Excellent place to stay, very comfortable for six people with plenty of space and with all the facilities needed. The pool and outside area was lovely and easy walking distance to beaches, clubs and restaurants in that area. Would definitely come again! Thank you.

Beautiful & well located villa

I’ve stayed in this villa on two separate occasions as it is nice to be so centrally located but also have the calm provided by the villa. The outside area is particularly pleasant to either sit by the pool, or enjoy dinner / drinks under the terrace. Communication with the host was always easy and straightforwards. I hope to make it back to stay here again at some point!

Accommodation was great for our stay. Has everything you need and in walking distance from restaurants and the old town. Although close to some nightclubs the villa is quiet Parking is possible outside the villa free of charge

Fabulous villa close to Ibiza Town. A perfect oasis.

Lovely week spent in this villa which is close to amenities yet tucked away. Couldn’t fault the villa or the owner, who was very helpful when needed. We had a fabulous time and would stay there again.

Loved everything about this place! It was clean, had everything we needed, the pool was gorgeous and so refreshing! Pablo is an exceptional host, easy to contact and very friendly. The house was close to the beach and restaurants and shops a short walk.We'll definitely be back

The villa is lovely, rustic, so much space and fully equipped. The pool is fantastic, its large with a shallow and deep end. Location is perfect, 5 mins the the beach

Cute little villa waking distance to Bossa and Ibiza Town plus a little Eroski super close by. I'd say villa is better than the photos, there is one large double room with an ensuite and then 2 bedrooms (one Twin and one Double) at the back with a bathroom between. But most both the Doubles are large and can easily sleep 2 singles. Pool and surrounding area is a decent size given the villa is only for 6 people.The kitchen is a little small but has a dishwasher and all the stuff you could possibly need.

My best friend and I spent 2 lovely weeks celebrating our 50th birthdays at Pablo’s gorgeous villa, with a combination of our partners, children and friends. The villa is comfortable, very well appointed and just as described. The pool and garden area is spotlessly clean with beautiful planting and perfect for relaxing in the sun or shady areas with plenty of entertaining space. The location was great for all with easy access to shops, restaurants, clubs, the beach and taxi rank a 2 minute walk. In spite of its central location the villa itself is a peaceful oasis once inside. Pablo and the cleaning team were brilliant, and any queries we had were dealt with promptly. We would love to stay again when we are back in Ibiza!

Great location for families with young adults.

The villa is perfect for a family of 6 with young adults who go to clubs. Short distance to most of the clubs, which is great since the clubbers come back between 5 and 7 am
, ibiza old town is 10 mins away driving and the beach is a block away but the nicer part starts at about 15 mins walk away. We really liked the Playa Soleil beach club. We really enjoyed staying at Pablo’s villa.

Great villa, beautiful pool area, well equipped, friendly owners, quiet, walking distance to beach, restaurants, nightlife & Ibiza Town boat, plenty of parking. Quick access to the main roads so everywhere on the island is less than 45 minutes drive away.

Great Villa
..Perfect Location

We have been coming to Ibiza for over 20 years and this time around we stayed at this lovely villa with our best friends 😊 We thought the location was perfect, close enough to walk into Playa d’en Bossa but far enough out that the noise etc does not impact your stay. The pool is wonderful and not too cold, the villa itself was perfect for us and what we needed. Great communication and assistance also before and during our stay. Amazing memories made and would definitely stay here again 👍 Thank you

very nice house with wonderful outdoor area

the villa with its big covered terrasse and its quite big pool was very nice and peaceful. Kitchen is very well equipped, the weber grill was clean and very good. From the house it's a 5 min walk to the Platja d'En Bossa, to the best section of the beach a bit longer though. Convenience shops close to the house as well.

Kept that “walk through the door smile” all week

Wondering place to explore Ibiza. Water taxi to Ibiza town a 5 min walk away. Pool was so refreshing. Nights were quiet. The clubs east to get to. Lots of space and excellent sleeping for 6 adults.

Nice house with great pool and wonderful garden

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed our stay to all extends. The house is located close to a mercadona (ca. 10mins). Although close to the airport you rarely see or hear planes. One suggestion: An outdoor shower would improve the pool area a lot. The host is charming and we were able to prolong our stay for one day spontaneously. We would love to come back in the future.

Great house in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. It is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped to fully meet our needs. The inside space is large and the outside garden is perfectly landscaped with beautiful plants making it and the pool very private. We liked spending time on the terrace dining and lounge areas. The house was in a great location for us; walking distance to shops, the boat into the city centre and a taxi rank. Although close to the centre of Playa d'en Bossa the house is very tranquil. We would definitely stay here again if our group size is 5/6.

Nice located and well maintained!

The little finca is equipped with all you might need. The people take good care and act immediately in case of any need. Very kind and gentle persons. Super close to a supermarket, restaurants and the beach. Yes, so close to the big hotels you can hear the party but it’s not a big thing. 15 min to the airport makes commuting easy. Would we come back ? Yes! We liked it!

Perfect villa for our family

The house was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was there. Pablo’s mother gave us a quick tour. There was even some fresh fruit, water and a bottle of wine to welcome us. The beds were fine and tidy, there is a smart TV with streaming services, excellent free Wi-Fi, a big and comfortable coach and of course the swimming pool. Booth the villa and the garden were very clean and felt safe with good fencing including a camera. Parking was possible directly at the house and was free of charge. The location is close to everything, both Ibiza town and the airport are just a few minute drive away. Shops, suoermarket, beach and restaurants are all in walking distance. Owner Pablo inquired iduring our stay whether everything was in order, which it was. I definitely recommend this accommodation!
