Ground floor of 220sqm, entrance hall, living room, 65' OLED Smart TV, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk bed (3 places) - all bedrooms are equipped with 48' Smart TV OLED - and a 160m2 terrace

First floor of 155sqm, (entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 49' Smart TV, utility room, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 2) and a 40sqm terrace)

The terraces enjoy a splendid lake view and are equipped with sun loungers, outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas.
Furthermore, on the larger terrace there is a very comfortable laundry room consisting of a washing machine, a dryer and a tub for hand washing, a gas barbecue and a shower to be able to cool off on the hottest days.

Pleasant Stay at Villa Elvira

We recently enjoyed a week's stay at the Villa Elvira. The property was beautiful, and our host went above and beyond by providing thoughtful touches like water, small snacks, and bathroom amenities. The kindness of our host coupled with the comfort and convenience of the home made our experience truly memorable. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, and I highly recommend it.

Great Villa

Nice, quiet and cosy villa. Very well equipped, lots of parking space. 2 different appartments in one villa, so ideal for 2 famillies or large group of people. Andrea is a kind and attentive host and provides the quest with a nice arrival package including some food, drinks and a welcome drink.

Amazing property with a great view

We came into town for a friend’s wedding and stayed here with 8 people. It comfortably fit all of us and was both spacious and clean. Andrea the host was very accommodating and even left us some welcome snacks. The property was in great condition and the view of the lake and the island were terrific. We loved our stay here and if we ever returned to lake garda we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Property

Visited with family of 9. Plenty of room, nicely furnished and appointedproperty. Great view with nice outdoor space. Andrea, property manager was terrific, very helpful and responsive. Everything from cribs and highchairs for kids to restaurant reservations to fixing a highway toll problem, Andrea was on it! Highly recommended!

Perfect stay - Great location, very clean & well equipped

We stayed with a group of friends. The photos perfectly describe the house: very well equipped, modern, clean, big terrace, nice views & garden. The communication with the host was great. Andrea was extremely friendly, responding instantly to questions, taking care of our requests, providing us with recommendations etc. We would all definietly recommend staying there. Beach is also only 3 mins walk away from the house. Enough parking space available even for bigger groups. Great place to stay! :)

Nice house and friendly representative

I recently stayed at this vacation home with friends, and we had an amazing time. The house itself is beautifully maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great house and super host

We were two families, a total of 14 people aged 17 to 55. It was no problem to find room for everyone in the beautiful house. Functional and modern solutions in the house. Beautiful both inside the house and outside. Short way to the beach. Nice and helpful host, who responds immediately. We booked transport from the airport via our host. It was a good solution. Had a super holiday in a lovely house.

The perfect Italian Villa with the perfect host

What a great location for our families Italian 10 day vacation. The Villa was just as pictured. Beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean inside and out. With gorgeous views of the lake from the 2 balconies that stretch the length of the property and expansive outside patio for outdoor relaxation. The Villa accommodated our family of 11, ages 18 to 76 with plenty of beds and bathrooms and all the amenities described. Our host Andrea was the perfect host, kind, attentive and available for our every need. He helped with transportation for our young adults to visit sites around the lake and to get my parents from the nearby ferry. He was more like a friend then a host. He even surprised us with birthday cakes for my birthday on arrival and my nieces birthday later in the week. He also helped arrange a delicious arrival meal thru a chef so we could relax upon arrival. He also stopped by to see us off on the day of our departure. I recommend Villa Elvira and it’s host Andrea for any length of stay. I am so glad we chose to stay at the Villa and we will truly stay there again.

Best Ever VRBO

We have rented many homes for our international and domestic trips, and this is by far the best. The house itself is outstanding. There are potentially two apartments in this house. We rented the entire house. The house has obviously been renovated not too long ago. It is very modern and well equipped. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever had. All bedrooms on the ground floor have their own bathroom. The baths on the upper floor share a bathroom. All the windows have electronic outside shades that completely darken the rooms which is nice since the bedrooms have large windows or doors to outside decks. The views from inside the waterside rooms and decks are amazing. The large outside patio has lots of seating, a very large Webber Grill and a separate large building with the washer and dryer. The location is excellent. Nearby (across the street), walking distance, is a small public beach, waterside restaurant with excellent food. The area is a very upscale area of the lake and centrally located. The host (Andrea) is very accommodating and great to deal with. He goes above and beyond for his renters. He responds to any question quickly. He is very proud of his property. We had our 80th birthday and he even supplied a fabulous cake for the occasion, almost too beautiful to eat. But, we did eat it and it was amazingly delicious.We can not praise the property and Andrea enough. BEST VRBO EVER. Thank you Andrea.

Fantastic stay at Villa Elvira

We just finished a wonderful one week stay at Villa Elvira. The entire villa has recently been beautifully renovated. It is very spacious with one large apartment downstairs and another apartment upstairs. Everything was very clean. The downstairs apartment has four bedrooms (3 doubles and one room with bunk beds and a trundle). There are four beautiful bathrooms, three being onsuite. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (2 doubles and one room with bunk beds) and one bathroom. Our party had 11 adults (3 famlies) and we all had plenty of room. It was perfect for us. The view of Lake Garda from both apartments and the terraces is stunning. The outside terrace is large with plenty of seating and a big table for outside dining. Andrea, the owner, was very gracious, hospitable and accommodating. He kept in touch through the week to make sure all was well. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the villa a wonderful experience for guests. Andrea also has a transport service if you need transportation to and from the airport. We did have two cars for siteseeing and getting around town. When we arrived both kitchens had a very nice welcome package including, bread, milk, cheese, coffee, water and deli meat. The kitchens are fully appointed with new appliances and have everything you could possibly need. The furniture throughout the villa is lovely and comfortable. We really had a wonderful trip and throughly enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend staying at Villa Elvira.

Villa Elvira is a lovely property, and our host Andrea was an invaluable asset to our stay. He was quick to respond with very complete information about everything we needed: automobiles, catering, birthday cake, mid-stay cleaning (we stayed 2 weeks). He also provided invaluable service in getting our family members to and from airports and train stations - and provided great advice about local attractions.The house is very spacious, and being divided into 2 units meant that we have enough space for both early risers and late sleepers! The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything that we needed for cooking ( when the mood struck). The location is terrific for access to several towns, the ferry, and small beaches. The patio has ample seating for relaxing and dining al fresco.We highly recommend this property and our wonderful host.

An diesem Haus stimmt einfach alles, die Raumaufteilung, die Architektur, die Innenausstattung, die Haushaltsgeraete, die grosszuegige Kueche, der schoene Garten, der obere Terrassengarten, die Parkmoeglichkeit, die grosszuegige Terrasse. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zu einem entspannten Urlaub im Kreise der Familie oder mit Freunden und auch mit Hund braucht. Der Gastgeber achtet auf jedes Detail und ist sehr bedacht, seinen Gaesten einen schoenen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir feierten unsere goldene Hochzeit zusammen mit unserer Familie in Gardone. Wir hatten nicht nur mit dem Wetter Glück sondern auch mit unserem Domizil. Ein tolles und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in Traumlage in dem nichts fehlte. Dazu ein Vermieter, der uns in allen Belangen unterstützte und half, wo er konnte. Alles in allem, äußerst empfehlenswert.

What a view!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Elvira - a lovely holiday visiting with extended family. The Villa is large, well appointed and equipped with everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. It is split into two, separate, full apartments, which provides flexibility to large groups, although the social space in the larger apartment downstairs can comfortably accommodate all guests at once. The views out across Lake Garda from most of the rooms and the various terraces are breathtaking. Andrea went out of his way to be accommodating and make our visit as special as possible. We would definitely recommend.

Die Villa ist fantastisch

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Außerordentlich sauber und neu renoviert. Alle haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber Andrea ist ein Schatz. Wir hatten noch nie so einen netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, der sich wirklich vorbildlich um seine Gäste kümmert. Sogar für unser leibliches Wohl hatte er bei unserer Ankunft gesorgt. Man kann Villa Elvira unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Garantie für einen perfekten Urlaub. Und sogar für unsere Hunde hatte Andrea Näpfe und Leckerli besorgt.

Well maintained property in a great location with the greatest host!

We checked in Villa Elvira to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the most important thing for her is the level of cleaning. Well... she was amazed by how kept and neat the villa was :) Andrea, our lovely host, welcomed us with pastries, cheese, prosciutto and refrigerated pineapple and delicious prosecco. What a great kickoff for a family vacation! The villa is well equipped so there’s no need to bring anything from home, including a baby crib and a highchair. Andrea also provided other useful information and recommendations throughout our stay and was available to answer every question at any time. The villa, overlooking the lake, is perfectly located if you wish to travel around lake Garda. We were traveling with small children and came back to the villa at the end of each day. It’s very accessible and also has a huge (!) garage. Overall, we had an amazing time and hopefully we’ll be back there soon :)

Outstanding!!!

When we drove up to the house, Andrea was allready waiting for us to let us in. We were given a short tour through the house and Andrea had prepaired a fantastic lunch for us with prosecco and procciutto. The house looked like it was never rented before, everything was very new, modern and clean and there was nothing we missed. nice big rooms, amazing bathrooms and 2 great kitchens. But most of al we really loved the terrace, with good furniture, enough beds and ofcourse a huge Grill. Limetrees in the garden, a shower on the terrace, a view like never before, 2 big fridges and our friends. There was really nothing more we needed. And to top that all of, Andrea was very friendly and helpful. We asked him (all communications through whatsapp, very handy) if he could arrange transportation to Gardaland for 10 people and gave us the tip to go earlier because of traffic. This took about 2 minutes. Then, the morning we went to gardaland we asked him if it was possible to add a visit to a winefarm to the trip. Although it was 2 hours before we planned to go, he said he would try and did so. Resulting in a very very nice day for us. When we booked the house we where wondering if it would be to good to be true because it looked so good and wasn't that expencive. When we went back It really was that good, but now it was true. And to all houseseekers: Whether you are looking for a house, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the gardalake from your own house with a nice glass of wine and food from the grill, you like to make walks to the center of Gardone riviera, Salo or Toscolano maderno, or you just want a place to chill out inside when the weather at the lake is not that great. This house has it all. Andrea thank you very much for an amazing week and we are certainly coming back to you and your beautiful house.
