It was convenient to the pool and beach through the WaterColor Inn facilities. I stayed for the 30a Music Festival and found the location very convenient. Easy to drive to other venues, with so many within walking distance. We even rode the available bikes one morning for some sessions. The other mornings were too cold for biking.

Loved the Condo

We have stayed on another property in this building before and loved it too. Great location and perfect for just a couple or a small family. (Our kids are young and we brought a blow up mattress for them to sleep on as the room was large enough to accomodate that. Will definitely stay again. My *only * complaint was the bed was a little stiff, but not unbearable. Overall, a great stay. Thanks

Just what we needed

This wasn't the first time we've stayed here and it won't be our last. Located dangerously close to our favorite restaurant (The Wine Bar), it's on the quieter end of 30A passing through the Watercolor/Seaside development. Light/bright atmosphere and spacious for 2 people. Well done.

Great kocation

Two floors ( master on 2nd) so not accessible for handicap or person with mobility issues. Suggestion: box of tissues would be nice; there was no cutting board contrary to listing. Loved the location, but we arrived after dark so it was hard to I’d building 1600 from the parking lot.

WaterColor is am amazing place and our unit was fantastic. Had everything guests could want for.

We loved this property. The unit was beautiful and comfortable and we had everything we needed. I was with my 85 year old mom and the elevator was invaluable. We also loved having the washer/dryer in the unit…was a bit chilly outside. The bedroom upstairs was beautiful and the kitchen had anything you might need. We loved the 3rd floor patio and had beautiful views, and even a couple of Blue Angels flew past. Loud, but very cool. The walking streets and stores at WaterColor were great and we enjoyed Scratch for breakfast 2 mornings. I will definitely be renting in this area again.

Wonderful!

I'm not typically one to write reviews; however, our experience was such a wonderful one that I had to write about it. We loved everything about the condo--location, cleanliness, modern furnishings, and property amenities. The communication was excellent and only added to the positives! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice Condo with great location.

Unfortunately we were there during Hurricane Ida’s landfall to the west of the area. Didn’t get to use all the amenities that Watercolor has to offer, but the condo is well appointed and clean. Kitchen countertops seemed to have a stickiness to them that wouldn’t come off though. Can’t beat the location to get to beach and watercolor beach club. I would recommend this property and would return for hopefully a better weather stay.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in the condo! It was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures :) The location was perfect and I had two little ones (age 2 and 4 months) and there was plenty of room to separate them!

Watercolor stay

A very nice condo with plenty of space for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom has plenty of counter space which is great. Could use a little tlc as the carpet was dirty and a little mold in the shower.

Perfect Watercolor Location!

We loved this location in Watercolor. Walking distance to the Beachclub, which meant our trips to the beach were so easy! Communication from Christopher on check-in and other items was top-notch. Can’t wait to Come back!

Great location, but attention to details needed

The property is in a wonderful location, and I loved the layout of the condo. Walk to the beach was just a few minutes. Watercolor is a super nice neighborhood on 30A, and located right in the center of the action. Given all that, there were a few details that I found disappointing. The management agency was challenging to communicate with on the front end. We got it worked out once I arrived in town, with a super nice agent named Christopher. But I don’t think I should have to initiate calls to get information about check-in information. As far as the condo, it was a wonderful spot. But the jetted tub was inoperable, and the doors that led to both balconies were so hard to open that I had to invest in a can of WD40 to loosen up the locks. Again, a great property, but attention to little details missed the mark.

Hidden jewel

The 3rd flood 1 bedroom in the 1660 building is perfect. Proximity to the beach, nice furnishings, and an incredible deck where we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every evening, add up to the perfect couple’s retreat.
