A fabulous annexe, well furnished and equipped with a lovely private garden. The location was great, with really easy walking access to Snettisham and a good place from which to explore other places nearby. Andy was a great host - very informative. Would definitely stay again, and have no hesitation in recommending it.

An excellent little getaway annexe

Andy the host gave us a very warm welcome . The Annexe was very clean with all the usual ameneties and in a very quiet area of the village ,which we loved . Great local pubs and quaint gift shops . Weather was superb.

We have just enjoyed a week’s holiday in this beautiful cottage. Andy and Ali were wonderful hosts even greeting us with a home made cake (it’s the little things…) Easily the most homely and well equipped property we’ve stayed in. We cooked most nights and had all we needed to do so. The location is brilliant for things to do as a family/ catering for all ages. A wonderful selection of beaches too! A five star rating from us! We are Andy and Ali and live next door, with our girls Millie and Arabella. We moved to Snettisham 14 years ago after falling in love with the area after many family holidays up here, we’re not quite locals yet but getting there!

A warm welcome awaits you at the Annexe at Southgate Barn in the picturesque Norfolk village of Snettisham, previously voted Norfolk's friendliest village. Snettisham is situated just 2 miles from its own beach and local RSPB nature reserve. The village enjoys the award winning gastro-pub 'The Rose & Crown', a bistro and a good range of local shops.

The Annexe is located in the heart of Snettisham, is close to all the village amenities, is accessed by its own gravel driveway and has a private garden with sun patio. The modern annexe has gas central heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge area with flat screen TV and ground floor shower room with Bristan power shower. The ground floor double bedroom and upstairs twin bedroom are finished with blackout blinds and Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure a comfortable night's rest.
