Belle villa moderne de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec piscine privée chauffée et chauffage central

La villa a une position cul de sac sur un grand terrain paysager clos avec piscine chauffée en option de 10m. Vue sur la mer depuis le premier étage. Dix minutes à pied de la plage de Coral Bay et de la bande principale. La piscine privée a des marches romaines est entourée d'un patio et d'un jardin paysager et d'arbres fruitiers. Trois chambres, une en suite avec de grandes terrasses de salon extérieur, avec une vue fabuleuse, dressing au premier étage, deuxième et troisième chambre et salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée, avec des plans de travail en granit et une barre de petit déjeuner. Beau salon avec canapés en cuir, cheminée TV, DVD, TV satellite et wifi. Le barbecue en brique se trouve dans le jardin à proximité de la salle à manger extérieure couverte. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de stationnement hors route avec une pergola couverte pour l'ombre. Nous avons un système d'alarme complet pour plus de tranquillité d'esprit.

The villa was exactly as listed, and in great condition, with a welcome pack to cover breakfast waiting for us upon arrival. Lisa and Felix were very helpful hosts, with great communication prior to our holiday and throughout. The air con worked well, and we were in easy reach of the beach and main strip. Lisa also helped out with transfers and further accommodation after our check out, which was really appreciated. Overall, the holiday was wonderful, and definitely one to remember for years to come.

Beautiful Villa

Nice quiet location 15 minute walk to the strip for restaurants and 20 mins to beach. Villa has everything you need and wonderful pool. Great communication from Lisa and Felix and tips for dining and car rental and the welcome package was a nice touch.

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location. Still walking distance from the strip and local amenities. Brilliant outdoor space with very large pool. Everything inside was clean and worked well. Aircon and showers both very good. We all had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend or return.

The villa was in a great location - coastal, supermarket less than 5 mins away by car, furniture very comfortable (not always the case in holiday properties ) with Uk tv as a bonus on rainy evenings. Also very private. Would love to stay again

Villa and grounds were really nice, pool was bigger than expected and just about warm enough without the heating on. Nice 15mins walk down to the beach, bars and restaurants. Lisa was lovely arranged cab from airport and back, really helpful.

We love this Villa! Great, villa, great pool and great location!!!

Great villa, well designed and nicely furnished with everything you need. The pool is a good size and the outside BBQ and eating area works well. Coral Bay has a lovely beach and lots of restaurants. Phillipos supermarket is amazing for fresh food, BBQ meats and the bakery, loads to do around paphos for day trips and adventures.

Amazing villa for our honeymoon

Lisa and Felix were amazing hosts! Easy to get in touch with and were let us check out late The villa is located in a perfect location, close to the supermarket, bars, restaurants and the beach. Everything in the villa was great, so clean and well equipped Pool was nice and warm without the need for heating Cant wait to stay at this villa again soon!

Lovely stay

Villa is spacious and well equipped. Lovely pool area. Hosts were excellent and quick to respond. Walking to and from town is along a busy road with no street lights so good idea to pack a little torch.

Hi, We are so pleased you had a fabulous stay with us and loved the villa standards and facilities and found the central heating. Very useful and beneficial being winter. The improvement works on the strip are obviously out of our control. However we did leave you details of all the bars and restaurants that are open throughout this which is most of them plus where you get discounts from and how to access them. in addition, we have all a lovely seafront restaurants around Coral Bay and Sea Caves that are open plus everything is normal in Peyia village so plenty to choose from. The improvements will be completed April this year And the whole of the strip will be absolutely lovely. Kind regards. Lisa

Beautiful villa with super views

This villa is just as described in the on line details what the photos show is how the villa presents. The views from the upstairs terraces are wonderful with sunsets across the sea. We really enjoyed it all, Felix was around looking after the pool answering any questions but never intrusive, perfect.

Great pool area, walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants

Great pool area with ample outside space. Sunny all day and great umbrellas which were easy to move around. Inside space well equipped. Secure parking area off the quiet cul-de-sac. Easy walk to main strip although it is along a busy road for c200m so need to be a bit careful later at night.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
