Air-conditioned Villa with WiFi and Heated Private Pool in Beautiful Garden

This air-conditioned 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa (sleeps 5) with large heated private pool (8mx4m) in well maintained garden is located in the beautiful Las Fuentes area of Alcossebre. The private pool can be heated to 28 degrees Celsius (from 01/06 to 01/10) if booked at least 7 days before arrival. Heating outside of this period, on request at 100€/week. The villa also provides access to a large communal pool (July and August) and tennis court and is just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful boardwalk, lighthouse, beaches, supermarket, mini-golf, natural park Serra d'Irta, restaurants, bars, bakery, ... yet in a very peaceful and quite residential street. The villa is well equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, TV, dvd player, wifi, bbq, child cot, high chair, washing machine ... There are 3 terraces (1 closed, 1 open, 1 sun terrace) all overviewing the garden and pool. From the sun terrace you have a nice view on the mountains, natural park, light house and a small sea view. Bed linnen, towels, beach towels, ... are also provided. The villa is supplied clean, and will be cleaned for you upon departure. The villa is a non-smoking property. (Reg.
