Esta unidad recientemente renovada de 3 dormitorios se encuentra en el noveno piso en un complejo de baja densidad. La primera Master Suite cuenta con una cama King, armarios separados para él y para ella, acceso al balcón, TV de pantalla plana de alta definición y baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo. La segunda Master Suite también cuenta con una cama King size, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, acceso al balcón y baño privado con una combinación de bañera y ducha. La tercera habitación cuenta con dos camas Twin más una litera Twin-over-Full, TV de pantalla plana y acceso al baño del hall.

Disfrutará de impresionantes vistas del Golfo desde los grandes ventanales de la sala de estar, así como de las vistas este y oeste desde el gran balcón. El salón tiene un gran sofá seccional, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y acceso al balcón. La cocina cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y una barra húmeda con enfriador de vino y Keurig. También hay un cuarto de servicio con lavadora y secadora grandes.

Good communication and appreciated the interactive website with all the information. The views from the condo were amazing - from every room you could see the beach! The property is showing a bit of its age (not the condo itself, which was immaculate). The indoor pool was very small and the heater didn't work well once they turned it on. One of the elevators didn't always work the best. There was no key provided for the gym; you had to find the gate guard to open it up. The pier and beach were very nice, though. While we loved the condo, our family probably wouldn't stay here in the winter again due to the limited amenities (cold indoor pool and no hot tub). If you don't need those things, though, don't pass this one up! Watching the sunrise from bed every morning was perfection!!

Spacious & Relaxing

Amazing view of the Gulf, spacious accommodations, and a great fishing pier. There is no better place we've stayed in the 10 years of coming to Orange Beach. We had a larger group this time, and this place was well suited. So hard to leave!

Luxury condo with great view. perfect for a family stay. We used the pier every day for fishing. Easy check-in process. Sparkling clean upon arrival. Perfect location to get to restaurants.

We love these complexes!! Having the pier was absolutely wonderful and we saw so much sea life, pretty amazing! The condo was exceptionally clean, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a place so clean.

would definitely stay in this location again. Everything was perfect, other than some bother with entrance to building and parking being blocked due to equipment & staging for roof repairs, but that was expected in the month of February.

Amazing!!

This place was simply amazing! Very clean, major beach vibes. Top floor of the four seasons, stunning views, beach not crowded like it is with most other condos. Perfect location. Loved having access to the pier. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would have loved to have a grill on the property but that’s not a deal breaker. Would love to stay again!!!

Awesome experience!

We were visiting our daughter who is a Marine stationed at NAS in Pensacola and watched the Blue Angels air show. It was a great family time together. Enjoyed fixing home cooked meals, and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The condo is well organized and very comfortable. Love the decor and colors, very peaceful and comforting. This is our second stay at the condo and we hope to visit again!

I loved everything about this property and this unit. The unit was huge and designed to where everyone had their own space and privacy. The balcony was amazing. As far as the property, it was well-maintained with security at all times. We picked this property because of the pier and it did not disappoint. The property is also in a great location. We will come again.

Great 9th floor condo in Four Seasons. The unit was very nice. The view from the front windows and the balcony breathtaking. We enjoyed going out onto the pier and beach. You needed a code to both, which wasn't a bad thing. Everything about the unit was really great. Would stay here again. Great dolphin watching from the balcony.

Amazing and Impressive

Our daughter is a Marine stationed 30 minutes away in Pensacola. She was unable to come home for Christmas, so our family went there. The condo was everything we dreamed of, it was absolutely an awesome experience. Our family loved it there, it had everything we needed and it was so great to just open up the deck doors and listen to the waves and watch the beach. Great memories are priceless.

Great condo and location

Our family loved this condo. Great spot on the beach and the private pier is a lot of fun. The condo was very clean and the 3 bedrooms were a perfect fit for our party. Kitchen and living room were spacious and great for family hangout time and games. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. We saw quite a few dolphins from our condo. The property managers were proactive in communicating and made the whole process of check in and out super easy. I would definitely stay here again. Parking at the condo was the only issue. Only one parking pass was allowed due to some construction but it looked like that was going to be complete soon. Overall a really great condo.

Liqui Life office very difficult to find. Evening clerks at liquid life had no idea about a morning arrival and what was given to them. Eventually it worked out. No clothes hangers in any of 3 bedroom closets. Some overhead decorations are not secure. An oar velcroed above Master bedroom headboard fell off wall at 3:15 am and hit me on the head. Beautiful views and very nice for 3 adult couples.

Inconvenience

The condo was very nice and clean but upon check in we were suppose to have 2 parking passes and once we got there we were informed we could only have one which was a huge inconvenience for is because we had a total of 9 people and 2 vehicles. We had to park our second vehicle 4 miles away from where the condo was the was a huge inconvenience and we weren't notified about this until our arrival.

There Are No Words- It Is THAT Great!!!!

My family and I needed a get away from the stress and craziness of our life at home and work. We needed to escape and to leave every problem and issue behind us and to go somewhere that it all would not follow us. We found EXACTLY that. I truly do not have enough words to say about how truly amazing, breathtaking, and relaxing this condo is. The views are remarkable, the rooms are beautiful and perfect for a family of 7. We had so much space and were not on top of one another. The balcony, OH the balcony. I never wanted to leave. It is huge and absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget or utensil you would need. We cooked all of our meals in the condo and never once needed something that was not right there at our finger tips. Again, the views are just beyond words. The parking was so simple, check in could not have been simpler and the Agent’s communication was flawless. The Pier, OH MY GOSH! You will not believe it until you experience it. Truly unique and relaxing. When it was time to leave, my children literally began to cry and beg us to let them stay for another day, week, or forever. They were willing to leave their friends and lives back home to live in this beautiful place. I can’t say that my wife and I were not tempted to agree! Book this condo for your family vacation. You will NOT be disappointed. I promise you!!!We WILL be back and we will do everything we can to stay right back here at this condo as it is heaven on earth!!!

Great condo right on the beach on the top floor, however a security concern.

Mixed emotions with this review. The condo was recently remodeled and was great. High end appliances and amenities throughout. Very clean, and everything we needed. Condo was on top (9th) floor and directly overlooked the beach. Large balcony area accessible from living and master bedroom made a very enjoyable time to sit, watch and relax. We very much enjoyed the condo. It has a guarded entrance and is very convenient to everything right along Orange Beach. The private pier was well maintained and allowed us to watch other fish and enjoy the beach. Pictures shown of condo is just as it looks in real life. The one concern was that someone identifying themselves as a "neighbor" evidently had a key to the condo and made a surprise, unannounced and unwelcome entrance early one morning as we were just getting up. A very concerning occurrence and potentially dangerous situation. I brought this to the attention of property management (Liquid Life Vacation Rentals) twice, but no response was ever received which was very disappointing. There is no deadbolt lock on door, so just a simple key and anyone can come in. As I said, there was a security guard station at entrance to complex, however, a couple of times upon entering, the guard station was unattended. We will definitely consider this condo again, and would suggest it, however, you may want to consider bringing some kind of temporary door brace to prevent unwelcome entries.

The property is very nice room was wonderful very clean and well equipped

Room was great wonderful view, very spacious, liquid life rentals was very easy to deal with pick up and drop off key was simple and quick when we arrive guard was very nice gave us our pass later that evening we went to the pool around 9:30 didn't realized the pool closed at ten and it is exactly ten guard come and gets everyone out of pool. Which is the first time in fifteen years of going to the beach two three time a year that we have been told to exit the pool so guard came and was very professional let us know the pool was closed and we left . Second night we decided to go to the pool earlier so we would have time to relax and swim we were there maybe an hour or so and the guard came out and was walking around I had an adult drink that i had in a small cooler it was a bottle that I poured into a plastic cup and then put bottle back in cooler bec no glass can be out laying around the pool the guard walks up and says is that glass I said yes sir we take it out only to fill our plastic cups up then it's right back in the cooler he immediately yelled at us that we have to leave the pool immediately was very rude unprofessional after he told us to leave he accuse me of giving the key code to people that were not staying there which was a total lie because we had the wrong key codes to start with we got them from another individual that was there. I can deal with the yelling to get out of the pool but not accusing me of something I did not do. This place maybe ok for family with kids that go to bed early but I wouldn't recommend this place for couples wanting to relax around the pool or men or women trips. As nice as the room is for us we will not stay in the complex again the whole issue with the guard on second day put a big damper on the rest of the trip

Family Get-A-Way

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living room furniture had been updated and are not the ones pictured but it was fine. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials. The balcony furniture was very comfortable which allowed us all to enjoy that space to its fullest. Grounds and pier access are well kept. Overall, the condo is roomy and perfect for our group of 7. We had an issue with parking passes because we needed two. The staff at Liquid Life went above and beyond to resolve the problem. We were able to have the two parking passes needed. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Wonderful stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was well decorated and furnished. Beds were clean and comfy. Great views of the water and fishing pier. The only overall thing I would change is having to pay for an additional parking pass when a 3 bedroom condo is rented.
