St Crispin's is a 3 bedroom bungalow that was refurbished and redecorated throughout in 2012. Bathrooms updated in 2017. Brand new large kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a family meal. Utility room held off of the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and sink. Access to the garden through the utility room. Large, bright and airy lounge with beamed ceiling and access to the balcony. The lounge and balcony have a spectacular view over the sea and Combe Martin, the balcony is the perfect place to sit and eat your fish and chips and watch the world go by. Double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, large double shower, toilet and basin. There is an additional sofa chair in this room, perfect for a child but big enough for an adult too. Two other twin bedrooms situated either side of the main bathroom, which has a bath with a power shower over the bath, basin and toilet. All bedrooms contain wardrobes and a chest of drawers for your use.

We have spent many weeks in Combe Martin at our parents home with our three children, exploring the different beaches and rock pools and different days out in the area. We bought our parents place because it is in such a fantastic location with superb views out to sea that we couldn't let the property leave the family. It also means we still get the opportunity to visit from time to time.

Once you arrive at the property you can park up at the property and leave your vehicle for the duration of the stay. Everything in Combe Martin is within walking distance. The beach, shops, plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs to choose from. The USP is definitely the view - you will not be disappointed!

Good Family Accommodation
St Crispins provided the ideal accommodation for my wife and I, our son and 2 grandchildren. We found the bungalow to be ideally situated, well equipped and spacious. The view into the bay is a great sight to wake up to each morning. Due to the time of year Coombe Martin was quite but we found plenty to do in the surrounding area. We would recommend eating at The Sawmills and also visiting the Coombe Martin museum. Our thanks to Alix the owner for a wonderful stay.

Stayed for a week but would have liked a lot longer. The weather was kind to us, and bay was fabulous - so much to explore. The property must have the best views in Combe Martin and we were quite happy simply sitting on the veranda and watching the bay, the sunsets and coastal life! Splendid. The large lounge area of the property with the magnificent views was the prime feature of the property. Loved it.

In a superb position and very comfortable
This is a very comfortable and well equipped property with all you need for a good break. It is well equipped, clean and has superb views. If the weather had been better we would have had to be dragged from the front terrace overlooking the bay.
It is in easy reach of some shops and pubs so all you need is on the doorstep, save for a bit of a steep climb to the house itself.
We enjoyed it.
The beach is just a 300km walk down the hill. There is a large beach area when the tide is out, the beach is a mixture of sand and shingles. There are lots of rock pools, perfect for crabbing.
There is a second smaller beach that dogs are permitted on all year round.
Plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the bungalow.
Perfect location for walkers and cyclists being within the Exmoor National Park.

Booking Notes: 25% deposit payable to secure your booking. Full payment due 8 weeks prior to your stay. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks at the time of booking, then full payment will be required. £30 additional charge to bring your pet. £200 refundable security deposit required with final payment. Changeover Day: Saturday change over. Access to the property after 4pm. Vacate the property by 11am on day of departure.
