Botana Villa 7 offre une bonne combinaison de plage-montagne. Il est situé dans le complexe Botana Villas, à seulement 2 minutes de la plage de Cala Molins et au pied d'une montagne. La villa a été entièrement rénovée et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour des vacances aussi agréables. Le salon (salon, cuisine, salle à manger et toilettes) est au rez-de-chaussée et les chambres et salles de bains sont au deuxième étage. Il y a une terrasse privée extérieure ombragée au rez-de-chaussée et un joli balcon avec vue sur la mer au deuxième étage. Notre Villa 7 a une grande intimité dans la station de Botana car elle est située juste au coin.

Super house, excellent location, had everything we needed, close to the beach, secluded area.

This was a perfect place to spend 10 days " en famille". April weather was not fantastic but we still visited the many sights on the island as planned. Excellent villa for staying in to cook a meal, or wandering down to the local restaurants not even two minutes away. Nice secluded garden, shared pool available although too cold in early April as expected :-). Beach and cafe also two minutes away. Best supermarkets only 5 minutes in the car. Wonderful place for walking and running too. Having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets for 5 of us was perfect. The level of maintenance in the villa is very good. Excellent Wi Fi connection, which was vital as one of us was working half the time! Would definitely come back again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Die Wohnanlage ist mit ihrem zentral gelegenen Pool sehr schön konzipiert und angelegt worden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Haus und Poolbereich verfügten über WLAN. Der Fernseher hatte Satellitenempfang und AppleTV. Es waren nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Restaurants waren in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Daher haben wir von der gut ausgestatteten Küche wenig Gebrauch gemacht. Die Zimmer verfügten über eine Klimaanlage, die wir im Oktober aber nicht benötigten. Alles in allem waren wir ausgesprochen zufrieden mit unserer Auswahl.

Die "Villa" ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen!!!!!

Die Türfalle der unteren Toilette war defekt, die Fenster in der Küche liessen sich nicht verriegeln, einige Türen klemmten, waren verzogen, die Betten ähneln Feldbetten und die Matratzen waren in eckeligem Zustand, im Backofen befand sich ein verrostetes Backblech/ Auflaufform. Die Fotos im Inserrat sehen gut aus, entsprechen jedoch nicht unbedingt der Realität und um in die Wohnung zu kommen mussten wir zuerst den Code knacken, entsparch nicht den Angaben. Insgesamt muss ich sagen hat die Villa keine 3 Sterne verdient. LG B.K.

Querido huésped muchísimas gracias por su feedback Lamentablemente nunca me había pasado tener un huésped tan exigente y más teniendo en cuenta el coste de dicha reserva La Villa presenta una reforma del 2016 Son casas antiguas pero bien cuidadas y mantenidas Es la primera vez que un huésped me saca las fundas de los colchones y se queja de como abren las persianas Habitualmente los huéspedes valoran el enclave y la buena gestión que se les da Sería importante decir que se le ha arreglado la manera de la puerta así como repuesto la bandeja del horno El cambio de la clave sabe bien se debió a un error del inquilino anterior que modificó sin autorización De todas formas siempre es bueno escuchar opiniones Para mejorar año tras año que es lo que llevamos haciendo desde hará muchos años Un saludo Adriana

Beautiful villa nestled under pine trees in Cala Molins

The villa was absolutely lovely. It is set in the hillside above Cala Molins and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, it was equipped with everything we needed and there was a gorgeous patio outside where we spent most of our time. We have 3 teenage sons, (13, 17 & 19) and we already knew the area from previous visits but we all particularly liked being so close to the beach and being able to use a lovely pool....everyone could come and go as they pleased and this made for a very relaxed holiday!

Super Lager aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die gesamte Anlage ist gut gestaltet und der zentrale Pool ist Treffpunkt für alle Gäste. Unsere Villa lag sehr schön am Rand der Anlage und hat zwei Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch und auch die Ausstattung (z.B. Küche) ist gut. Allerdings ist alles schon sichtbar ein paar Jahre alt: der Wäscheständer ist angerostet, das Treppengitter ist kaputt, der Teppich eingerissen. Zu unserer Reisezeit war alles auch gerade dabei aus dem Winterschlaf zu erwachen und noch etwas kalt und muffig...

Platz für 6 Personen, sehr nah an einer schönen Bucht

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort und genossen das große Haus. Es gibt Terassen zu jeder Seite, beide meistens schattig. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, eine moderne große Küche, zwei moderne Bäder... Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Bucht ist ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Adequate holiday villa. No frill or comfort.

Although we knew the complex, we were led to believe that the villas seven and eight to be updated. However, there was no tv at all in seven and only disney in eight....despite the engineer coming to 'rectify' the sky dish. There obviously were drain problems....perhaps the villas had not been used for some time. Outside villa eight we had issues with deckchairs. There was no outside comfort...but a huge dining table and chairs WERE available. And one could not see to read inside because the lightling was so poor. There were two settees in each property. The bathrooms and toilets were dated but the kitchens were well stocked.... We found that villa eight and seven were stocked by the same owners as there was a surfeit of glasses and pans of the same set in one or the other...so we restocked as needed. It was a good job that the same family rented them both at the same time. Can Botan villas are in a very good position for beach with a lovely swimming pool. What a shame that the owners do not tidy the surrounding areas and care for the place more. It is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty walking as is advertised.... We had visits from the cleaners who we did not need but obviously they are available to those who do.

Dear Tamsin, It is a pity to see how a guest does not value the effort involved in having these villas up to date and trying to solve the problems that may arise during our guests' stays. If you know the complex, then you know perfectly well that the other villas do not have half of the comforts that ours have. In more than 30 years basic houses have been offered, with 6 outdoor chairs, plastic tables, rustic furniture, 6 glasses, 6 plates, 6 cutlery items, etc ... We have worked with dedication in trying to leave that behind as the past of can botana villas, however not all the guests are able to appreciate that. That is a shame indeed. Of course the season has started with you and pipes may have drained slowly for that reason. We had made the necessary checks in the house set-up that took us time and money. Not to mention the amount of hours that we devote to the garden. For your next stay in The area I advise you to go to a superior accommodation, although of course, it will not cost € 1,300. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit

Das Haus entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Alle hatten genug Platz. Es gibt 2 komplette Badezimmer und eine (fast) perfekt eingerichtete Küche. Details dazu würde ich direkt dem Vermieter mitteilen.

Excellent villa, fabulous place and wonderful holi

The villa was superb. It had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook proper meals most days. We spent a lot of time on the shady terrace which had a lovely view. There was excellent communication with Adriana and I would recommend this villa without reservation. We had a fantastic holiday and we will certainly go back as soon as we can.

Clean, modern villa surrounded by pine trees

We have just come back from a fantastic week at 7 Can Botana. It is a clean, modern, very well equipped villa in a small development of 12 villas with a lovely shared pool. The villas are set on a steep slope surrounded by pine trees. Breathtaking views of the see from the terrace and balcony and 2 of the bedrooms. Unfortunately the little bay of Cala Sant Vicenc has been a bit over developed but it is still a very beautiful spot. The little beach is beautiful with shades and sun loungers for €16 per day or you can just camp on the sand, although in August it is crowded. We did always manage to find a spot though. The water is warm and crystal clear and the most beautiful colour! The beach has lifeguards and kayaks for hire which cost €15 for a 2 man kayak for an hour - we kayaked around the coast in both directions and watched the crazy kids doing back flips and somersaults off the rocks in the bay around the corner. You can also snorkel in the bay - lots of fish and other sea creatures to watch. We went on a boat trip from Port de Pollenca out along the Formentor Peninsular (€35 pp for a 2 hour trip). Our skipper pointed out all the millionaires mansions (Nestle, Loreal, Picasso family homes amongst others) and stopped in some little bays where we could jump in and swim in the crystal clear water well away from the crowds. We also visited Pollenca - a traditional Mallorcan town, full of character, with narrow meandering streets and a couple of leafy squared to have lunch of a coffee in. Lots of interesting shops to browse around and a steep climb up 404 steps to a church with an incredible view - you can seen as far as Cala San Vicenc, Port de Pollenca and the Formentor Peninsular. The villa itself was a real pleasure to stay in - tastefully furnished with a well equipped kitchen and powerful showers - with plenty of hot water. There is a good strong fan in each bedroom which worked well on warm August nights - much more pleasant than air con! We were a family of 5 - my Mum and our 2 children aged 6 and 8 and there was more than enough space for us all with living and dining areas inside and out. The pool was clean and well maintained and the water was not heavily chlorinated, so the kids eyes were not irritated by the water. The only negative was that we caught the tail end of a festival and so on our first night there was very loud heavy metal music playing until 3.30am! Otherwise a fab holiday and would highly recommend it!

Great Mallorcan Style Villa

We stayed here as a family of 5 and enjoyed a terrific holiday. Good location close to the beach with restaurants and bars close by. There are 12 villas around a central pool in a beautiful setting. A very sociable environment. Villa 9 was well appointed and the kitchen/sanitary fittings were recently upgraded. There were ceiling fans and portable fans in the bedrooms which helped keep us cool. Adriana and her staff were very helpful.

Dream holiday

This was our first holiday on the island and it was fantastic. We went in April with 4 adults and two children and we picked the perfect spot. The booking process went without any hassle. (Thank you, Adriana!) The villa is very nicely situated in a compound at the edge of the village surrounded by trees. It is only a two minutes walk to a lovely little beach, where we had a coffee every day and our sons would play in the sand. Go the other direction and there is a nice walk through the wood. Hardly any traffic in front if the compound. We had a rental car and there is lots to to see close by with breathtaking scenery, beautiful villages and a very nice big beach in Porto Pollenca. Grocery shopping was easy with a discounter and a supermarket not too far in Pollenca (open every day). The village was very quiet with some restaurants not open yet, but we liked it. Also the compound was very quiet with only one other house occupied. The villa lies at the outer edge of the compound so even if it is busier, you have a bit more privacy and grass to three sides. Enough place for my boys (3 and 5) to play football and we always found a place in the sun around the house to have our meals. We have not used the pool as the weather was too cold, but it is relatively big and looked good. The villa is nicely decorated without clutter but cozy. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped and it was a joy to use it. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Definitely enough space for six people. It was still getting cold in the evenings and there are movable electrical heatings in the villa. We used the fireplace to get it warm and it worked very well (find a shop for firewood opposite the Lidl). I think it is a perfect house and location for families and I can only recommend it.

Gorgeous Apartment, Beautiful Resort

The first impression upon entering the apartment is wow! It has a modern feel with warm furnishings and a spacious patio with a large table, open lawn to the side and lush green plants. A nice garden to relax in during the day. Booking this apartment was so easy, Adriana, the owner, speaks fluent English, is extremely warm, friendly and helpful, she had everything arranged in Botana 7 for our arrival (2 adults with two 2 year old children). I can't praise Adraiana and her staff more!!! I left behind my favourite handbag in the apartment and her housekeeper handed it in with all belongings inside intact, which Adriana kindly posted back to me and wouldn't accept any payment for the postage. Thank you Adriana and please thank your housekeeper for being so honest, very kind of you both!!! The apartment was well presented and the beds were all made up. A cot had been setup with plentiful spare bed linen, which was also the case for the other adult beds, an abundant amount of towels and the housekeeping had done a wondeful job cleaning, it was immaculate! The weather was extremely hot, climbing to 32 degrees in the day so the powerful fans in the bedrooms really helped us sleep at night. The apartment is well kitted out with everything you might need to cook and clean, as well as a great staple supply of tea, coffee, cooking ingredients and toilet roll. An ideal location as it's at the end of the row and although near to the pool, the apartment (like others) does not look onto the pool so it's shielded a bit from the noise. The swimming pool is a perfect size for a relaxing swim and uniquely has a separate shallow end for toddlers and small children. The water was very clean and had plenty of sun loungers around the pool. The sea front is just a 5 minute walk, ideally located as it is away from the main street but still close enough to the sea and restaurants. Cala de Sant Vincenc is a stunning cove, nestled between towering cliffs. The view from the beach has a stunning contrast of the cliffs framing the sea, it's breath taking. The sea is very clean and as turquoise in reality as it is in the photos. The resort is small and quiet so it suits families and couples, it has a good handful of restaurants. Our favourite was Modesto. Puerto Pollenca is just a 15 min car drive away. The nearby town of Polenca is well worth visiting. All in all it was a wonderful holiday, in a beautiful apartament in a superb location. What more could you possibly want?

Fabulous Holiday Villa

Just got back from a week in Botana 7, had a fantastic family holiday (6 x Adults). The villa was very clean on arrival; all the rooms are spacious with plenty of room for 6 adults. The outside area is very private and there is a large covered patio area fully furnished with chairs and a table for outside dinning or relaxing – great for a BBQ. The resort is very nice with some good restaurants for eating out; there is an excellent beach just a short walk away or you can use the estates private pool with sun loungers which is situated right next to the villa. Communication with Adriana was excellent making the booking process very easy. I would defiantly recommend this property and would consider using it again.

Excellent Holiday Venue

Together with my family we had a wonderful fortnight in this villa (4 adults and 2 under 3). The villa itself is roomy, comfortable and has everything you require for a holiday home. The outside space is excellent as this villa is at the end of the complex and has garden on 3 sides. The pool is superb with a separated area for children and many sun beds. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and village centre where there are shops and restaurants. In fact the village is a superb venue and for families who want a beach holiday it is perfect. The owners were so helpful with some of our additional requests e.g a stair gate to ensure the 2 year olds safety. When we had a bit of a problem with internet access they did everything to help get it sorted out. All in all a great villa in a very picturesque resort.

Cala San Vicente is for us a very special place. I have spent all my summers of my childhood in there.
Can Botana Villas resort was built by my grandfather and when my father died I decided to renew our villa and rent it with all my guests may need to have a great time in the villa.

We usually spend different periods in winter in the villa which is also very peaceful and nice spending a great time in the living room in front of our fire place, having nice time walking in Can Botana and Cala Molins beach.
