaires sont Ă©galement disponibles. Nous avons un jardinier, nettoyeur de piscine et rĂ©cemment mis Ă  jour et installĂ© la climatisation dans les deux chambres. Nous avons Ă©galement un lit simple supplĂ©mentaire pour un cinquiĂšme invitĂ© ou pour ceux qui n'aiment pas partager un lit double. Incidemment pour les clients 2018, nous avons amĂ©liorĂ© les deux lits doubles avec de nouveaux matelas trĂšs confortables.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay in this villa - everything completely as described. It is clean, spacious, and has everything a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 10) could need. You stay in a self contained studio attached to the right of the villa (the rest of the house belongs to the owners and is locked up). It contains 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living room, but you have all of the wonderfully private outdoor space to yourselves with plenty of seating/relaxing. We loved the outdoor bar area and made great use of the chest fridge. Great communication from hosts (we had a small issue with hot water the first night which was resolved immediately first thing next morning). Nip round to Grizzlys for a bite to eat (call in and reserve a table, especially at the weekend, just to be sure), and we got a taxi into the old town one night (about 15 Euros) and gently strolled back (about an hour's walk). Two good Supermarket are walkable, or 3/4 minutes by car if you have heavy items. Lovely drives into neighbouring villages/towns, but be aware smaller towns close up for siesta over lunch and maybe don't re-open again until 3/4pm). Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Wonderful Holiday!!!!

We arrived back from the villa yesterday and wanted to thank Mike and Chris for a wonderful stay. The villa is lovely and the pool and grounds are excellent. Our two girls really enjoyed the pool every day and didn't want to leave. The villa is in a good spot and we regularly popped round to Grizzly's for just a drink or something to eat. Would recommend Grizzly's as they are very friendly and good prices. You are also very near to Calpe town and various supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The villa is a good size and ideal for 4 people. The only criticism we have is the beds are quite small (would be better kingsize). Clare & Alan Foster

A Great Villa in Los Pinos Calpe

We have just returned home from our tenth holiday at this most amazing villa in Calpe - unfortunately it is starting to feel like home! The garden and pool are fantastic for relaxing and de-stressing from our hectic life in the UK with the living accommodation being comfortable and well accessorized for everything you need. In fact you don't really have to leave the villa if you don't wish to - other than to re-stock on food and wine! There is a great coastal walk to a fantastic beach if you want some gentle exercise. If you want to eat there is a very local (2 minute walk) Indian and Japanese Restaurants with Grizzly's being more of a Bar/Restaurant - all very good value for money. The support you get from everyone involved is always brilliant and they just can't do enough for you. Overall - a great place for a great holiday - well done.

Maravillosos dias de relax en una maravillosa casa.

Hemos disfrutado como niños de la casa, hemos vivido prĂĄcticamente en el jardĂ­n, disfrutando a todas horas de la piscina y de Naya, donde las barbacoas han sido geniales. La casa es maravillosa, al entrar en ella tuvimos la sensaciĂłn de abrir la puerta del EdĂ©n. NingĂșn ruido por la noche, un buen descanso aunque las camas no eran muy cĂłmodas. Esta equipada con todo lo necesario, no echamos nada de menos, aunque si hubiĂ©ramos echado a los mosquitos que nos devoraron( aunque hemos utilizado todo a nuestro abasto, pulseras, aparatos elĂ©ctricos, citronella, repelente), ese ha sido el Ășnico inconveniente pero seguro que repetiremos!! Sr. i Sra. Smith muy atentos!! Solo una pequeña aportaciĂłn : las instrucciones de la casa solo estaban en inglĂ©s ya para los que no dominamos mucho el idioma,...nos hubiera sido mĂĄs fĂĄcil si hubieran estado escritas tambiĂ©n en español.

Excellent 5 star villa

Without a doubt, this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. The outside space is superb. Very spacious gardens, totally private and surrounded by trees. Beautiful birds and lovely birdsong was the main thing we heard. So tranquil. The pool is amazing, very clean as was the rest of the villa. The choice of where to sit was a difficult one, chairs and tables dotted around either in the sun or shade or in the naya which is a wonderful space for when you need a break from the sun. Inside is everything you need. Bedrooms are well air conditioned. The only little thing I would say is that a king size bed would be welcomed. The villa is in a great position. The three local restaurants were very good and perfect if you don't want to drive out in the evening. Calpe is a lovely town. We also visited Moraira and Javea, lovely also. I would also recommend a visit to the mountain village of Guadalest. Amazing views. The Saturday market in Jalon is also worth a visit. Mike is great to deal with. Very helpful and good communication. The fact that we have already booked for next year says it all really!

A nice place in the sun.

A very nice property, although fairly close to the neighbours the grounds being surrounded by high hedges and trees making it quite private, The pool is a decent size and not too cold. The massive palms in the garden make you feel a million miles from home, accommodation was clean and well laid out & we enjoyed looking at the family Photos around the Bar area. It is nice to find accommodation with Restaurants within walking distance.

The villa is incredible and in a great location. The garden, pool and outside living areas are as good as it get's. Calpe is a great place with so many different things to do. Unfortunately we were bitten to pieces by mosquitos for most of the week.

Excellent villa with very private grounds and one of the best swimming pools we've seen.

Excellently sized and beautifully maintained pool, lovely gardens with a fine fig tree, good seating and lying chairs, convenient for local facilities and only a few minutes walk to the sea front. Very, very private grounds, not overlooked and no traffic nor Neighbour noise. Air con very effective. Mattresses on both double beds weren't great. Kitchen facilities OK but looking a little tired. Local Indian restaurant within 200m is pretty good, and the local bar is a thriving and popular establishment. Unfortunately, the worst problem that we had was with the local Asian Tiger mosquitos - clearly the presence of these extremely irritating pests is not the villa owners fault, however, I would question whether keeping the well established pond in the garden is a great idea when all the published advice is to eradicate all local sources of still and stagnant water as these daytime flying and biting pests don't travel more than 200m from their breeding ground during their lifetime. Some people might be immune to them, but unfortunately for us, the mosquitos made it virtually impossible to sit in the lovely shady areas of the house and garden during daylight hours without being bitten to death. Not all of the villa shown in the photos is accessible to visitors, a decent portion of the property being locked up for the owners own private use, but there is still more than enough space both indoors and outdoors for a party of four to live perfectly comfortably. One other point; we only used a local taxi once, and then only for a very short journey on account of my wife struggling to walk, but if Euros 11 for a 1km ride up from the sea front was a representative charge, I wouldn't use a taxi if I could help it.

Luxurious villa, stunning garden and pool

We had a fabulous holiday and can't rave enough about this gorgeous villa. It was tranquil, pristine, everything we needed, with a huge, beautiful, immaculate garden, and a large pool that was essential for a swim in the August heat. It was perfect for me, my husband and 9 year old son, but would equally be perfect for 2 couples. We stayed in the pool and garden until about 7.00 pm every evening as we didn't want to leave! The local restaurants had great food and wine and can walk a little further for more choice. The local small German supermarket has everything you need for breakfast and lunch, but you'd need to go first thing in the morning for fresh bread and croissants. Mike was invaluable and on constant hand by email to answer any of my little queries. One week really wasn't long enough!

Great villa in super location.

Had a great week at Villa, every thing you could need was there. The owners are lovely people and were very helpful before are stay. No maid,pool cleaners or gardeners to worry about for the whole week which was great as we could just relax and chill out with out being disturbed. Easy stroll to shops and beach and local restaurants just around the corner if you fancy a quick bite. All in all a very nice week and we will be back for more!!

Truly a 5 star vacation in a 5 star villa

Firstly I would like to say we had a wonderful holiday. The villa was everything and more than we could have wished for. We loved the location and the privacy, it was immaculate and in pristine condition when we arrived. We loved the local bar and also the Indian restaurant. The only minor negative issue I would have is that we found the small local shop was closed most afternoons and did not stock a lot of fresh bread etc. etc. We had decided not to hire a car this year and the large supermarkets were a bit of distance and extremely difficult to carry a lot of shopping in the heat. I think maybe the opening times, location of shops should be entered into the visitors manual and also a phone number for a local taxi service (preferably English speaking). Once again I would have to say this is only a minor issue and in no way reflects on Mike and Chris. This was definitely a 5 star vacation in a 5 star villa and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. Kind regards Colette Fulton

A secluded haven.

Lovely villa,very well maintained and clean and well equipped. Comfy furniture,beds and bedding. Outside space is fantastic. Lots of comfy garden furniture and the naya is so sheltered that even in the worst rain you can still sit outside. Totally secluded it feels very safe. Pool is in the sun for most of the day ( if it had heating it would be perfect, I did brave it once but it was too cold for the chilly mortal that I am! ) we loved the grassed area and the pond with its waterfall and resident frog ( toad?)and all the fish. Lovely to see all the different birds that came down to drink and the red squirrel too. Beautiful trees. A great place to spend a holiday,close to lots of beaches, shops,attractions nice eating and drinking places and flamingos! We had 10 days at los pinos and didn't want to leave! Would recommend it to anyone. Great Indian food just up the road at Base Camp. Didn't like Grizzlys Bar (again just up the road) we weren't very well treated there although it's very popular with live music on a Sunday. We enjoyed our trip to Terra Natura. The walk along the coast path into Calpe is lovely.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of facilities at villa Los Pinos. We all really appreciated the comfortable beds & excellent standard of both the house & wonderful outside space. So often when four of us our staying together one couple has to endure a much smaller and much more basic second bedroom. Luxury!

Our stay in Spain

This was the first time that we had booked this type of holiday before so we felt quite apprehensive on booking. These thoughts where quickly put at total ease as soon as the owners started to contact us by email and already made us feel very welcome to share their home with us. The personal contact helped to calm the nerves and the information we received by email was first class! We found the property very easily because Mike sent us great directions up front. The villa itself was out of this world not only because it looks so great but because of the level of cleanliness and the available utilities both inside and outside. We have two very small children and we felt secure all the time although we did need to be careful near the swimming pool. Absolutely no problem when you have two small children though because you are on your guard all the time anyway. Being a secure garden helped us to worry even less about the kids and also enjoy the fantastic outdoor amenities available to us. We really enjoyed filling up the outside fridge with cold drinks and spending time around the swimming pool in the afternoon and evening. We cooked every day and found the cooking utensils fully adaquate for what we needed. The local beach is only 5 mins away in the car and it is also fantastic for families. Thanks to Mike and his family we had a fantastic time and we would definitely recommend this property to people with or without children.

Peaceful and private

I did not review this property when we returned as I felt like I wanted to keep this place to ourselves. But months on, we are still talking about how wonderful it was, so it was time to share! We fell in love with it the minute we stepped through the garden door, it opened up into a very large, very private garden, the pool was a very good size and the privacy was so unexpected with mature trees around the perimeter stopping any one overlooking, and tucked away within more trees shrubs and flowers was a pond. I cannot fault anything about this villa, it was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable with a lovely view of the garden and pool, we did not need to shut the curtains at night as it was so private, which meant we woke up to that view for our whole stay. if you do not want to drive the 5 minutes to town, the local restaurants serve fantastic food and are literally two minutes walk from the villa, but as we felt so at home here we shopped at the two large supermarkets on the edge of town and then hid away in our own secret garden for most of the holiday. There is an incredible barbecue and bar area also a place to keep all your drinks cold behind the bar, everything has been thought through, you could not ask for more. Rattan garden furniture & sun beds with mattresses, just wonderful, what a find! Thank you for letting us have a taste of paradise.

My wife and I have lived in Spain for many years and love it here, we are now retired but like to keep busy. We also enjoy sailing and travelling and spend much of the summer either sailing in Greece or touring Europe with our caravan.
When we are not at home, we like to offer our guests the use of our property. During covid, we have completely upgraded our guest accommodation, including two new modern style bathrooms.

We designed and built this villa, having had the experience of two previous homes in Spain. We love it here, close to town and the beach yet away from the summer crowds and noise. It is a big house spread over two 1,000 m2 plots, which makes it quite exceptional for the area.
We have a beautiful lawn, (for Spain which takes a lot of water but we think it is worth it), and an enormous swimming pool. We also ensured that there is plenty of shade, which is essential in the summer. When the sun is hot, we either take our sunbeds under the shade of the trees or move into the Naya, where we have overhead fans if required..
Happily, our guests all seem to like it here - they come back year after year. If you want to share our beautiful villa, then early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment. In addition to the two double beds, we can provide a foldaway single and/or a baby cot if required.
If you stay for two weeks or longer, on Wednesdays, our cleaner comes to the villa to change the sheets, etc. Our gardener also attends to the pool and sprays the trees and the garden every week, using anti-mosquito fogging to keep these pests down.

You will enjoy total privacy in a safe and secure villa, lots of out door space with shade if you need it. It also has the advantage of being really very close to three pretty decent restaurants - all within a couple of minutes walk. The beach is also quite within walking distance, about ten minutes.
You can book our villa for the Summer, early Spring or late Autumn. In addition to the two double beds we can provide a foldaway single and/or a baby cot if required. We change over on Wednesdays which usually means cheaper midweek flights for our guests.
