The Space:
An upstairs studio at La Quinta Resort in the Spa Villas. With dramatic western views of the Santa Rosa mountains from the private balcony, the unit provides guests the perfect opportunity to enjoy desert living at its finest. Guests enter the studio on the ground floor and take an interior flight of stairs to the second floor living area. The studio has a king bed and a separate living area with a full sleeper sofa, TV and mini-bar with a compact refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom has a double vanity and a separate shower and tub. With over 700 square feet of living space and a private balcony, you won't find a better value at La Quinta Resort, a Waldorf Astoria property. The condo is only a short-walk to the main hotel lobby, conference center, restaurants and shops and it is only steps to the spa. The property can be combined with SV103 (Spa Villa One Bedroom at La Quinta Resort) to create a spacious two story unit with two master suites (subject to availability). Enjoy a nice discount over hotel rates for this beautiful home and purchase spa and some hotel services on a fee basis. THE PROPERTY IS A PRIVATELY OWNED RESIDENCE AND GUESTS STAYING IN THE CONDO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ALL HOTEL SERVICES INCLUDING DAILY MAID AND ROOM SERVICE, THE MAIN HOTEL POOL OR THE FITNESS/TENNIS CENTER.

The Spa Villas at La Quinta Resort are a collection of privately owned townhomes surrounding Spa La Quinta. Guests enjoy a premier resort location, beautifully landscaped grounds and access to multiple pools and hot tubs throughout the community. The majority of the townhomes are less than a 5 minute walk to the main lobby area. Multiple dining options, a variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The hotel environment provides a secure, serene setting to enjoy a world-class vacation. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's CareerBuilder Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.

Other Things to Note:
The location of our property makes it unique. No more than a short drive away, you can find some of La Quinta's finest golf courses, including the PGA WEST Pete Dye Mountain Course and the La Quinta-Dunes Course. In addition, The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Shields Date Garden, and Marvyn's Magic Theater are within a convenient distance, making our property a prime selection for varying interests.
