Nuestra villa se encuentra en un resort de 4 *: hemos renovado la villa y hemos agregado muchos beneficios, ya que esta es nuestra casa de vacaciones cada año. La villa se encuentra en Costa Teguise, a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto y cuenta con una empresa local que se ocupa de la limpieza y el mantenimiento de nuestra propiedad. It is not adapted for the disabled

It is in an ideal place, very quiet and clean. But it is not adapted for the disabled, the bathroom has a step and it is difficult to climb with a wheelchair. The toilet has no grab bars and the bathtub is very low. They should not say that it is adapted, since you trust and then your vacation becomes difficult

Fantastic holiday

Amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Photos and description are extremely accurate. We had a wonderful holiday and cannot wait to book again. Lovely complex, resort and Jason the host was fantastic with communication. We cannot praise this holiday enough.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'organisation pour notre accueil était optimale. Par ailleurs nous savons qu'en cas de problème, on peut toujours compter sur un contact local, avec une réponse immédiate, ce qui s'est avéré utile dans notre cas pour trouver le code de la WiFi.

Perfect family holiday

I don’t know where to start. Everything has been perfect from start to finish. The apartment is so well equipped! Everything you could possibly need for your stay. We cook a lot, so having all the kitchen essentials is really important to us. The apartment was spotless on arrival, we love our little terrace area where morning coffees and evening wines have been enjoyed. Unfortunately, part way through the stay, myself and family became unwell. The host, Jay, did everything he could to help us, and even was able to offer us an extra night and a late checkout. Thank you so much for taking care of us. We will definitely return in the future. We would comfortably stay a month here.

Great resort and everything on the doorstep.

The property was comfortable however in need of a little tlc in places. There is no Aircon but there are fans provided which were fine for the end of September with temperatures around 27°. The shower is excellent with plenty of pressure. Had a very nice stay and will look again.

House at Sands Beach resort.

Clean house, large bedroom with lots of closet space. Decor a bit dated, but every house in this hotel has the same decor. The bathroom is great, the shower is wonderful! Highly recommended

Lovely stay at well equipped villa

Great place to stay. Close to centre of Costa Teguise, ideal for walks, runs and rides. Loads of pools on the community including a 25m training pool. This place was clean and well equipped.

Felt needed better clean

Felt on arrival needed a better clean. Couple of things needed sorted and owner was quick to get this done and maintenance sorted it really quickly. Shower is a bit hit and miss think needs new head. Oven/hob switch numbers have worn off so didnt know what we were cooking things at.

I've stayed in Costa Teguise many times but never at Sands. Really enjoyed my time there. 2 min walk to the beach, and everything as described.

Great Stay

Love it on this complex and this property was perfect for us as a family of four. Was clean and tidy on arrival and everything we needed in there. Owner came straight back to me if I had any queries or anything, which was great. We had a very merry Christmas here :)

Value for money - great location

Great location on Palmeras and updated in comparison to the other rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely owner to book with also.

Appartement très agréable au sein d un resort + piscine de nage du resort Sécurité d être ds un resort - la salle de bain sentait régulièrement très mauvais ( odeur remontée égouts) Joints noirs dans la sdb et la cuisine Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas le bidet non plus

Lovely complex

We loved this complex. Many pools and a beautiful bar overlook the sea. The property was nice but needed a few things doing to it. The bath was a bit rusty and the villa was not as clean as we hoped. We cleaned it ourselves and had to wash up kitchen utensils before they could be used. We found cockroaches and did inform the owner while we were there but had no reply. I’m sure with a little work this villa could be brilliant

Perfect last minute holidays

As a group of 5 friends, we booked a last minute holiday in Lanzarote. The owner was super sweet ans answered all of my questions really quickly. The appartement was big enough for us 5 bit we were there only for dinner, and nights. Swimming pool was just outside, we enjoyed being able to use it whenever we wanted ! ^^ The beach of the hotel is near a cool bar, restaurant, with golden sand and very peaceful water perfect for Childrens. If you just go out from the hotel there is another beach more sauvage and a promenade to see thr wave. 5 min max of car to go to thé center of costa Teguise. The réal advantage of Costa Teguise is the proximity with everything : we visited all thé island (North, south, east, west) and never hard mode than a 40 min drive ! (In opposite with the cities in the south where you have about 1hour - 1h15 to go up north). Thank you so much to thé owner it was an incredible holiday 🥰

Accomodation

Accomodation was tidy on arrival, however some utensils, crockery & pans were dirty with dried food. There was no cleaning done, only bed/towel change every 7 days. The pool was closed being refurbed and we were not told about this.

Sands Beach Resort

The property was exactly as described on the website. A large spacious lounge/diner with TV featuring many English channels. An excellent selection of paperbacks which we made good use of. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom was nice with a shower over the bath. Always plenty of hot water! The double bed was very comfortable and the bed linen and towels were changed regularly. The property overlooked a lovely pool area, with lots of sunbeds available all day. Would definitely recommend it.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We were on holiday and really loved the island. We had often talked about buying abroad and when we saw the villa on the complex it was so far and beyond where we had been staying at the time. The complex has many different pools and a beach of it's own. There are on site shops and bars and restaurants and is a ideal place for families and couples. Suitable for disabled people and the areas are flat with ramps on all levels. Costa Teguise is a fantastic part of the island near a golf course and waterpark and many interests of the island such as the green caves and Jamous del Aqua.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our villa is 20 minutes from the airport by car or taxi. You will find it a nice pleasent 10 minute walk along the roadside or via the beach to the bars and restaurants of which there are many. The property has a pool within metres of the patio so you are able to sit on the terrace and watch the kids play safely in the pools, no packing heavy bags and finding sunbeds. We have views of the sea from the terrace and view of mountains if you look the other way. There are many different pools to choose from plus a safe lagoon. We have a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc. We have a DVD Player You are on a holiday complex where kids meet other children to play with and you can relax with no noise or nightclubs nearby.NEW NEW NEW , We have upgraded the TV system now to include BBC 1 , BBC 2 , ITV , Channel 4 and Channel 5 Home from Home on your holiday.
