About this property

Villa With Pools And Sea And Mountain Views

Lanzarote is on the safe travel corridor from October 25th therefore no quarantine when returning back to the UK.
We take Covid 19 very seriously , Our villa will be disinfected after every visit and there will be gap between 24 to 48 hours. We will also provide Disinfectants for you to use if you wish to clean yourselves whilst you stay for your own peace of mind.

At present you must wear a mask or carry a mask in Lanzarote , these must be worn in shops , banks , or in taxi or buses , there is a fine system if you are caught without a mask. When in our villa please limit the amount of different people you invite into the villa please. Social distance around the pool area.

Our cleaners will leave a bag for towels and linen to go into and enough linen will be left for the duration of your stay.

Our villa is on a 4* resort - we have refurbished the villa and have added many benefits as this is our holiday home yearly. The villa is located in Costa Teguise only a 20 minute journey from the airport and have a local company looking after the cleaning and maintenance of our property. Please see below for the details of the accommodation, plus we have the added benefits of a washing machine . We enjoy having many repeat bookings so why not try us?

Lovely stay at well equipped villa

Great place to stay. Close to centre of Costa Teguise, ideal for walks, runs and rides. Loads of pools on the community including a 25m training pool. This place was clean and well equipped.

House at Sands Beach resort.

Clean house, large bedroom with lots of closet space. Decor a bit dated, but every house in this hotel has the same decor. The bathroom is great, the shower is wonderful! Highly recommended

Great location, only 10 mins walk to restaurants and shopping. Pool right outside the property and one heated pool beside the poolside bar/restaurant. The resort has entertainement each evening in the hotel bar and a kids disco every night if little ones need to be entertained. Great villa and well equipped in a really lovely resort. Would stay here again!

Great Stay

Love it on this complex and this property was perfect for us as a family of four. Was clean and tidy on arrival and everything we needed in there. Owner came straight back to me if I had any queries or anything, which was great. We had a very merry Christmas here :)

Enjoyed our short break at the resort. Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Grocery shop on site which stayed open late - handy for late arrivals. Plenty of other supermarkets in the area. Resort close to beach and restaurants and bars.

Stayed at the villa in october , had a wonderful stay . Complex is good with lovely selection of pool areas and is only 5 min walk into resteraunt areas of costa teguise. Facilities in villa are very good with all you need to do self catering and also has supermarket on complex.pool is as shown in picture right outside your door with sunloungers available. thank you jason and emma for a wonderful stay .

Great resort and everything on the doorstep.

The property was comfortable however in need of a little tlc in places. There is no Aircon but there are fans provided which were fine for the end of September with temperatures around 27°. The shower is excellent with plenty of pressure. Had a very nice stay and will look again.

Perfect family holiday

I don’t know where to start. Everything has been perfect from start to finish. The apartment is so well equipped! Everything you could possibly need for your stay. We cook a lot, so having all the kitchen essentials is really important to us. The apartment was spotless on arrival, we love our little terrace area where morning coffees and evening wines have been enjoyed. Unfortunately, part way through the stay, myself and family became unwell. The host, Jay, did everything he could to help us, and even was able to offer us an extra night and a late checkout. Thank you so much for taking care of us. We will definitely return in the future. We would comfortably stay a month here.

Accomodation was tidy on arrival, however some utensils, crockery & pans were dirty with dried food. There was no cleaning done, only bed/towel change every 7 days. The pool was closed being refurbed and we were not told about this.

Hi , I wish you had contacted me if pans etc were dirty as this would not be acceptable and i would have had my cleaners attend immediatley to sort that out , i will send this onto my cleaners now to explain , Our villa is self catering therefore changes of towels and bed linen are included however cleaning is done before you arrive and then for you to keep tidy yourselves , Due to Covid the less people in while you stay is safer for everyone. We are being told the pool will be open then the resort fail to do so however there are 6 other pools on site you can use. No pool is more than a 2 minute walk. It is not adapted for the disabled

It is in an ideal place, very quiet and clean. But it is not adapted for the disabled, the bathroom has a step and it is difficult to climb with a wheelchair. The toilet has no grab bars and the bathtub is very low. They should not say that it is adapted, since you trust and then your vacation becomes difficult

Felt needed better clean

Felt on arrival needed a better clean. Couple of things needed sorted and owner was quick to get this done and maintenance sorted it really quickly. Shower is a bit hit and miss think needs new head. Oven/hob switch numbers have worn off so didnt know what we were cooking things at.

Lovely time in a great place.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in Sands Beach. Booking through Owners Direct was easy and seamless. Jason was always on hand to answer any questions, from initial enquiries to booking to completion. The villa is a lovely place in Palmerias Plaza. Well equipped, clean with all amenities required. There were a few minor issues but Jason had them sorted immediately. I was fortunate enough to meet Jason when he called and he is such a nice engaging man who couldn't have been anymore helpful. Good apartment with very poor NE facing aspect.

Whilst the apartment itself was very nice, with everything that we needed for our week's stay, it is not a place that we would return to. The main problem for us was the weather and the fact that the terrace faced directly into the constant prevailing NE wind. It was quite disheartening to see occupants of the apartments opposite us sunning themselves on their windless terraces every day, whilst we were subjected to a constant 20-30mph wind straight at us, with only an hour or two of sun on our terrace around late morning. Most days were spent inside the apartment wrapped up under blankets looking enviously at the sunbathers opposite us, sheltering in their mini suntraps. A couple of times we tried venturing out onto the pool deck area where the sun was shining, but didn't last long in the constant wind. We even took over the terrace of an apartment opposite us that was closed for refurbishment. We lasted an hour before an irate woman demanded that we move as it was one of her apartments and didn't want us on her property - despite the fact that we were doing no harm and were merely sheltering from the wind. We even ventured down to the lagoon at the front of the resort, where there were sheltered sunbeds on the little beach. It was bliss - for an hour until we were told that they were only for the all-inclusive guests and if we wanted to stay, we would have to pay 10 Euros. We couldn't watch the TV in the apartment either. Of the 20 channels, nearly all were in a foreign language and when the wind really got up, reception on the TV was lost anyway! The internet that we were expecting was either an expensive additional extra, or was a free - but very poor service - in one of the bars. It was enough to download emails, but not really sufficient to browse any web sites. We have been to Lanzarote, including Costa Teguise a few times and know that it can be very windy. We have had a previous bad experience with a similar scenario to this one and always vowed that we would ensure that we never had a North or North East facing apartment again. For some reason I made the mistake of not checking this time and we paid the price. Thirty yards away and a SW facing apartment opposite us and we would have had a great time. Lesson learnt - the hard way!

I am very sorry the wind ruined your holiday. There is a heater in the villa should it ever be needed for a chilly evening and on my last visit around 25 DVDs to watch if you need TV and a good selection of books on the book shelf. During the hot summer months many guests like the fact we do not have the sun in the afternoon burning into the appartment and it is therefore cooler in the hot summer evenings. 10 steps outside the appartment you have a large area to sun bath if you wish to do so. We have three children and have been to the island over 20 times now and always find new places to visit and new experiences to try. Why they chose this property

We were on holiday and really loved the island. We had often talked about buying abroad and when we saw the villa on the complex it was so far and beyond where we had been staying at the time. The complex has many different pools and a beach of it's own. There are on site shops and bars and restaurants and is a ideal place for families and couples. Suitable for disabled people and the areas are flat with ramps on all levels. Costa Teguise is a fantastic part of the island near a golf course and waterpark and many interests of the island such as the green caves and Jamous del Aqua.

What makes this property unique

Our villa is 20 minutes from the airport by car or taxi. You will find it a nice pleasent 10 minute walk along the roadside or via the beach to the bars and restaurants of which there are many. The property has a pool within metres of the patio so you are able to sit on the terrace and watch the kids play safely in the pools, no packing heavy bags and finding sunbeds. We have views of the sea from the terrace and view of mountains if you look the other way. There are many different pools to choose from plus a safe lagoon. We have a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc. We have a DVD Player You are on a holiday complex where kids meet other children to play with and you can relax with no noise or nightclubs nearby.NEW NEW NEW , We have upgraded the TV system now to include BBC 1 , BBC 2 , ITV , Channel 4 and Channel 5 Home from Home on your holiday.
