The Cleco Coral Bay Villa is a highly luxurious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom private detached villa located just a few minutes’ walk of the center of Coral Bay and the sandy beach. The location of the villa is very convenient as it does not require a car and is within a very short walk of supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, including some of the finest Chinese, Italian, Tex-Mex, and Cypriot restaurants in Paphos. Every thought has gone into making this villa an appealing and welcoming luxury accommodation for up to 6 persons in exceptional comfort. The villa is very well furnished and equipped and includes high speed wi fi, UK and SKY TV channels, and luxury furnishings throughout.
The ground floor offers a spacious lounge and dining area with modern fully fitted kitchen which includes all the required appliances, a ground floor guest cloak room, two ground floor bedrooms, a twin and a double, both with full sized en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. The first floor offers the master double bedroom which also offers air conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes, and a full sized en-suite bathroom. This bedroom offers access to two private balconies which offer glorious sea views. Outdoors, there is a shaded outdoor dining area which is accessed from the kitchen and is equipped with barbecue facilities, a shaded outdoor lounge area, both overlooking the pool, beautifully maintained mature gardens and lawned area, and a completely private 5m X 10m pool with walk-in steps. Every thought has gone into making the Cleco Coral Bay Villa a unique property which hosts guests among privacy and luxury surroundings.

Great villa

Have stayed in this villa before. Great space and great location. Cleanliness of villa could be better. Needed a proper clean. Cupboards smelt of damp in kitchen which made all utensils smell. Needs A/C in downstairs living area as it gets so hot normal fans don’t really work.

Holiday in Villa Cleco

We had a 2 week holiday in August with our daughter, son in law and 2 granddaughters. Before we went I had contact with Chris in the Paphos office who was very helpful and sorted out some concerns that I had. The villa is in an excellent position but is a bit tired could do with a bit of up dating and some general maintenance inside the villa. It definitely needs air conditioning in the Lounge/kitchen as it’s so hot in there even with all doors shut and blinds down. The outside was amazing excellent size pool with a lot of space to spread out. A 10 minute walk from the restaurants etc and 10 minute walk from the big supermarket. Air Conditioning in lounge/kitchen Needs new oven and fridge

Villa cleco is absolutely lovely and set in a fabulous location

We loved the villa and its location. This is our third time to Coral Bay and we will most definitely be returning again. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms great. The villa is very well equipped and a 5 minute walk to the strip. The one thing that slightly let the villa down was that there was no air conditioning in the living room / kitchen. I did ask the management company for a fan to circulate the air, we were told to open the windows and doors as the wind blows through, great idea if you dont have young children with you but unfortunately after saying they’d try to get one on day 3 and drop it around on check out day we were told they couldn’t get hold of one, alittle bit poor. Checkout is also set at 11am, and they should be turning up at 10am cleaning the pool and asking when you are leaving. This is abit of a let down and an experience we haven’t had before. But still a fantastic holiday was had

Loved villa

Very very happy with villa and would love to stay again. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only couple of downsides were no air con in downstairs area which is definitely needed so you don’t have to keep going to bedrooms to cool down. And also the towels didn’t smell clean. Like they hadn’t been dried properly and smelt stagnant. There is a very bad damp smell in cupboard downstairs and in kitchen. Apart from the air con situation it would not put me off staying here again. Paul from Foxtons was a great help too. Air con in downstairs area and fresh smelling towels.

Fabulous stay

Love this villa its so peaceful and relaxing its our second visit yet u can get to restaurant and bars with a slow walk on 10 minutes. I also live the pool as the water is lovely and warm even though its not heated. Would recommend to anyone. If I had to find faults it needs aircon in the living/kitchen area as the fans don't work but we where always outside. Also not a fault of the owners but paving slabs on the path outside need laying down again.

Family holiday

The accommodation was excellent for able bodied persons it was a little to far out of coral Bay for me as I have a disability but the taxi Company was a god send and reasonably priced. The pool was brilliant and most welcome. The patio furniture could benifit from more comfortable seating on the pool side. It needs an outside shower on the poolside and an overhead fan or aircon unit in the lounge or kitchen area..

Returned to the Villa Cleco

Just as we remembered it from our visit in October 2019. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday again in this Villa, being in the pool everyday and when it got to hot around the pool we enjoyed the gentle breeze on the roof terrace with its beautiful panoramic views. In spite of the Covid restrictions we found the Villa clean and tidy with a welcoming essentials pack arranged by Pau,l the Villa maintenance guy, who checked in with us twice during our stay. The only thing missing in this Villa is a pool shower and maybe a bigger expanse of patio area on the far side of the pool over looking the valley.

Villa size and location great but severe lack of maintenance and communication let’s this villa down

Pros Size, layout, location were fab Outdoor space plentiful good size pool Fantastic views of mountains and sea Cons Communication - from the managing agent was shocking. Apart from receiving my initial booking confirmation and eventually a response to one other mail after they found it in the junk file, every communication I sent went unanswered. Pool - drain broken and sharp bits left in pool, bought to their attention and was told it happened just before we occupied the villa. Pool - only one skimmer worked in the shallow end despite being assured both were working effectively, this was a complete lie!! Pool - liner is full of a yellow discoloured scum / scale, clearly irregular maintenance has caused this over time. Pool cleanliness - frequency of this is totally insufficient to maintain healthy ph levels. Had to contact them to clean it as the pool was so cloudy visibility was zero. My son ended up on a drip in hospital for 48 hours with a severe ear infection. When I contacted them asking for a response all we got was a visit from the maintenance man who tried to fob us off with his bull@*#t. Pictures and video evidence have been taken. Kitchen full of ants in cupboards and drawers despite cleaning immediately after food prep and wrapping or sealing all foods. Was told this was because there were 14 people in before us and food was everywhere. Not my problem villa should have been cleaned before our arrival. Asked for an ant trap but was told these were not allowed and he gave us some spray which was next to useless. Kitchen cupboards and contents stink (found an air freshener in one cupboard so they are aware of this problem) Fridge - seal has totally perished, looks very unhygienic Bathrooms - taps filthy and full of limescale. Shower in main bedroom needs a new hose and shower head, constantly leaks Sun beds - 3 were broken in some way shape or form, need replacing. We enquired about a mid stay clean as we were staying 2 weeks and were told they weren’t allowed in the villa to clean due to COVID but they could provide towels and clean bedding for us to do ourselves. I totally understand things are different but just a simple communication regarding this would set the customers expectation. This villa could be a little gem but unfortunately is let down by whoever is managing and maintaining this villa. After paying nearly £3800 I would expect a level of service commensurate with that high end price.

The Villa with everything

We have just returned from two weeks in the Villa Cleco and were very impressed by the facilities on offer. The only small miss-giving was the problem with the pool filter/pump, which was not working properly which we pointed out to Paul the Property Maintenance guy. This did not stop us enjoying the facilities on offer and we will definitely come back again to this Villa

Lovely villa, perfect for families.

The villa was very clean and tidy, the pool is a great size. it's in a perfect location just a 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend the villa.

Fabulous villa with a couple of points to note.

The villa itself is gorgeous, clean and modern. The pool is bigger than it looks on the pictures which is an added bonus. The upstairs bedroom is a perfect place if you’re in a larger group and want some privacy with its own balconies. Queen size bed which was very welcomed in 40 degree heat. There are 2 downsides to this villa which didn’t spoil it too much but I feel need mentioning. The air con units are only in the bedroom and are on timers so if you want or need it on as we did in the mid August heat you ll be getting up every 3 hours to switch it back on which is a very tiring job after a week. I’m sure this won’t be a problem at all at cooler times of the year. Downstairs the kitchen is like a furnace with no air con although there are 2 small fans to try and cool the room off. The other issue is the location, in reality the immediate surroundings aren’t very pretty with a lot of street rubbish on the walk into town. This was such a shame as the villa is so stunning. We just didn’t do as much walking as we normally would.

Amazing property and location

The villa is really beautiful and in a great location, only a 8 minute walk to the main strip where all the restaurants and bars are. It’s close enough that you don’t need to hire a car and far enough that you don’t hear all the noise from the bars. The villa has amazing views of the mountains on one side and the ocean on another side. The villa has everything you need. The only issue we had with this villa was that one of the bedroom air conditioning units was leaking water, this was filling a small bucket through the night and the dripping was very loud and annoying. Overall this villa is amazing and I would definitely recommend.

Wunderschöne Villa

Thanks Paul and Kristina for all their help, when we needed them. Villa, Pool and Location are great. The one star is missing because of the lack of german TV channels. We had a few days of bad weather, and the youngest of our children cannot speak English.

Wonderful villa in a nice quiet position not far from restaurants and shops in coral bay. The villa is very well equipped it had everything we needed .It is opposite a small banana plantation. A torch is handy as part of the road going into the main strip is very dark but you soon get use to it. It is not a very busy road. Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from all in all it was a perfect week in the lovely Cyprus sunshine 🌞

Fantastic stay

This is a fantastic villa, it is well stocked with enough plates, cups etc for six people without having to wash up continuously. The facilities are perfect with all mod cons of a modern home including good wi-fi. The pool and garden areas are well kept, quiet and a pleasure to relax in. The Villa was exceptionally clean on arrival with all bedding and towels changed half way through our stay, Kristina and Paul who provide these services and also provide child cots and high chairs if required are very nice and do a fantastic job. Without question one of the best villas we have stayed in in over 25 years of holidays in Cyprus. Would definitely rent this villa again.

The property was excellent, everything we needed for our holiday.

This is an excellent property. With plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your holiday whether you like to lie in the sun around the pool. Or sit in the shade and read a book. Fantastic views to the mountains and the sea. The top balcony is a great place to catch the sunset. Set around 15mins walk from the main street of Coral Bay my mother who is in her seventies managed the walk a couple of times. But ten euros for a taxi back is reasonable. The aircon in the bedrooms was well used be sure to put it on before you are ready for bed. With the windows open in the downstairs living areas the breeze is lovely. The water cooler is a great idea with 10lt bottles of water for around €3 from the local supermarket a bargain. The welcome pack was appreciated. Maybe a few more toilet rolls and some extra bin liners would have gone down well. But We had a great time and couldn't fault the villa. Many thanks The Hill family 22nd August 2018

Fabulous Villa

We had a great week at this villa end of March. It is exactly as it appears on the photos. Spotlessly clean, lots of cooking equipment, plates etc. The water cooler in kitchen was very handy too. So many lovely spots to sit out around the villa, both in and out of the sun and good quality furnishings throughout. The position is just on the edge of Coral Bay up a hill so very peaceful with great views, but tricky to find initially. Only a 2 minute drive to the main coast road, shops and supermarkets etc, but an unlit back road so we didn't walk it ( probably 15 minutes walk) with the family. A couple of things to bear in mind for some families..... The hot water wasn't enough for 5 of us to shower each morning by just relying on using the solar panels - probably better in high summer. This meant we had to use an immersion type heater which would only switch on for one hour at a time. This one hour was also not enough for all showers so we had to get up at 6am, then 7am to keep switching it on. It could probably do with a bigger tank or a more powerful heater. Also the Satellite TV reception was very poor which might be important to you. The aircon issues mentioned in other reviews didn't affect us as we never used it ( 20 -22 degrees during our week). The pool, being unheated, was also icy cold so we didn't venture in but was very clean and the spacious pool deck was in sun most of the day for sitting out. Overall probably a 4.5 star but with some small tweaks would be a 5. Would happily stay again.

Exeptional Villa !

The family have returned from our stay in villa Cleco. our third holiday now with first options holidays. I am pleased to say we had a fantastic time for the whole three weeks,as always shame to return . The water cooler come in very handy for the children's drinks which were endless. The pool was used from start to finish, the villa was lovely and clean with all the amenity's you could wish for, also the welcome come pack is a lovely thought for late arrivals. Paul and Kristine were a great help. So thank you for a lovely stay.

Very good Villa

Arrived at 10.30 pm and the welcome pack was very grateful.The villa itself had everything you wanted. Great outdoor space which we all enjoyed. The bedrooms were fine, plenty of space to hang your clothes. The showers were good. The only downside to the villa and this is why it is not five stars was the air con. There is no air con downstairs but to be fair it is not needed as we opened all the windows and the breeze took all the heat out. The air con in the bedrooms are on timers. The maximum time is two hours. Not good when you are trying to sleep in early August.
