Can't say enough good things about this cabin. It is in the perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinberg. Quiet and secluded, yet close to all the action. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts have thought of every detail. This has been our favorite VRBO to date.

The cabin was beautiful, clean, organized, and well thought out. The host was absolutely wonderful, from start to finish even messaged when we arrived to make sure all was well. The Bible in the night stand was a wonderful touch. Close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Its kid friendly cabin. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful cabin! We stayed for a week and absolutely loved the charm this home offered. I do think this is one of the cleanest and calmest VRBO’s we have stayed at.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The owners were fantastic from the very beginning. We had a scheduling conflict before our trip and needed to adjust our dates, and they accommodated us immediately without any issues.The cabin was in a great location, was exceptionally clean, and the drive up to the property was smooth and easy.One of the highlights of our trip was seeing two bears. We spotted one while relaxing in the hot tub on our first night and another on our way to The Island in Pigeon Forge on our last evening.We have been coming to the Gatlinburg area every year for the past 10 years, and I can honestly say this was the best cabin we have ever stayed in. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at The Curious Bear Cabin! It was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Our youngest even wanted to skip some activities just to stay in and enjoy the games and hot tub.The cabin was very dog-friendly, and our pup loved it too. The owners were responsive and went above and beyond—especially helping us find a local dog sitter.We made great memories here and would definitely come back!

This was the cleanest, sweetest, most well-appointed cabin for a spring hiking getaway! The fireplace was cozy, the hot tub lovely, and the kitchen well-stocked for cooking. I don’t recommend arriving at night if you’re a cautious driver not used to mountain roads, but aside from that, this place FAR exceeded expectations! The owner was amazing with communication and kindness. Well deserving of the exceptional rating!!

This cabin is cozy, comfortable and quiet. It has all the amenities needed and is the perfect place to come back to after a day in the Smokie Mountains. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are both easily accessible from this location. We would definitely stay here again!

We started coming to the Smokies in 2006 and have come back every year since. We finally decided this is where we want to spend our retirement. But we still have some years until that happens so we decided to buy a cabin ourselves, With the hopes of staying and sharing it with others until we make the big move for good. We love everything about Tennessee & are so happy to share it with you

Why they chose this property

We chose this cabin in Gatlinburg because we love being close to the town and all the festivals and action, yet we are in in a private area secluded and surrounded by nature. You get the best of both worlds. We have been visiting Gatlinburg for 10 years now and there is always new and old things we cant wait to do each time we are here. You will love the area and all the things to do.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this home because of how private the location is yet you are 5 minutes to town. The cabin decks are a great place to sit with your morning coffee and breathe the mountain air. Being minutes to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and in the middle of nature its truly a wonderful place to relax and unwind
