Stunningly beautiful property which retains its natural beauty while having all the modern facilities needed. Lovely and secluded while not far from Pollenca or Puerto Pollensa. And although not on a main road, it felt completely safe at all times. Spotlessly clean with the most lovely package of basics on arrival. Communication was excellent from Prestige Villas both before and during the stay with a personal Visit from them. We were given most gorgeous fresh picked fruit when the owner and cleaner came twice a week which was above and beyond. Bedrooms were perfect with extremely effective air conditioning. Didn’t want to leave at the end of our two weeks! Can’t recommend highly enough !

Tout !! ...La corbeille d'accueil avec des produits locaux à notre arrivée.L'emplacement au calme, le charme de la maison. Un magnifique jardin paysagé avec une piscine. Les équipements , climatisation, cuisine etc.... Un grand merci à toute l' équipe de Prestige Villas qui s'est occupée de nous suite à une annulation de dernière minute par une autre agence. Merci tout particulièrement à Josep Sebastian, Ana et Anja pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Et merci aussi pour le sourire et la gentillesse de Margalida, la propriétaire de la villa que nous avons rencontrée à la fin du séjour. Des vacances en famille extraordinaires !

Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Ebenso besitzt die Finca alles was man benötigt. ( Swimming Pool, Grill, Küchenausstattung, Badehandtücher) Bei Ankunft erhält man einen reichhaltige Korb mit Lebensmittel. Auch besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist die Kommunikation (mit vielen Tipps) mit Anja und Ana.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind) hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Wir haben die Ruhe (und dennoch schnelle Fahrt ins Zentrum von Pollenca) sehr genossen! Der Außenbereich war groß und mit viel Liebe gepflegt und mit ausreichend Liegen, Schirmen, extra Poolhandtüchern, einer Kinderutsche und einem Grill ausgestattet. Der Innenbereich ist etwas älter und rustikal aber gepflegt und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir wurden außerdem mit einem üppigen Snack Korb, Wein, Wasser, Milch, etwas Kaffee und Küchenutensilien empfangen, so dass wir erstmal alles nötige hatten als wir ankamen. Am 2. Tag kam jemand von der Agentur und hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und ein paar Tipps gegeben. Nach einer Woche kam die sehr nette Besitzerin des Hauses um uns zu Begrüßen und für eine Reinigung. Alles in allem hat alles wunderbar gepasst und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Unterkunft war einfach wunderbar! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders haben wir den Empfangskorb geschätzt, der mit kleinen Leckereien gefüllt war und uns das Gefühl gab, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir fanden alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchten. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The Villa is located in a quiet area and provides a very relaxing place for a family holiday. It was very clean, had all the amenities that we required and we had a great family holiday. It’s location is also ideal if you’re planning to cycle. The service provided by Prestige was excellent, they responded instantly to any questions and I need to mention the owner herself (who took care of the cleaning whilst we were there). She was was incredibly thorough in the cleaning but also proactively having other things seen to whilst we were there such as getting the pool guy back to do extra cleaning of the pool. Points to note if going to stay: You will need a car. We had a small suv which was ideal for the dirt track to the Villa. Mosquitoes were active from 5pm onwards so have sprays and burners for that (I regret not p

Amazing place to stay for 4 people and a couple of kids. The villa has everything you need for a week long stay and you are in a quiet area of Mallorca with great places to see. GPS coordinates are the easiest way to get to the villa - instructions provided are also excellent but can be a bit trickier at night (like with everything driving). Special thanks to Jane, Ana and their team that manages the property - they are highly responsive and the welcome pack provided was one of the best we’d seen. We will happily come back!

Ana was super responsive, she went beyond to provide tailor made recommendations! She visited us in person on the second morning and provided a lot of information about the area. Margalida, the owner, passed by during our stay as well! Lovely older lady who created such a lovely garden, so well looked after! Unfortunately our Spanish was too little to communicate much but she was still a very pleasant person. Only recommendation we have: exchange the mattresses or maybe the entire bed on the first floor! No chance to turn from side to side without it cracking everywhere and the mattresses werent the best anymore! Otherwise a great, relaxing and peaceful stay!

A perfect holiday in a wonderful property

Ca Na Margalida is a glorious property, either as a home or as a home-from-home holiday home. It is in a perfect situation with a quiet and rural feel, but yet is only a short drive from the shops and restaurants in Port de Pollensa and the beaches of Formentor and Alcudia. The outside space is lovely with a great pool, flowers and plants and an olive grove, with views of the lovely neighbouring fincas. The sitting areas are spacious and comfortable and offer shade or sun as preferred. There is a barbecue, although we didn't use it. There is space for several cars, so parking is very easy right outside your front door. The inside of the property is far superior to the impression given by the photographs, and is extremely well equipped, with plentiful supplies for full occupancy. Also, there is a safe, which is free of charge. Thoughtfully a welcome pack was included with wine, a map and a great instruction manual, and household supplies such as dishwasher tablets were provided. Prestige Villas did a very professional job, and Margalida and her daughter are utterly charming. Highly recommended.
