Very disappointed to hear that they thought I was " rude ". Facts................they arrived 2 and a half hours early at the home despite clear and unambiguous instructions. They didn't bother to tell me they were doing this. They complained the pool was not working properly.......so I sent out the pool guy. There was nothing wrong with the pool. They admitted they had made a mistake which caused a great deal of problems within my team. They arranged for friends to stay at the home for 5 x nights, completely unauthorised..........lied about their visit and tried to hide it from us. Eventually admitted they had tried to hide this from us. DO NOT rent your home to these awful people.

Thank you for such a lovely Review. We really do appreciate it. As for the nearest beach...Pine Island with its wonderful white sand beach is only 13 miles or 24 mins in a car.

The lanai has been pressure washed as have all the carpets throughout the home. The picture in the den/study is merely a drawing of the back of a female. If it had offended the family, they could have taken it down. With a family of 8 x people, 6 of whom are children, specific directions are required and necessary. Everything they needed was provided for them. They initially agreed to allow my professional carpet cleaning team in to clean and then at the last minute changed their minds !! Not helpful at all.

Thank you for your positive comments. It is a shame that you were unable to enjoy the Weeki Wachee river and kayaking, due to the current virus, as it is well worth a visit. Hopefully that restriction will be lifted very soon. Almost every previous visitor, has commented on how lovely Pine Island beach is, with its white fine sand, safe environment for the children, clean toilets, easy parking, on site catering and BBQ facilities. This renter left the home in an appalling state. You only have to read his own message to see that I was trying to get the dishwasher repaired but he couldn't be bothered to help with liaising with the repair guy I had sent !! And then moans about it afterwards. This family used up 100% of the propane from the Spa, thus leaving the next renters with zero use of the Spa.....broke pool cues and left them without saying anything.....and their dog caused more damage on various carpets. He also damaged the microwave, poured glue all over the stove trying to fix it, and decided to NOT mention any of this to us, the owners. The withholding of a small part of his deposit was therefore fully justified. For the record....the carpets are NOT white....the fact that we have left some of our " knick knacks" ,whatever that means , does not detract from a fabulous vacation, neither does a pair of flip flops, left for others to use, by the pool !!!! Dreadful renters who left our home in a dreadful state and we would never recommend them to any other homeowners. No " scam " going on.............just having to deal with some truly awful renters.
