We had a great time at the condo. The location is just fantastic, only few meters away from the amazing private beach with own chairs. The house is very well equiped with everything that was needed, especially the sand toys were highly appreciated by the kids. Communication with the manager was very easy and helpful.

We really enjoyed the condo in all respects; it was clean, comfortable, well appointed, well decorated. We had a two week stay and we had a great time and were sad to leave.The location was terrific, especially the short walk out the key coded front door and down a sandy walkway to a great section of private beach devoted to Siest Beach House. Having chairs and lounges already down there for you to take made it so easy to just get up and get to the beach. Bonus: you didn’t even have to bring them back as they were collected every night after sunset by staff.Very good location for access to Siesta Key Village as well as off the Key into Sarasota and further.Varinia, the owner, was a special treat in her attentiveness and care for our happiness. She was always pleasant and respectful and engaging. We will return and I can attest that you will have a great time at this property on vacation in Siesta Key.

Few steps away from the beach

Getaway for Mother’s Day weekend with the family! I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends! Very clean, and comfortable, very close to the beach!

The condo was very clean and updated. It had everything that we needed for a 5 night stay with two young kids, including a beach wagon, umbrella, beach towels and beach toys! Located just steps from the beautiful beach. The community pool was clean and well maintained. We had it to ourselves most of the time. Our trip was the week of the 4th of July - fireworks on the beach were an A!!

Perfect condo

The location of this condo was perfect. We were right between the two areas on Siesta Key to eat and close to the south bridge to get back to the mainland and all the grocery stores and additional restaurants. The condo was tucked off the main road and very quiet. The access to the beach and chairs was great and the beach itself was amazing! Varinia was very responsive and helpful with all questions. We highly recommend this condo. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation!

Loved Siesta Key!

The only thing we didn’t care for were the stairs. They were narrow. Some lose floor tiles in the master bedroom. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Spring Break

No complaints, other than beach access. The gulf side gate guys defended that place like Fort Knox. Packing for a beach day with small kids made it much more of a hassle than just driving down to the public beach-which we ended up doing.

I live locally in Sarasota and feel this is the best place in the world to live! I have travelled extensively and can say without hesitation that our beaches are the best in the world. I fell in love with this unit because it was so perfectly remodeled, decorated and because its proximity to the beach.

Why they chose this property

It was completely updated and remodeled in 2015 and it is steps for the private beach. It is beautifully decorated. I am a stickler for details and it is important to me for you to have a perfect stay and enjoy your hard earned time away from home. I want it to feel like a home away from home.

Steps to the private beach! Clean, perfectly decorated. The front has a wonderful terrace with table, umbrellas and chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors right at the townhouse. Not many beaches have earned #1 Ranking in the US, but Siesta has! You will fall in love and return again and again.
