Manningham House es un Carrstone y ladrillo casa unifamiliar es el bonito pueblo tradicional de Ringstead. El pueblo cuenta con un bar que sirve comida, un gran parque infantil y una tienda surtida localmente (con objetos curiosos para la venta) a poca distancia. Está perfectamente situado para visitar las playas de Holme, Hunstanton, Brancaster, Holkham y Wells y las casonas de Sandringham y Holkam. Las hermosas playas de arena, reservas naturales y paseos se pueden encontrar dentro de una distancia corta. Para los caminantes entusiastas, Peddars Way y Ringstead Downs son tanto en Ringstead. La casa tiene capacidad para 6 personas (+ 1 bebé) y los precios incluyen todos los gastos, ropa de cama (no toallas) y paños de cocina. We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s was immaculately clean when we arrived and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The bedrooms were a great size and beds very comfy. All communication with Liz prior to our stay was excellent and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you.

A comfortable stay. Spacious house and good location. Providing own towels and shower mats was extra packing and washing and stripping beds was extra unnecessary task. Think it should be all included in the price. However an enjoyable weeks stay with the family.

Manningham House

We had everything we needed and the Owner was very helpful. The single bed in the left hand side room at the back of the house is more suitable for a child. I am very light so it was reasonable for me.

Perfect 4 Night Break

We've stayed in a nearby village several times before but the property owner sold up. We are a family of 5 (4 are 18 plus) so can struggle to find somewhere big enough. After much searching, we found Manningham House as an alternative but were still a bit nervous...we shouldn't have been! The house is lovely and spotless! If you are looking for somewhere quiet and secluded, the location is great too! Liz (the owner) was really helpful and communication was bang on. We 100% intend to go back.

We stayed in this property 2 years ago and decided to return as we wanted to visit Sandringham. The property was in fantastic condition and the on suite bathroom had been replaced since the previous visit which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a lovely peaceful place for a short break with a fantastic pub across the road.

Great house, well equipped, great location

Wonderful house equipped with everything you could want. Lovely and clean. Good comfortable beds. Nice garden and well used table tennis table in the big shed. The location in the village and near so many beaches in North Norfolk is perfect.

Local Historical Treasure

More than a home away from home. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. You feel as if you are getting a touch of local history in this lovely building. A dream home and it was great to read about the stages of development and the complete refurbishment in 1986. It was easy to get in touch with our host. Lots of little home comforts to get you settled in. A great way for us to explore the area thoroughly as well as visit five of the beaches nearby. The kids loved having different experiences at each one. We are all very happy with our stay.

The Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved this property, spacious, clean, great location for exploring the local area, nice enclosed garden, ample parking for two cars, perfect for all ages, from 2 to 73! There was great communication with the owners before we travelled and afterwards. Can’t recommend enough.

In a lovely village with a great shop, this house was perfect for us. We had lots of room to spread out and it is very well equipped. We knew where we wanted to go during our stay so didn’t need the fantastic array of leaflets and information on the area

Lovely family holiday house, ideal location

Very clean and spacious house with all the essentials and more that you would need for a great stay. Super communication from the owner at all times. A lovely location, peaceful village with amazing shop and lots of great days out in the local area. Would definitely stay again for another holiday.

Five Friends Reunited

Manningham House provided all we could have wanted (and more) for a fabulous friends reunion. Just a short distance from the wonderful North Norfolk coast and with superb walks just around the corner, we ambled and caught up with each other's lives under sunny skies and the (sometimes bracing) sea air. The kitchen/dining room was a warm and cosy convivial space where we talked (and talked and talked!). Preparing our meals felt effortless Liz provides everything from Aga to table (apart from the food). Manningham House is truly first class. Liz could not have been more helpful prior to, and during, our stay. If you are looking for somewhere to explore North Norfolk based in a quiet village with a pub within staggering distance and a very well stocked local shop, Manningham House is the ideal place to be!

Perfect house for a Norfolk holiday!

Couldn't recommend Manningham House more! Wonderful location in North Norfolk in a delightful village with a great pub and local shop all in walking distances. The house itself was beautiful with very comfy bedding, a lovely spacious kitchen plus a great garden. Communication with Liz (host) was also excellent. Would definitely recommend this property for families and groups of friends.

A lovely family holiday!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manningham house. The house was spotless and very well equipped. Communication with Liz, prior and also during our stay was excellent. Ringstead is a beautiful village, with a brilliant local store and a duck pond which our boys loved! Would highly recommend this accommodation. Great location to enable us to visit our favourite sights.

Well maintained and very comfortable house in quiet village setting

We loved this traditional Norfolk house, it is a well maintained, very well equipped and comfortable property in a quiet rural location and yet a 2 minute walk from the most amazingly well stocked village shop. We spent much of our time in the kitchen and dining area of the house with the homely warmth of the aga. The kitchen is so well equipped that we cooked every evening making the most of the facilities. The beds are comfy and main bedrooms spacious with quality curtains which keep out the light and keep the rooms warm. Although October we were able to lunch outside in the secluded garden. The house is in an ideal location to explore the surrounding areas, so much to visit and explore within a short driving distance. We would love to return sometime in the future.

My husband and I live in Essex but we love spending time in Norfolk. Ringstead is that hidden gem: close to the beaches but just off the coast road. Children and families all love it!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Norfolk is simply stunning! The huge expanses of sandy beaches never cease to amaze us. In winter they offer bracing walks and in the height of summer holidays they can still feel remote. Norfolk is known for its huge skies, often portrayed by local artists and photographers. The pubs, the farm shops, the fish shops all keep us well fed during our stay and the car goes back home laden with goodies for the following week. Manningham House used to be our regular weekend bolt hole from London as it is only just over two hours by car. Having moved to the countryside we still enjoy our visits to the most beautiful coastline in the UK!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The village of Ringstead is perfectly located: only 5-10 minutes from the beaches and coast road but also in the tranquility of the countryside. It is well catered for with a shop, pub, playground, antiques centre and garden centre - good for browsing. We always come away with something we never knew we needed! For those wanting a quiet time, the back garden of Manningham House is a suntrap and many an afternoon is spent having a bbq and wandering across to the pub.
