- 2 minutos al metro y gran supermercado
- Muy limpio, brillante y tranquilo
- 1 cama grande en la planta baja y 2ª cama grande en el entresuelo (la entreplanta no está separada por paredes = no es adecuada para 2 parejas que necesitan 'privacidad')
- 2 vuelos arriba (llamado 2 ° piso en Francia, 3 ° piso en EE. UU.) Sin ascensor
- 33 m2 + 6 m2 entrepiso
- WiFi de alta velocidad, llamadas internacionales gratuitas ilimitadas, PC,
- Bien calentado en invierno (puede encender el calentador en cualquier época del año).
- Buena ducha de agua caliente con bañera

El apartamento está a 3 minutos a pie de la calle muy de moda, Rue de la Roquette, en Bastille, donde encontrará cientos de agradables cafés, bares, restaurantes, etc. Cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas.

Todo el apartamento fue renovado hace 2 años. 2 min a 2 estaciones de metro y al supermercado. El apartamento está en el centro de París. (10 minutos a pie del centro de París).

Además, a 10 minutos a pie del mayor y más famoso mercado de agricultores de París :)

Este es un gran estudio, por lo que cada área para dormir no está separada por paredes. Ideal para 4 personas, ya que hay 2 camas queen size. (El tamaño del apartamento es de 33m2 + 6m2 entresuelo). Puede acomodar hasta 5 o 6 si desea ahorrar dinero durante su estancia en el centro de París.

Hay 2 áreas para dormir como dormitorios con una cama queen size, una sala de estar separada por una cortina gruesa y otra en el entresuelo. Un techo alto, tragaluz, vigas abiertas y tres ventanas orientadas al sur ofrecen una apariencia elegante y una sensación espaciosa.

Cocina, baño con bañera pequeña, WIFI. TV por cable, reproductor de DVD y CD, escritorio con computadora y teléfono.

Buena ropa de cama limpia y toallas. Un conjunto de toallas de baño y lavado por persona.

** Somos flexibles con los horarios de check-in y check-out, pero antes de las 8:00 a.m. y después de las 20:00, habrá cargos adicionales de 5 euro / hora. Último check-in aceptado a las 00:00.

We loved our stay at this little apartment! Super cute and even though it’s small it was big enough for our family of 5. Well setup with all the things you’d need for your stay. Felt very safe.We did get very very hot here and so were thankful for all the fans for sure! A great spot for your vacation for sure.

This cosy apartment is located in a quieter part of Paris. It is located near two main metro lines allowing easy access to most of the city. The apartment itself is smaller but still enough room for our three teenage children. Communication with the owner was excellent. Responses were very quick, often within minutes.

This studio apartment, located in a lively neighborhood full of shops and restaurants, worked out well for the four of us in my family. While the studio is small, it had everything we needed and the sleeping loft gave us adequate space. Natsumi is a very kind and responsive host and her communication was thorough and clear, full of helpful pointers about the neighborhood and the nearby metro stations. And the price was right! We were grateful to find this hidden gem.

Lovely place!

Thank to Natsumi I spent wonderful time in Paris! It I had a question, it was answered immediately. The apartment has everything you may need in your trip. It's well located, near 2 metro stations. I recommended it to my friends! I hope to be there again!

Every detail of the unit is carefully considered, you have everything you need. It’s immaculate, super close to the metro, the neighborhood is high-end and as safe as can be (3 security doors/codes before you even get to the unit.What a wonderful host Natsumi is - we are beyond grateful

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was near a metro and easy to access. There were not a lot of cafes and shops near by but we did fine and eventually found a few we liked. There was a Vide Grenier on Saturday and Sunday which was a nice surprise. Our hostess was available when we needed her. The apartment was very well fitted out with everything we needed for cooking, washing clothes, etc. It couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this place and Natsumi. I'm not able to upload photos for some reason.

Amazing little home in Paris

My 3 teenagers loved our stay! Darling little place, women-jogging-at-night level safe neighborhood, pastries out the door on either side! Natsumi was fantastic about communication and working with us, including directions to the best grocery stores. Metro 9 train is steps away, got us everywhere in a 2 week adventure. 2 flights up, like most apartments. Triple door security. No dryer, but 2 laundries close by. Don't worry about anything just book with Natsumi!

Die Wohnung hält, was sie im Inserat verspricht. Sie ist zentral gelegen und das Viertel bietet viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die alle fussläufig erreichbar sind. klein aber schöne Wohnung!

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig, wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit Natsumi san verlief einbahnfrei, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Leider habe ich in der Küche eine Macke hinterlassen, da ich nicht aufgepasst habe den Deckel umzudrehen. Sie hat es fair kommuniziert und abgerechnet. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal.

Nice little place to stay, good location

Great little place, not fancy, but clean, simple and well equipped. Well situated, close to grocery stores, good restaurants and two metro stations. Safe streets at night walking to restaurants. Owner was very good and very responsive.

This is a charming flat in a great neighborhood! It had it all - access to metro patisserie

We loved this sweet place in a neighborhood close to everything but out of the throngs of tourists. We could walk to the greatest outdoor market in Paris, had easy access to metro patisserie and boulangerie. We were a family of four with 2 teens. We could make it work because we didn’t mind closeness. Not ideal for 4 adults. It has a great shower! A quiet courtyard. Lots of natural light. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay in the heart of Paris!

We stayed for 8 nights with 3 adults and 3 children (tight but we made it work). There was a bit of a heat wave and without air conditioning it definitely got warm, but windows and fans helped to manage.

Perfect Location!

Location was great, clean, and safe! Easy access to Metro (train) and bus. Bus 69 stop is less than 5 minutes walk and will take you to all major sights of Paris. Restaurants, shops, market, bakeries, and cafes are everywhere. Everyone was nice to us though we didn’t known much French. Would love to come back soon for a longer stay next time. Will highly recommend to family, friends, and colleagues back home.

Well-equipped within a small space

We were four adults and an eighteen-month-old granddaughter in this modestly-sized apartment. We grandparents slept in a low loft bedroom accessed by a ladder that reminded me of a ship's ladder. The young parents and toddler slept downstairs. The space worked only because we kept our gear organized. The one-person kitchen was well-equipped. The kitchen and living/dining room had windows opening onto a courtyard within an apartment complex and was very quiet. As an older adult I had some difficulty getting into and out of the tub which is raised a few inches. The washing machine was helpful. Out the main door and to the right are a great bakery and produce shop. A supermarket is close by and on the street behind our unit we found a small organic grocery and shop that made homemade soba noodles! The manager responded quickly to any of our questions.

Small, functional and affordable. Great owner.

This little place is perfectly functional as a place to crash while in Paris. We spent most of our time wandering the city and just went back to the apartment to sleep. The beds are quite comfortable, which makes all the difference in the world. The kitchen has the essentials and there is a Franprix just around the corner. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

good solution for short visit of paris. confortable and well connected

The place is exactly as described. small but well equipped with everything you may need. then you have the metro at few meters, and a supermarket also to arrange hour meals.I only found that during our stay would be useful to have the air conditioning because the weather was particulary hot. but for the rest everything was ok, the instructions where well detailed and the arrangement with the owner was smart and easy. definely positive!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The greatest thing about this apartment that I love is the high ceiling and open beams, and lot of lights coming in from south-facing windows and skylight. You will see how nicely it is decorated. Also, Bastille is a very animated area with a lot to do and it is close to the Marais area which is a very trendy & chic area. Nevertheless, this apartment is very quiet.
