Extremely large apartment situated on a hill with magnificent sea views and easy access to beach. Brand new air conditioning system installed Feb 2023.

Wonderful sea view from the bedrooms and lounge. Amazing 1800 sq ft roof terrace with sun loungers, pergola and table and chairs. Seeing is believing. 55ft sea-facing balcony.

Local beach 5 mins walk. Tryall Golf course is only a few mins away in the car.

Montego Bay 25 mins by car. Negril 45 mins. Dunns River Falls 80 mins

It was great, the hostess Ms. Deleta was very pleasant, professional. She did a great job showing us around, it was me and my daughter’s birthday, she decorated the entrance along with the bedrooms, she even had a bottle of wine for us. It was a pleasure staying there and we would do it again.

Stay at Penthouse in Hopewell

Penthouse Apartment With Magnificent Sea View was very appropriate for my family of 6. It was 30 minutes from Montego Bay where we visited Harmony beach did some water sport and visited the private Doctor's Cave beach. It was about an hour drive to Ricks Cafe in Negril. The accommodation was great with 3 bedrooms ensuite. The air conditions were all working well and the manager was helpful and available. We had a great time indeed on a budget!

A Traveler's Dream

EVERYTHING about this property was GREAT! The property was exactly as described. The pictures were not outdated and the description can't begin to describe the view or breeze from the verandah overlooking the ocean. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and compassionate. Following an unfortunate experience in MoBay, we were blessed with a home-cooked Caribbean meal that we will never forget! I will definitely book this property again!

Just as described, the is a beautiful 3 bedrooms 4 baths apartment very spacious and the view is spectacular. My only complain with this apartment is that it can be better maintained. The host needs to ensure that there is more detailed cleaning gets done before guests arrives and not just surface cleaning. The person that's in charge of maintaining this property needs to do a better job because this is a beautiful apartment with beautiful furniture and fixtures. Aside from that, we had great time.

Will definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mike was always easily accessible and responded to all our questions. Deleta our host, was amazing, friendly, helpful, always had a smile. The view from the property is breathtaking. We enjoyed waking up early and watching the sunrise from the beautiful upper deck. The house is roomy, has more than enough washrooms, large kitchen, very clean. Again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely use this property again. Thank you, Mike.

Wonderful Place

Had a GREAT time! House is very clean with an amazing caretaker who is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. All amenities worked well. The sea breeze that comes into the house is heavenly. Good central location for day tripping to Negril and Ocho Rios. Went up to the mountains as well to YS falls which is awesome. All communication with the host was very easy and prompt. Beautiful beautiful home

Well the space is beautiful we had a few concerns the first night 1 the internet wasn’t working after contacting prior to arrival and was told it was 2 Two of the bedrooms the ac was not working properly however they were outstanding when it came to any issues! You definitely need a car as it’s quite far from all the action! If you want solitude it’s perfect It’s 45 mins to Montego Bay beautiful views magnificent actually so ideal and the manager Deleta is outstanding she made us a smoothie on our first day which was heavenly You

Great time in Jamaica

There were 6 adults in our group. The house was perfect, as we all had our own bathroom per bedroom and extra space to relax and enjoy our time. Deleta the property manager was wonderful. She was there to greet us and show us around the property. She left us her contact information to contact her if we needed her. The property was beautiful and views were amazing! The house if fully furnished, as if you were in your own home. Drive to Montego Bay was about 20 minutes. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. We didn't see too many people while we were coming or going from the property. Would definitely recommend!

Our family of 5 stayed there for 8 days, and this home is exactly as described and beautiful inside and out. Deleta, the property manager, was very helpful and always available with our needs and questions. She also cooked several delicious meals for us and we learned lots about the Jamaican food and history from her as well. This home has the most beautiful views especially from the roof top. The sea on one side and the mountains on the other. Not to mention the relaxing breeze you feel from the sea. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to meet the owners, Mike and Gwen, but they were quick to respond with all our questions before we arrived there. Look no further. You will love this place especially if you want to learn more in depth about the true Jamaican culture as opposed to staying at a resort. Big thanks to Deleta, Mike and Gwen for allowing us to stay there and for their wonderful hospitality and information.

House in Hopewell

We really enjoyed our stay here. The purpose of our trip was to reconnect (and disconnect from our electronics) with our teenagers. The location of this home was perfect for that as we didn't want any distractions. The check-in process was a bit annoying at first as we had to contact the owners, due to incorrect number given initially. However, once we were finally able to contact the owners and got the proper location of the property, we were on our way. When we arrived, we were greeted by Daletta(sp) the property manager who have been incredibly awesome the entire time we were there. The house was extremely clean and suitable for our family. We did however had issues with the air conditioning in one of the rooms. The hot water is heated by solar located on the roof, so needless to say if you showered at night, you will have to be quick as you will run out of hot water. The living room also did not have AC, so whenever we sat out there to talk, we were lucky enough to have not so bad weather where we could sit with the doors and windows opened that provided a nice breeze. We didn't get a rental car as we weren't comfortable with the driving on the opposite side of the street, however, the cab services were available every time we needed it. The Mega Mart that was on the way to Hopewell, was incredible as it just about had everything we needed and were used to. If you were contemplating traveling to Montego Bay and don't really want to stay in the hustle and "bustle", this place is amazing for that!! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views!

This home is absolutely beautiful with the most breathtaking views of the ocean. My group of six enjoyed staying at this property. Please note that this property is 30 mins away from Montego Bay and there is not a lot to do in Hopewell. The beach is a short distance away which was nice. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan and a/c unit. Taking a shower can be cumbersome as hot water is not in surplus like the states to be mindful when using it. Overall the stay was pleasant. Do bring OFF repellent so that you don’t get bit by mosquitos as bad as we did. Deleta, the house manager was nice and friendly. We were also able to meet the owners as they came into town right before our departure and they were such a nice couple. They gave us a few tips on places to go and things to do.

Beautiful, spacious vacation rental

We had 5 adults in our party and this apartment was perfect. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room with a separate dining room, and a beautiful kitchen, all topped off with an amazing sundeck on the roof. There is a lot of space to spread out and do your own thing, or come together and socialize. It is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the sunset over the water. The natural breeze and ceiling fans keep the apartment from overheating, and each bedroom, and the dining room, has an air conditioner. Hot water is provided by a solar heater on the roof, so hot showers need to be kept to a minimum, but there is plenty of water to do the dishes. And, laundry can be done at an additional price. The house manager, Deleta, is a local with lots of local knowledge. She is very helpful with any house issues that may arise. (We had an issue with one of the air conditioners the first night, and she had it fixed and ready to go the next day.) We took her on one of our adventures to The Great River and had a wonderful time. We would recommend this property to families or multiple couples looking to explore western Jamaica on their own, outside of a resort.

Amazing!

I was so impressed with this home. It is beautiful, spacious and modern. I always felt safe in the neighborhood and I loved being so close to a beach. My favorite part is the view from the terrace! I must have taken dozens of photos of that alone! I highly recommend this property. You will not regretit. I am definitely planning to return.
