We had such a wonderful stay—thank you for sharing your condo with us. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space is roomy, beautifully decorated with beach touches, and the L-shaped couch was perfect for our family. Kitchen was roomy and provided much of our needs. The private beach access was absolutely stunning, and we also had the pleasure of meeting a few owners/tenants who were incredibly kind. We would absolutely love to return!

The condo was decorated so beautiful with so many personal touches. We enjoyed the little things that make your guest feel welcome. Examples are coffee and creamers available, lots of towels and paper products, a packet of laundry and dishwasher detergent. The beds and linens were so comfortable. We also found the book with all the information very helpful. Wonderful stay!

The amenities were amazing and made it feel like it was home away from home. Just steps away from the beach with all the equipment needed to enjoy the beach or the pool. They thought of everything and had great recommendations for food and groceries. I would 100% stay here again. It was a quiet safe neighborhood, just an easy walk or trolley ride away from everything. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Such a great stay! Great location, nice place. Cozy, everything you could need and steps from private beach access. The best part? All beach equipment in the house! Wagon, chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler, YES a cooler!! All included with the stay!!

Tom and Maureen were great hosts. Good communication and support through our stay. The location of this property is outstanding, a short walk from the magnificent Siesta beach. However, the pool is not co-located with the condo and is a 5-6 min walk away which makes nap time with little kids a bit of a challenge when the older ones want to keep swimming. The listing is also a bit misleading as the condo is somewhat smaller than we are led to believe from photos, living space is tight if you have a family with kids. The laundry machine is outside the unit in a public space - recommend you bring quarters as the phone app did not work for us. Finally the unit is on the second floor but does not have elevator so be prepared for stairs.

Well stocked and clean condo just a minute walk to beautiful Siesta Key Beach. The condo had everything we needed including beach towels and a cooler. Great communication, clear instructions and comfy beds. A small negative would be that the pictures in the listing make the condo appear a bit more modern than it is in person, but it is still clean and well attended.

Charming condo just a few steps from the beach

This condo was charmingly decorated and very close to the beach. We appreciate how much the owners thought of everything in the kitchen, bathroom, and beach toys.

David and I are empty-nesters who love South Florida and everything it has to offer for both living and vacationing. We feel very fortunate to have purchased this slice of paradise and have worked hard to make it homey, beachy and comfortable for all of our guests. We are very excited to share everything special about Siesta Key with each and every one of you.

We have lovingly named our unit "Finns", as it is both a nod to ocean and marine life, but also a remembrance of our beloved 3-legged Golden Retriever "Finnigan" whom we lost this past year.

When we are not working, David and I can be found spending time with family, boating or beaching. We live just 20 mins down the road and have 3 grown children and one beautiful mutt named Sasha. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

We purchased this property due to its proximity to the beach/water and because we saw its potential. Its a piece of old FL history and we wanted to give it new life. After working hard on updates (paint, flooring, furniture, etc) we feel like its the perfect place to come back to after a day at the beach.

This property gives our guests direct private beach access (without having to cross busy streets), and without the high rental prices that other beach-front communities charge. Its located exactly in the middle of the key and has great access to both North Village, South Village and Turtle Beach.
