The apartment was clean and very well situated, 15-20 mins walk from PB Marina via the underpass at the Casino. Bus sevice is fantastic.

Beautiful complex with pool

I found the complex very nice. During my stay, the two pools and the garden were cleaned and watered daily. Of course, there are also local families with children living in the complex, so you should observe the house rules.

Nice apartment and helpful host. Nice pool area. Unfortunately a lot of ants in the apartment and the AC was not very efficient for hot days and had to be restarted every other hour which was not great during the nights. All in all we enjoyed the stay.

Lovely trip!

Had such a wonderful time at this property despite the rules regarding the pool area in Marbella, Justine and Angela were great. Had fantastic communication, property was spacious and clean. Check in process was nice and easy even though our flight arrived late in the evening! Check out was even easier. The location was perfect for my trip and I would happily stay again. Thank you!

Perfect holiday!

Exceeded our expectations in everyway! This apartment is in a perfect location and fully equipped for a relaxing stay, from reserved sunbeds, wifi and a free late check out to suit our flight times. We personally had a fantastic time and couldn't of wished for a nicer place to stay. Thanks to Angela, Chris and Justine for bein so welcoming and accommodating. Nice little pad, good location

Justine’s apartment is situated close to the restaurants, clubs and glitz of Puerto Banus but within easy walking / taxi / drive of beaches, San Pedro, Marbella and Guadalmina. A good sized living space and master bedroom, plus a neat kitchen and cosy second bedroom make this fine for our family of four. Pool area is lovely and balcony catches the evening sunshine. Angela, the property manager, was helpful, accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Très bon emplacement

Beau complexe à proximité de la marina de puerto Banus, 15 minutes à pied. La cour avec piscine est parfaite. Le condo est bien,quelque peu étroit pour une famille de 4 avec 2 ados, la deuxième chambre avec 2 lits simples est limites pour des enfants de 15 et 17 ans. Mais en général, c’est bien correct pour passer quelques jours prêt d’la marina animé de puerto Banús et de la ville de Marbella.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passés 10 jours magnifiques à Marbella en parti grâce à cette location. A notre arrivé le logement était propre, il est assez bien équipé avec une climatisation superbe. Les deux piscines de la résidence sont calmes et à bonne température ! L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, à quelques km de puerto banus et à quelques mètres de la plage. Nous avons loués une voiture et grâce au parking de l'appartement elle est rester intact. Tout était parfait !

A months stay

A brilliant location close to everything that you need . Property manager Angela and owners Simon and Justine where such a pleasure to communicate with . Very clean place and clean bathroom and gorgeous swimming pool . Only one thing I would change where the beds just quite uncomfortable and noisy/rocky . Over all a lovely stay and would definitely return to this lovely apartment

perfect location

Had very good stay, property include secured parking spot which came really handy. Location is perfect as the property is a walkable distance to the beaches/harbour/shops etc. Property manager very organised and property was very clean.

Helt kurant leilighet i utkanten av Pouerto Banus.

Ble hentet på flyplassen av en hyggelig mann som kjørte oss direkte til leiligheten. Anbefales om man ikke leier egen bil. Utleier behjelpelige og hadde ingen problemer. Grei kontakt via WhatsApp. Leiligheten ligger et stykke unna Pouerto Banus, men ikke noe problem for en familie på fire å gå til sentrum og stranden. Veldig traffikert vei frem til man kommer ned på strandpromenaden, den smale gangveien følger motorveien, så barn må passes på. Leiligheten er helt grei til den prisen utleier tar. I en vanlig boligblokk sammen med både andre turister og lokalbefolkning. Inneholder to soverom, et bad og stue/kjøkken i ett. Oversiktlig om man har barn med TV og sofa ved siden av et av soverommene. Til vårt formål med mye strand- og byliv var den tilfredsstillende. Uteområdet med basseng er veldig bra.

Brilliant

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. With two children, 2 and 3. The block was quiet, and swimming pool and garden area immaculate. Short walk to the beaches and surrounding cafes, restaurants. Slightly longer walk into Banus, but still easily done with pram and child walking. Just a cheap taxi ride to Marbella centre. Then nice to come home to more peaceful area, just slightly out of the way of it all. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We felt like a home away from home. We all really loved our stay and would definitely return. Angela the host was so helpful, thoughtful and really friendly which was lovely to be re-assured with.

Wonderfull

We stayed 2.5 weeks at the appartment with 2 children en 2 adults. Justine was verry quick with answering with all of our qeustions, it was perfect for us. Well maintained appartement with 2 pools great neigbours and neigberhood. Angela and John were also a great help with info and cleaner. We had a amazing holiday thank you!

Had a full week in the apartment in June. From the point of booking Justine and Angela kept in regular touch, and provided great service. Apartment is great, fully functional, and on the 10min walk from the beach and bars.

Super Apartment in Brilliant location

Stayed here for 1 week, location fantastic for Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pretty gardens with 2 pools, very relaxing, I was the only person by the pools so had them all to myself. Lovely big balcony, perfect to relax with a glass of wine. Owner really helpful, would definitely recommend

A lovely little apartment

From my initial contact with the owner Justine Abbott and frequent emails with Angela Gaiger who looked after the property during our stay, all questions were answered quickly which we appreciated. Angela even put us in touch with someone who transported us to and from the airport. The property was small but well presented. When we arrived the cleaners were there but we were able to leave our things inside until they had finished. When we went back in, the apartment was spotless but we noticed a few things that needed fixing. I got in touch with Angela straight away and a handy man arrived the next day, which was great. I was impressed that there was plenty of crockery and cutlery and even some tea, coffee sauces etc left to use. There is plenty of room for clothes and extra bedding is provided. The pool area is lovely and was very quiet even in August. Sunbeds are provided by the owners and locked so there is no rush to get up and put your towels out. On our last day we were able to stay a little longer due to the arrival time of the next guests, Angela helped us arrange this. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.
