About this property

Villa With Private Pool And Stunning Views - 5 Star rating from guests

A really lovely villa located in the prestigious Marcolina urbanisation with outstanding sea and mountain views. Alcossbre has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes. Peniscola, with its walled old town and markets is about 25 minutes away.
The Villa has a large swimming pool which is on the same level as the ground floor of the house.
There are 4 bedrooms, two with their own bathrooms and two with a shared bathroom.
The two double bedrooms on the first floor have AC
The two twin bedrooms have fans.
In addition there is a lounge, dining room and library.
There is also a free wifi connection .
The Villa is close to the Village but due to its elevated position are car is needed.
Access to the Villa is via the drive with 12 steps or from the road with 48 steps. It is not suitable for people with a disability.


Unfortunately due to previous problems we do not rent to gusts attending the Beniecassim festival.

Why they chose this property

We bought the property from new in 1999 and during the last ten years we added the lounge, dining room, pool and master bedroom. Our reasons for buying is we fell in love with the area, it's not over developed like southern Spain, the beaches are great and inland there is some wonderful countryside. We also back onto the National Park with quiet beaches, great walking paths and bike trails.

What makes this property unique

One of the benefits of the property is that even in summer you can have peace and quiet with magnificent panoramic views down to the sea. At the same time we are only 5 minutes by car from the village and the beaches
