We want to thank these guests for their review. Sunscape took over from Holiday Inn approx 10 years ago. Sunscape only offers All Inclusive service to their guests. To stop condo owners guests who do NOT purchase All Inclusive from helping themselves to Free food and Drinks, Sunscape now only allows access to the Pool for guests who purchase All Inclusive as their food displays are out in the open throughout the Resort. This was clearly explained to the guests in our 2 phone conversations and also in the emails I sent them before they booked. They could have booked a newer, more expensive, 5 Star condo but they chose a Budget Friendly condo to save money. I also explained that they do not need to walk to the beach, they can simply take a taxi for $5.00 and take their chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. We also discussed that other condos with direct pool & beach access will cost them over $129usd per night during High Season. These guests paid $69.00usd a night during High Season. That is close to a 50% discount. Due to home Renovation, they were looking for an expensive getaway while the Renos were going on. Also, as many of our long term guests are from Canada, they need to add an exchange rate of 38% to the condo price. Guests want to pay for a Budget Friendly condo at a Budget Friendly price but than expect a 5 Star condo at that price. And yet, most condos will still not have the amazing view that this condo offers. We are offering a comfortable, Budget friendly 2 Bedroom Condo. We have been offering this condo for over 24 years to guests from all over the World. On a yearly basis, Sunscape has been doing upgrades to this building. If you want to stay at a newer 5 Star hotel/condo with pool access, than expect to pay more than double what you would pay here if that will make you vacation more enjoyable....... thank you.

Not to mention the absolutely amazing views of the Ocean, beach, the City and the Sierra Madres mountain range. Thank you very much for this great review. Yes, we do agree that the location is wonderful. It is right on the beach with amazing Ocean, city and Mountain view. And the condo is close to Shopping malls including the new mall "La Isla" right next door with hundreds of stores. I am very happy to hear that they found the condo very well stocked, including towels, utencils, etc. Yes, most guests love the fact that we have our Local Property Manager and our Building administrator onsite. While Sunscape Resort offers All Inclusive to their guests, none of our guests purchase All Inclusive from Sunscape. There is a kitchen with everything guests need. And there are so many wonderful restaurants close by for our guests to enjoy. Our guests want to experience the real Puerto Vallarta so they enjoy the surrounding areas and all the great Restaurants near the condo and also downtown. Thanks again to these guests.

Thanks for this review. Yes, the location is wonderful with many Shopping Malls close by. Walmart & Costco are 5 mins away by car. There are many restaurants within walking distance to the condo. Thank you very much for your compliment regarding our communications. Since the direct beach access was revoked by Sunscape, we have heavily Discounted our rates from $115.00 to $59.00. Public Beach access is only 10 mins away. Guests save a lot of money for this little inconvenience. Thanks again for this review.
