Hay muchos restaurantes nuevos a poca distancia de este condominio. Hay muchos centros comerciales cerca, como "La Isla", al lado de algunos excelentes restaurantes y cine, la Plaza Caracol está a dos cuadras a su derecha, el centro comercial Peninsula Mall está a 2 cuadras a su izquierda. Liverpool Mall está a 5 minutos en taxi o 20 minutos a pie con Walmart, Sams, etc.

Valve for dollar was okay but don’t plan on cooking much unless you bring a clean cutting board and all your own spices. You may also have the dishes as many were left dirty. Also the fridge was leaking. The property management office took a picture but on day 12 no one had come up to fix it. The tv internet kept going out so called property office numerous times but no answer as it was the weekend so went to front desk and they said to contact owner. We did and I feel his reply was very rude.

The view from this condo are amazing. We saw whales breeching. It's a 4 min. walk to the bus stop. Great restaurants are near. Great location. Owner was responsive when needed.

The last time that we stayed in this Condo rentals the complex was owned by Holiday Inn. Now with the new owners "Sunscape" we have seen a lot of changes.Firstly the rental team gave us excellent service. They helped us with many needs we had in our apartment and helped us to operate the TV and toaster oven.But the main problem that we had with the new ownership was not allowing the apartment people to walk through the pool complex to go to the beach. We had to walk quite a long walk to the public beach access, even though the owner of our place said that it is an easy 10 minute walk. This is no true, especially for senior aged people, because we had to walk back to the main road from the complex and along very busy Main Street sidewalk with many people and then a long path back to the beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in our apartment, but we could not have carried this things on that long walk to the beach.We would have gladly paid a little more in our rental fees just to walk through the "all inclusive" pool to the beach. We did not want to use the pool, we only wanted to go to the beach by an easy access way.Also we have noticed that buildings have not been kept up in good condition or even no improvements done in the last 10 years.We will not be coming back to this location again.

We want to thank these guests for their review. Sunscape took over from Holiday Inn approx 10 years ago. Sunscape only offers All Inclusive service to their guests. To stop condo owners guests who do NOT purchase All Inclusive from helping themselves to Free food and Drinks, Sunscape now only allows access to the Pool for guests who purchase All Inclusive as their food displays are out in the open throughout the Resort. This was clearly explained to the guests in our 2 phone conversations and also in the emails I sent them before they booked. They could have booked a newer, more expensive, 5 Star condo but they chose a Budget Friendly condo to save money. I also explained that they do not need to walk to the beach, they can simply take a taxi for $5.00 and take their chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. We also discussed that other condos with direct pool & beach access will cost them over $129usd per night during High Season. These guests paid $69.00usd a night during High Season. That is close to a 50% discount. Due to home Renovation, they were looking for an expensive getaway while the Renos were going on. Also, as many of our long term guests are from Canada, they need to add an exchange rate of 38% to the condo price. Guests want to pay for a Budget Friendly condo at a Budget Friendly price but than expect a 5 Star condo at that price. And yet, most condos will still not have the amazing view that this condo offers. We are offering a comfortable, Budget friendly 2 Bedroom Condo. We have been offering this condo for over 24 years to guests from all over the World. On a yearly basis, Sunscape has been doing upgrades to this building. If you want to stay at a newer 5 Star hotel/condo with pool access, than expect to pay more than double what you would pay here if that will make you vacation more enjoyable....... thank you.

Amazing views and perfect !Has a kitchen and a fridge as well !Close to everything and excellent doormen and security team !Only downfall you have to walk to head to the beach .I got mixed messages because I swim in the ocean and I had pools and chlorine .Maximillian and security Ana didn't have a problem for me going straight down to the beach from the condo but other people didn't like it .I told them it's a public beach and we came to an agreement!I'm a people person and I talk commen sense !The place is perfect to relax and enjoy the view !!!Thanks again Gary!!!

This is a nice 2 bedroom condo with an amazing view. Close to all amenities. We saw whales and dolphins everyday from the balcony. Visited in Jan. Wi-fi is really good. Great info from the property manager.

The place is far enough so you won’t hear the parties but only 10 minutes to the action area. Balcony is shaded, beach access and a family friendly pool area.

Thank you very much for this great review. Yes, we do agree that the location is wonderful. It is right on the beach with amazing Ocean, city and Mountain view. And the condo is close to Shopping malls including the new mall "La Isla" right next door with hundreds of stores. I am very happy to hear that they found the condo very well stocked, including towels, utencils, etc. Yes, most guests love the fact that we have our Local Property Manager and our Building administrator onsite. If any issues arise than it can be dealth with right away. Thanks again for this great review. Gary

While Sunscape Resort offers All Inclusive to their guests, none of our guests purchase All Inclusive from Sunscape. There is a kitchen with everything guests need. And there are so many wonderful restaurants close by for our guests to enjoy. Our guests want to experience the real Puerto Vallarta so they enjoy the surrounding areas and all the great Restaurants near the condo and also downtown. Thanks again to these guests.

Location, location, location

If you're interested in staying close to downtown Puerto Vallarta and love a great view, this property is for you. Everything in town is only a short (and inexpensive) taxi or Uber ride away. If you love a pool and direct access to a beach, you will have to pay extra...78-100 US/day (April 2025) This is not our host's fault, but the building the condo is in changed its rules earlier this year.

Great location but not having access to the pool or beach was more of a disappointment than I expected. None the less had a great time. Gary the owner was a great communicator and was more than accomodating.

Thanks for this review. Yes, the location is wonderful with many Shopping Malls close by. Walmart & Costco are 5 mins away by car. There are many restaurants within walking distance to the condo. Thank you very much for your compliment regarding our communications. Since the direct beach access was revoked by Sunscape, we have heavily Discounted our rates from $115.00 to $59.00. Public Beach access is only 10 mins away. Guests save a lot of money for this little inconvenience. Thanks again for this review.

Magnificent panorama!

Wow what a view! Condo was just perfect for our 2-week stay. Gorgeous panoramic ocean view, bright & airy, spacious, clean, comfortable beds and couches, great shower, well-equipped (patio, kitchen, bathroom towels, AC & fans, clothes hangers, beach chairs & umbrella, entertainment centre) condo in a good location with nearby beach, restaurants, shopping. Francisco from property management so very friendly and helpful. Bellmen very efficient in calling taxi service. Gary, we can tell that you put in a lot of consideration towards your guests! Muchas Gracias for a wonderful stay in your condo!

Another amazing review. We are so glad to hear that they found the condo to be perfect for their 2 week stay. And as always, everybody talks about the Amazing Panoramic Ocean view, including Mountains and the city of Puerto Vallarta. Thank you very much for your compliment. And yes, you are right, we do try very hard to make every guests stay as well as it can be. We provide them with all the information they need to have a great vacation. Excellent vacation spot!

We needed a restful vacation. My husband with a broken femur wanted to rest. This lovely condo gave him exactly what he needed. The view is magnificent, the condo had everything we needed to cook all our meals, quiet nights were a pleasure compared to some of the spots we have stayed in Mexico. Security was present 24/7, never once did we feel unsafe. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Staff were all very pleasant.

Anniversary celebration

We stayed for 8 nights, first time in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was great, clean and roomy and the view from the balcony was awesome! Thanks Gary!!

Thanks for your review. I am glad you enjoyed the stay and found everything to be great. There are many new restaurants within walking distance and the new mall "La Isla" is next door. Large Shopping malls are within walking distance. thanks again for this review

Awesome condo!

Nice condo, great location! The owner is quick to respond with questions. Costco/ grocery store a mile away.

Thank you very much to my guests for this wonderful review. I am very happy they found the condo very comfortable and in a great location, right on the beach. Beach access is just a few steps away. And off course the views of the ocean, beach, City and Mountains are pretty amazing. Thanks again for this wonderful review.

You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo! The view from the balcony is amazing, waking up every day and looking out was a dream. Gary was great throughout the whole process, super helpful, always responded to my questions very quick, just perfect communication from beginning to end, he gives you all the instructions to make sure your stay is as you expect. There is a safety box, if you need one. If you pay the fee to have access to the all inclusive amenities is perfect, otherwise get ready to walk a good 12-15 minutes to the beach, Gary provides umbrella, chairs and coolers to bring with you if you decide not to get the all inclusive option. Straight forward and cheap ride either by bus or uber to downtown. Grocery stores are within walking distance (about 20 minutes), Lot of restaurants near by, but we chose to go downtown and eat dinner there, so many places to choose from. We were there during the low season so it was really nice as nothing was crowded and the beach was almost always empty. Condo staff was very friendly and nice. On our last day, as we were having coffee on he balcony, we saw a couple of dolphins near by, right in front of the condo, and that was just amazing. Overall a great experience.

We have had the pleasure of sharing this our wonderful condo with our friends from many countries, including Australia, Spain, New Zealand, England, Italy, Germany and off course Canada, USA and Mexico. I love to travel and see this amazing World we live in. I am sure you would love my little 'Casitta' in the Sun.

This beautiful condo is located right on the Beach. The views from the private Balcony is spectacular. This condo is a 2 bedroom condo. This is very handy when you have family visiting you for a few days. Puerto Vallarta is considered one of the best vacation destinations in the World. People are wonderful, beaches are great, lots of sun, cost of living is fairly inexpensive compared to other places. Puerto Vallarta still has that small city feeling.

This condo has everything. First of all, it is oceanfront. The view from our 12th condo is spectacular. This condo is located in Sunscape Resort, in the larger tower facing the ocean. Its an easy 10 minute bus ride to downtown and 10 minute ride to the airport. There are many new Shopping malls & Restaurants within walking distance.
