Enjoy our beautiful pool home located In the heart of Florida's Gulf Coast! This 3BR/2.5BA home offers all amenities - screened enclosed private and heated pool, relaxing spa, pool table, large screen smart T.V'S, Free Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, private parking and more.
Just minutes away from Commercial hwy and Cortez blvd where you will find plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Only 3 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and 12 minutes to Pine Island Beach Park!

POOL HEATER:
The pool uses an electrical heat pump, It is set to 85 degrees and is on a 12 hours timer. The pool pump and heater will automatically shut off at night and will resume operating the next morning.
****We will NOT run the heater during freezing temperatures, freeze warnings or any severe cold weather! Most pool heaters are not designed to operate in such cold conditions, doing so could lead to potential damage to the heater and drastically decreased efficiency.

Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms. A spacious and comfortable setting with a lovely pool and spa. Everything was clean and organized nicely. Two car garage with access and a quiet neighborhood right next to plenty of shopping nearby. Highly recommend and we all enjoyed our stay, especially our time in the pool!

Horrible property management

There house had ants & bugs and property manger trying to charge for things in the refrigerator tht eas already broken when we got there and lying abt the cleaning,we left tht house clean the only thing we didn’t do is make the beds

Family fun oasis

My family and I stayed for a week and it was one of the best vacations we've had in awhile. For starters, the home had everything we needed in addition to the pool table and the pool which we all enjoyed. The house was clean, neatly put together and comfy. The beds were so nice. We all got a great night's rest every night. The location is also a big plus because you get the feel of a quaint little family friendly neighborhood but all of the restaurants and shopping you could want is just a few minutes down the road. Clearwater is just about an hour away as well as some of the more popular beaches, which we didn't mind because we love just getting out and exploring. Miss Michelle was such a wonderful host. She was always available for any and all of my many questions. We truly enjoyed our time in Spring Hill. We will definitely be making plans to return in the future.

Couldn’t get in the pool for almost 2 days. 1st day pool was green 2nd day pool was still green afternoon was a foggy green, by 7pm we finally able to get in the pool. Issue with remote, and saw a roach probably an inch long. But besides that it was ok

everything we had hoped for...

What a great house and pool area. We unpacked our suitcases and really enjoyed a month there. The house was comfortably furnished and the kitchen well equipped. The owner had also provided all the basic supplies. This was a great find and I would highly recommend a stay her to others. The owner was easy to communicate with and she was very responsive. If we return to this area again, we would definitely stay here!

Just what we needed

This escape away from the cold Northern winter was just what we needed. The rental included beach/pool towels, and floaties for younger kids. The coffee available to us was very thoughtful. We hope to be back again next year!

Fast great short term rental. Due to the hurricane our original booking was cancelled and on short notice we needed to find another home to rent quickly that did no incur and damage. This home fit our needs

Wonderful Pool Vacation home

I had a wonderful stay at this home with my wife, kids and parents. The pool was fantastic fo the children and the location is very close to several attractions. The house was clean and comfortable and we really put in some much needed rest and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Family fun

This is a beautiful spacious home, very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. My family loved the pool and hot tub The owner provided plenty of towels and pool floats! The beds are very comfortable we all slept very well. The home is centrally located close to shopping and the spring. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing home to spend time with family and friends!

Beautiful House, Great Location

This house is perfect! The screened in pool and hot tub was used daily. It has a nice privacy fence around it. Michelle was very quick and responsive to our questions. The house is right down the road from Weeki Wachee. The 3 car garage is huge. We were able to pull the truck in with the kayaks in the back! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michelle for going above and beyond to make our vacation the best!!!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time at this home. There was plenty of room for the entire family and a nice kitchen with a place for everyone to sit down and eat. Clean and felt very safe. The kids LOVED the pool so we spent most of our time on the back patio which is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Great property

We would not hesitate to stay in this lovely home again! Everything was clean, and the house was well stocked. The pool and spa were already heated up when we arrived. The property manager was excellent to communicate with. We had one small problem with the grill, and she quickly replied to my email and fixed the problem immediately. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; the only minor drawback for us was how far we had to drive to get to a nice beach. Still a 5-star property in our opinion!

Spring Training

House was great! Location was easy to get anywhere. Any issues were taken care of right away. Communication was fast and very helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub. Nice how bedrooms are separate. We spent time golfing,swimming and went to spring training baseball game. Everything you need is there. Didn't want to leave!!!

This property is wonderful! The pool and hot tub are a real bonus. It’s updated, clean and well stocked. The host was very easy to communicate with. She made sure our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. This property is centrally located to visit many national parks, beaches and other attractions in the area. One of our favorites was Three Sisters Springs where we saw dozens of manatee in the blue blue waters of the springs. Thanks Michelle for everything, we hope to be back.
