Beautiful, Spacious 2 Bedroomed Property Sleeping 4

Godrevy View is a two bedroomed property situated only 10 minutes walk away from St Ives' main attractions and beaches - up a steepish hill so please bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. The property has an open plan living area (23 foot long) with vaulted ceilings and double doors opening out onto a decked balcony - seating includes an oversized, mid-century styled sofa and two arm chairs. The dining area has a dining table and seating for 6 and the kitchen has fully integrated appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. The two bedrooms (one double and one twin) have doors leading out onto a balcony and a landscaped garden with with sea views - perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a pre dinner drink.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful location, with all that we needed! We loved the views, the outdoor seating and the cottage had all that we needed. We will be back! Very much recommended, there is a hill you have to walk up, but very worthwhile!

Relaxing time

We really enjoyed our stay, had no problems with parking or pretty much anything. It was clean and very user friendly ie tv, coffee,tea,sugar even the shower was good. Even our dog loved the garden. Any grumble would be the hill climb may be tough for some and the nearby co op was expensive but overall we would love to stay again sometime in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Absolutely amazing

We stayed here for two weeks, family of 4 with our pooch. We absolutely loved it. It was just what we wanted. Excellent facilities, brilliant location and fab communication from the owner. Looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Comfortable and fun place in St Ives

The property had everything we needed and host was really responsive and helpful. Location was great with nice views and an easy walking distance to St Ives town and beaches. Parking also really easy and hassle-free. The property has enough space for a family of 4 plusbdog. We appreciated the drying rack for wet beach gear.

Lovely well equipped holiday home

We very much enjoyed our stay in Neil’s house. There was everything you could ask for to make it a great home from home. Location was good although the hill is steep as other reviews suggest, it wasn’t a problem for us. There is a bus which runs nearby down into St Ives if you don’t fancy the walk. All in all a great week. Thanks Neil.

Lovely clean modern interior holiday home, safe secure garden, sea views from 3 rooms, just a walk away from shops and beaches one way and open countryside the other, footpaths too to both, with offroad private parking

Beautiful St Ives

A lovely, light house within an easy walking distance from the centre of St Ives and it’s beaches. We took our two dogs who loved the very secure garden and the outdoor decking and the property benefits from having parking next to the house. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic week in St Ives

The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a great week. Located a short (but steep) walk from the centre of St Ives it was ideally placed to access everything and we only used our car twice all week. Neil was more than helpful and ensured we had everything we needed and were happy. We would highly recommend staying at Godrevy View.

Fantastic stay at Godrevy View

We had a wonderful holiday at Godrevy View. It was absolute perfect for our needs and truly felt like a home from home for the week. The property is beautifully furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect - it's approximately a 15/20 minute walk in to St. Ives (down quite a steep hill - which is good exercise walking back up!) And is a great base for exploring the other beaches and villages Cornwall has to offer. We definitely recommend this property.

Great location and Accommodation

This was a great location and property; it is out of the way and therefore quiet, it’s great for the dogs with a secure garden. The walk back is steep so please only rent if you are prepared to walk up hill or happy to get a bus. If you know St Ives there is a longer but less steep route back starting from back of the Surf School by the Tate modern.

Lovely holiday

We had a fantastic two week holiday in this well located house with great views across the bay. The house was well maintained and one of the best curated holiday houses we have stayed in, with all the rooms well laid out and equipped. Neil was a great host who responded promptly and helpfully to all our queries before we arrived. Having two parking spaces that were very easy to park in is a huge benefit in st Ives. Thanks very much for a great stay.

Can’t wait to return

fabulous holiday let. The layout was great for four people. Steepish 20 minute walk into St Ives that is fine if you have average fitness. Spotlessly clean with lots of kitchen utensils. Will return.

Great Stay

Great little house. Private parking was a bonus. Within walking distance to St Ives but can see where the hill may be a challenge for some. The host, Neil, was very quick to answer any questions we had. Only one suggestion, a hand rail near the tub would be helpful, the step into and out of the tub is a little tricky. We are from the states and our tubs are not quite so high. Overall experience was great and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay after a warm welcome. Everything was just perfect for us. My husband, my daughter, my dog and me enjoyed every minute. We even liked the way up the hill. Especially after cream tea. A good training. Thanks!

Beautiful and clean cottage

This was a very modern and clean cottage with all the Amenities needed. There is a co op 2 minutes away and it’s about a 10 minute walk into town. This is fine going down but would be difficult for people with mobility issues getting back as the hill is rather steep. Overall would definitely recommend to stay here as a great price considering how beautiful the place is.

Week away.

On a whole lovely property however didn't expect it to be on a main road next to T junction.. Needs some sort of privacy blind s on bedrooms so don't have to keep drawing curtains if need to change or anything in day passers by can see in.
