Home was very welcoming, any issues that we had, the owner responded quickly. Family has rented a home in Emerald Island before. We would definitely rent a home in this area again

The house needed cleaning. The floors and upstairs bathroom hadn't been cleaned and there was dust on the lamps. The linens in the master bedroom were dirty and there were no linens for the foldout couch. I reported this to Vrbo who contacted the host who referred me to the management company who required me to take pictures of the dirty linens but never had them changed, nor did they clean the floors or upstairs bathroom. The house itself was very nicely configured and accommodating for our family of eleven. It was situated in a very nice resort which had a number of ammenities for guests. It was close enough to the Disneyworld parks that we arrived in about 25 minutes without the traffic delays that other resorts with limited access would have had. Had the property managers responded appropriately, the rating would have been five stars. My recommendation to the host would be to change property management companies. They are not serving you or your guests well.

Lovely stay

Very well maintained and so much space. This house was perfect for our family holiday. The area was safe and we enjoyed runs when were having time in the villa. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent stay!

This was the CLEANEST rental we have ever seen! The home is beautiful and spacious. We spent most of our time at Universal and Disney, and we wish we had scheduled an extra day to just enjoy chilling at this home. The towels were luscious and the beds were comfy. The only downside was no checkout instructions so I was unsure what to do with towels, trash, etc. Otherwise, we LOVED everything!

Kissimmee House Review

The property was a great location to the Disney Resort and was very well maintained. Plenty of sleeping options fun game room and when we had an issue with the pool heater, it was quickly fixed. Great stay and we will consider staying there again!

Best villa we’ve stayed in.

Had an absolutely brilliant time, stayed 19 nights, wish we could have stayed longer, the villa is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need, loved the pool which is lovely and private and not right next to your neighbour as others we have stayed in. Good location for Disney and extra security with being a gated complex, hope to return.

Wonderful spacious home

Overall we were impressed with the property. The layout worked very well and having the pool/spa as well as game room kept the kids occupied. The owner/mgr was very attentive. The only thing I would warn people about (especially if they’re maxing out the occupancy) is the hot water tank is not nearly big enough for the number of bathrooms. We ran out of hot water after 2 regular length showers.

Perfect

Great property close to Disney in a gated community. We've stayed at Emerald Island 3 times now and this villa is by far the nicest yet. Clean and modern, great pool/Spa area. Good games room that kids loved. Owner is very helpful and super quick to reply to messages. Would definitely recommend this villa and hope to come back in the future.
