My name is Anne Mackenzie and I'm very pleased to be the owner of this apartment. I'm a senior solicitor working in Glasgow but love to travel, especially to warmer sunny places like Paphos. It's very important to me that my guests have a wonderful holiday and that they feel relaxed and comfortable in the apartment. I've tried to ensure that the decor and appliances are to a high standard and that everything you need is provided. The bed has a superior mattress to ensure that you have a good nights sleep as it's a pet hate of mine to sleep in an uncomfortable bed. I provide a visitors guide with lots of information on where to go in the area and things to do, lots of top tips for you! I'm fortunate to have an excellent property manager who will be on call for you 24/7.

I purchased this apartment because I love the beautiful village of Peiya, a great base to explore the island from. However, if you just want to stay local amenities are close by. Whether it's restaurants, shops, culture and history, pubs, sea and sand. It really has something for everyone! Paphos has a long holiday season because of the great, sunny weather. It's a wonderful place to escape the British weather during the winter. The sunsets in Paphos are incredible (especially from the balcony!) and the locals are so friendly and welcoming. The apartment is a home from home in the sun. It has beautiful, large outdoor pool, smaller low level pool and indoor pool, table tennis room, sauna and gym (with shower and toilet facilities). You can also just drive down the road for a swim in the sea - bliss!
What makes this Apartment unique
The apartment is in a prime location for total relaxation. It's very new and really smart, a perfect holiday destination. As well as being a great price for the standard of accommodation you can save so much money having all your food and drinks readily available in your own fully equipped kitchen. Have coffee on the balcony when you wake in the morning and a cool beer in the evening with no room service charges to pay! Having property managers on call 24/7 gives guests the benefit of knowing that they can get assistance at any time if required. Rob and Vicki Jan are an English and now live in Cyprus. They are so friendly and helpful and can even do your shopping or collect you from the airport for a small extra charge (cheaper than a taxi!). I've provided a selection of DVDs and CDs. There is a great WIFI connection and a wide range of English speaking satellite TV channels.

Perfect and peaceful
The apartment is all it says on the website. Perfect for a long or short break. Only thing missing was the table tennis table. The owner was very helpful and would not hesitate to stay again if going to Cyprus. Very well equipped.

Anne's 1 bed apartment is so beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It really felt like home.
It has the best location on the complex. From the huge balcony, you have a great view of the pool & can see the sea, but it's not directly around the pool area, giving you total privacy & seclusion when sat outside.
There are so many English tv channels, as well as films, iplayer, and lots more I couldn't suss out!!! ( I'm useless when it comes to technology)
Vanessa apartments complex is the most peaceful place I've ever stayed. It's so quiet & relaxing, do not go here if you like loud music at all hours & partying around the pool...you'll spoil it for everyone else who is there to totally relax!!!
The pool was spotlessly clean, perfect temperature, and pretty large.
I didn't use the indoor pool or gym, but they looked good.
Just a 5 minute walk away you'll find a supermarket, some restaurants, and the bus stop for buses to coral bay & Paphos.
All in all a perfect getaway. I couldn't fault it, & hope to return over the winter months for some peace, relaxation & winter sun!!
Should just mention Rob, the apartment manager. He drove me from and back to the airport for a very reasonable fee, and was on hand if I needed anything, or a lift somewhere.

You are within a short drive to the EU Blue Flag beach at Coral Bay.
The apartment is 30 mins drive from Paphos International airport. Taxi and car hire is available at the airport. Car hire is not essential but recommended. A regular local bus service to Coral Bay and neighbouring towns and villages stops close to the apartment.
My property managers can collect you from the airport for a charge of 60 Euros return door to door (cheaper than a taxi!).
Peyia village just five minutes walk away offers local shops, supermarket, bank with ATM machine, tavernas and pubs. Bowling club is less than one mile away.
You are just five minutes drive from Coral Bay beach and restaurants and twenty minutes to popular Paphos town with its charming harbour, restaurants, shops & bars.
Peyia still holds onto its strong Cypriot values. The original village, church and coffee shops with its meandering streets dominate the village centre where people pass the time of day. Surrounding villages such as Tela, Kissonerga, Chlorakas and St. George are all similar interesting places to visit. The local village shops seem to always be open in the village. The smell of fresh bread from the bakery and the meat cut to order at the local butchers, along with the abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables at the local supermarket compliments this wonderful way of life. The views when walking down from the village are breathtaking! A visit to 'The Grande' a local taverna in the midst of the village to quench your thirst and a taste of local cuisine or try Savvas Grill with local Cypriot cuisine and join in the Cypriot dancing! With a car you can visit the beautiful surrounding beaches of i.e. Latchi, Polis, Larnaca, Ayia Napa and Protaras.
Cyprus offers golf, water sports, horse-riding, fishing, mountain-biking, jeep safaris, tennis, Winter sun breaks and good nightlife.
