This secluded acre is located in Moscow, just minutes from downtown and the University of Idaho in the rolling hills of the Palouse.
Treat yourself to the tranquility and restorative energy, listen to the sounds of Pheasant, Quail and other bird life or sit and swing under the cottonwoods.

Met the host for check-in and everything was perfect. This is a beautiful up to date property. I would definitely recommend and stay again when I return to Moscow.

Perfect for our needs

The Pheasant house is a cute little place in a quiet neighborhood up on a hill. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was very clean. The bedding was especially nice. Only suggestions we have is to have a few more bath towels to your inventory.We enjoyed our stay!

Graduation stay

What a wonderful, quiet place to stay! The beauty of the spring and the peacefulness were added bonuses to a well kept VRBO. We’ll be looking to stay there again.

Amazing Home

This was our favorite place yet in Moscow/Pullman. We came for parents weekend (WSU). Melanie is responsive and made sure we had everything we need. Her home is gorgeous and has all the amenities and special touches. The property is beautiful and serene but close to town. We can’t wait to return!

Great place to chill

The house was far enough away from the city to be nice and quiet, but about a five minute drive to stores, bars and restaurants. Nicely furnished, nice sized kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The Wi-Fi was out, so I wasn't able to watch any football, but that wasn't a deal breaker. I plan on staying there again next fall.Q

Cute Moscow retreat

This is a cute 2 bedroom apartment-style home attached to the owner’s residence. Melanie called me several days before the trip to give me lots of details, she followed up with a text and was there when we arrived to show us the place. This home had everything we could need and we really enjoyed it.

Spotless in quiet neighborhood

Super cute, VERY clean home nestled on owner’s home, but still private. Beds and pillows super comfy! Loaded kitchen w/ new appliances. We didn’t need wifi, so I’m not sure if there is wifi. I’d definitely stay again!!

Serene Palouse Get Away

The Red Pheasant House is a short drive from downtown, yet in the quiet countryside of the Palouse. We got to sit outside and enjoy our morning coffee. It was a natural beauty. True to its name we saw a pheasant. We also saw quail, ducks, and song birds. The host obviously takes great care to make you feel welcome. It had everything we needed for our weekend visit. I recommend anyone visiting Moscow to stay at the Red Pheasant House.

Pheasant Haven

This is a beautiful place to stay in Moscow. The property grounds are lovely and wild pheasants quietly roam the hillsides; landscaping is beautiful. The owner is friendly and communicates check in and out instructions very well . Kitchen is well stocked and has an outdoor gas grill and sitting area with chairs. Located close to downtown and U of I campus. This was my second time staying at the Red Pheasant House and I will definitely be back again.

Red Pheasant Stay

The Red Pheasant exceeded our expectations. It is located on the edge of town and has a private and country setting feel. The accommodations themselves have been wonderfully updated, everything was well thought out with many nice touches added. Cleanliness was exceptional. The bedrooms are roomy, the kitchen has nice appliances and is well stocked with cookware and dishes. The owner has also added a number of nice touches to make your stay more enjoyable. There is a nice sitting area outside. We will definitely stay there again if we return to that area.

Beautiful place to stay and wander!

Guest house is even better than it looks in photos. The grounds are beautiful, and the neighborhood is a great place to walk and wander. Property manager was easy and great to work with...Will definitely recommend to anyone!
