This recently built villa is fully equipped and comprises of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. Has a beautiful 10m by 5m pool with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. All rooms are air-conditioned including the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The villa also has a large underground basement with electric shutter opening which can park up to 3 cars. The garden is walled, secluded and very spacious and has a lawn for children to run around in, olive and fruit trees. Internet access. Ideal getaway for families, couples or even golfers. Excellent yet peaceful location within walking distance to the charming village of Ozankoy. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches, the famous Kyrenia harbour & Bellapais Abbey all within easy reach. Perfect holiday home.

We stayed at this amazing villa in Cyprus and it was perfect for our group of 10. Everyone had their own bedroom, which made it very comfortable. The villa is spacious, with a large pool and a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea from the yard. Highly recommended!

Summer 2024

The Villa is tucked away at the top of the hills overlooking Girne. Close to Bellapay wonderful view over the city and port. You would need a car as it is tucked away. 5 bedrooms great for family. Pool and terrace good. The Villa is well stocked with your basic needs.

nice big Villa, perfect for or group of ten people. A little bit difficult to find but overall a perfect stay for us. Owners are very helpful and fast with replys.

Beautiful

Beautiful villa! Throughly enjoyed our stay. Was hard to find at first and did take us a little while but once found it was very easy to then refind it. There is everything near by but it is all a car journey away which didn’t bother us. We was sad to leave

We had a lovely time at the villa. It is a little far out and you would need a car, but very central to various places and views that you wouldn’t get anywhere else. We would 100% return

Relaxing stay with beautiful views

What a lovely house for a holiday, our family of 9 had a great time, the views were amazing by day and night, sitting by the pool relaxing. The pool was big and fun. The house was a bit difficult to find and you do need a car but once found it was fab and near to Kyrenia Harbour and quite central to other places of interest to visit too. Thank you to Afzal, the property manager for all your prompt and friendly help with our queries. Would definitely recommend.

2 week stay

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at villa blue sky. The property manager Afzal was very good, we had a small issue with the pool pump which he rectified more or less immediately. We hope to be returning soon.

Villa blue-sky Was a brilliant villa 7 adults stayed for 7 nights every thing you could want was there you do need a car or taxi about the village can't fault it. Also the villa manager fery helpful and couldn't do enough for us loved it

perfect for a family or group of friends

Even before we arrived, the communication with the owners and their representatives on site was reassuring and all our questions answered. On arrival everything was in order and the villa was well equipped for our family. The location was perfect for us, just inland but with a gorgeous view of the sea, Kyrenia harbour and the mountains behind. I would suggest a car is essential to get around the area and visit the local beaches. We arranged for a cab to collect us from the airport to take us to the villa and this proved to be a wise decision as google maps could not locate the villa and had we driven from the airport it may have taken us a while to find the villa. I can't think of a single thing I would have changed. The only down side is that we had to leave at the end of our holiday.

Lovely villa and location

We had a fabulous holiday at the villa.9 of us and we loved the privacy yet short walk via the field paths to the village which had a good choice of local bars and restaurants. The villa was very well equipped and the pool area and view from same were superb.We are definitely converts to Ozankoy!

Excellent holiday in Blue Sky. The bedroom configuration suited us as there were 9 of us. The pool and view were spectacular. The only issue we had was trying to find it particularly as it was dark. The gps coordinates didn’t seem to help the taxi driver. A hire car is essential. I would recommend the villa to families.

Idyllic setting in good location.

We stayed in villa Blue Sky for 1 week and we didn't want to leave. Whilst the villa is not close to the town or harbour it is only 20 mins in a taxi. Many taxi companies will find it from the harbour. Highly recommend visiting Bella Pais Abbey which is only 10 mins by taxi from the villa. When we arrived the fantastic property management team had left basic supplies in the fridge and a very comprehensive manual to help us get around and find our feet. We had no issue getting hold of Aylin and when we had an issue with the WiFi it was sorted quickly and efficiently. The location is breathtaking with views of the coast and town. The accommodation was faultless and full of everything you could need to make your holiday perfect. There is a bbq area and plenty of chairs and beds to rest all day. The local residents are very friendly and keen to help if you do take a wrong turn. I advise car hire although we didn't as we were happy to bumble along in taxis. We had 6 adults and 2 children in our party as we were guests at a wedding and we would all return without question. Communication with the villa owners was also very easy and smooth. The transfer is around 1 hour 30 mins from the airport if flying into larnaca.

mooi huis wel problemen in de voorzieningen en met afspraken over vervoer

Een prachtige woning op een mooie locatie met uitzicht op zee en vlak bij een mooi oud klooster Bellapais. We hadden echter problemen met het zwembad, waardoor het schoongemaakt moest worden en we het 2x niet konden gebruiken ( 1x 6 uur 1x 24 uur) daarnaast was er een probleem met het water. We hebben ruim 12 uur zonder water gezeten. De regeling met vervoer van en naar de luchthaven in combinatie met autohuur is niet goed gelopen, waardoor we behoorlijk extra kosten hadden aan de taxi van/naar het vliegveld. De contactpersoon was wel vriendelijk en bereidwillig.te helpen.

Wonderful family size Villa. Beautiful views unspoilt location.

We had a lovely two weeks at Villa Bluesky. It's Great location in the hills gives fantastic views but makes the use of a car to local beaches, tourist attractions and supermarkets a must. As a large family with children we made good use of the pool and BBQ area and kept cool in the heat with the excellent air con. Although we cooked a lot at the Villa we also eat at several very good local restaurants, some within walking distance. Thanks to the husband and wife team who managed the property who helped to sort a few minor issues whilst we were there and prior to our arrival with pickups and car hire.

Perfekt för hela familjen

Vi var där med våra vuxna barn och barnbarn. Allt var toppen. Härliga handlingspromader ner till ”Sah”, med taxi hem medmatvaror. Kan verkligen rekommendera ”Five Finger” resturang. Har Ni tur tar ägaren med Er till sin trädgård och bjuder på frukt och färska vaktelägg.

A beautiful, modern spacious villa.

We loved our stay at Villa Blue Sky. The villa is modern, clean and very spacious with a wonderful open plan feel. There are lovely views of the sea and over to Kyrenia from both the balconies and beautifully laid out pool and sundeck. The woman who attends to guest services is friendly and efficient and has really good English. We booked this, as one of three villas for our daughter's wedding and it was agreed by all that this was by far the best. In fact one of our family party who holidays in Cyprus every year is intent on booking this one in future. It is a little hard to find at first but once you are used to the area you can drive to the centre of Kyrenia in 15 mins or the well stocked local shop is a 15 minute stroll away. Most people would find a hire car essential here. Cyprus was not difficult to drive and the local people are friendly and helpful. We would suggest you book a hire car and transfers through the villa as they were efficient. We took toddlers and a 7 year old who really enjoyed the pool and open space but it would equally suit a group of adults. We all had a lovely time.

This is a family owned villa. We were born in Cyprus but grew up in London. We bought the villa so our children could go back and visit their relatives and enjoy great weather.

The villa was located in a perfect spot for us, a short drive to the local beaches and a short drive to the beautiful town of Kyrenia. We loved the short walking distance to the local restaurants in the village.

We love the view from the terraces, in the north you have the Mediterranean and on a clear day can see the coast line of Turkey. To the south you can see the Besparmak mountains.
