Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the coach house was gorgeous and spacious and had beautiful sea views. It was the perfect location and within walking distance to everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back. Great communication and easy check in process. Thank you

Clean bright modern holiday accommodation

We recently stayed at 2 the Coach House. The accommodation was clean bright and modern. Perfect all being on one floor. The parking space was a bonus. There was a nice secure decked garden area with seating. Useful for our small dogs. Sofas and beds were really comfortable. Infact the accommodation was well equipped. Loved the extra welcome pack touches- coffee pods/local apple juice/biscuits/eggs/fresh bread/milk etc. we were aware of being near the main road as could here traffic noise, however it wouldn’t deter us from staying again or recommending. Great location and nice to see a glimpse of the sea from the accommodation as well .

St ives

Lovely accommodation in itself but partly marred by noise from the accommodation above, which was directly over the bedrooms. Very steep walk to the beach but worth it as it was stunning!

Beautiful apartment! Very clean and very modern . We absolutely loved staying at the coach house.

Excellent booking service with oranges Roofs . Responded very quickly when emailing the company with any questions I had . The apartment was beautiful , very clean , very modern very accommodating, was very homely. We will definitely be booking to come back . Good week in St Ives

The property is great but I would recommend some better reading lights and doing something to make the step in the kitchen more obvious as it is currently a trip hazard. Also, make sure the actual inventory of glassware and crockery matches what is listed in the information guide.

St Ives Hidden Gem

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at No 2 The Coach House. Exactly as described online, a fantastic property with a location that is second to none. Literally 5 mins walk to Portminster beach which is possibly the finest beach we have been to in the UK. Chilled and relaxed with a garden bar, pitch and put and plenty more, with sea so clear and turqoise in colour you'd think you were in the Med ! A further 5 mins and you ae in the harbour with plenty to offer all ages, including some hidden beaches beyond the harbour front. We are already considering booking for next year . the accomodation was impeccable, clean and modern and dressed very well to a high end spec. tesco 1/2 mile away , next to treggan Castle. Furthermore communication was very good and access to the property was granted slighty earlier which was a bonus. No more superlatives to add. Don't hesitate, book it ! Many thanks.. Paul

Excellent stay

Excellent stay at 2the coach house everything u will ever need also a very nice welcome pack . Bit of a walk to the town but we didn’t mind the walking as we took our dog with us . Will definitely be booking to come back again also fantastic views and very good communication with the company

Perfect

We had great communication from orange roofs- a lovely bottle of Prosecco and Cornish biscuits greeted us too. A beautiful, warm well positioned place, with everything you need for the perfect stay. I and my friends had the best time! Thoroughly recommended

St. Ives von oben

Sehr schön, sehr gepflegt, in den 5 Tagen ist uns nichts aufgefallen was gefehlt hätte, alles hat bestens funktioniert. Man muss halt immer circa 10 Minuten bergauf laufen um von der Innenstadt zum Appartment zu kommen.

A truly fabulous holiday home

This is one of the best home from homes we have stayed in. Starting with a wonderful phone call to say ‘your house is ready, you can check in early’. The house was spotlessly clean, light, with everything one need for a relaxing holiday - even down to the 3 emergency toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar with milk in the fridge along with a chilled bottle. The parking space was a gift as we didn’t realise parking would be such a problem in St Ives so with easy walking distance to town it was the perfect place to stay. Thank you all.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the property is stunning and has absolutely everything you could wish for and more for a comfortable stay, Sam and Billie really have thought of everything, even leaving thoughtful gestures tea, coffee milk etc.. thank you both The location is perfect just a few minutes walk to porthminster beach, the view from the coach house is unreal I actually miss it now I’m home, the accommodation is nicely decorated with a lovely power shower and the comfiest beds, the only thing I struggled with was working the induction job but that was not a problem as I called the office and lovely gentleman was happy to come out and help which was lovely of him. The outside of the property is lovely and if your lucky enough to get the weather we did you can make great use of the outdoor furniture enjoying food and drinks on the outside terrace. Would totally recommend this property and I would definitely visit again thank you Sam and Billy Natalie x

Amazing light and airy luxury apartment

Really enjoyed our stay last week, would not hesitate to recommend at all! Modern apartment equipped with absolutely everything you could need and spotlessly clean. Just a short walk into St Ives/various beaches. Light and airy with great outdoor areas (the front is a real sun trap!) Would definitely return!

Lazy week with everything

After a 6 hour drive we arrived at 2 The Coach House greeted with fresh milk, tea, coffee and biscuits, this was a lovely thought after the drive we didn’t have to think “where’s the nearest shop so we can make a drink” The Coach House has all you need and the owners have thought of everything to make the stay very enjoyable and home from home. The photos on line don’t do it justice with regards the space you have both inside and out, the two outdoor sitting areas covered the sun first thing and late into the evening. The Coach House is approximately a 15 minutes from the centre of St Ives with is a lovely costal town with restaurants and friendly pubs Our stay was very relaxing, lazy everything we hoped it would be and more with all the little home comforts provided such as fluffy towels, box sets on the tv and a very comfortable bed. We are hoping to revisit in the summertime with our daughter who was very jealous I would highly recommend, definitely worth a visit, big thank you to Sam and BIllie couldn’t have been more helpful
