Seaに続いて、Fair Windsへの居心地の良��ゲストコテージがあります。シーサイドの古きよき砂浜の道を一望するこの1ベッドルームのコテージは、ビーチの真向かいにあり、セントラルスクエアのショップやレストランから2ブロックです。

以前はLil Blessingsと名付けられたFollow Seasには、明るくて軽い海岸線の装飾が施されており、カップルやご家族のための理想的な隠れ家を提供しています。 1階にはクイーンベッド、薄型テレビが設置されています。フルタブ/シャワーを備えた最新式のタイル張りのバスルームは階下にあります。プライバシースクリーンの後ろには、螺旋階段が2階のリビングエリアに上がります。上階のリビングエリアでリラックスして、窓からの壮観なシーサイドの景色を楽しんだり、プライベートバルコニーで朝のコーヒーやイブニングカクテルをお楽しみください�� 設備の整ったギャレーのキッチン（冷蔵庫、バーナー、食器洗い機、カウンタートップ小型オーブン）と2つのテーブルは2つ目のレベルになります。

座っているエリアと囲まれた屋外のシャワー・サラウンドフロア・シーはビーチで長い一日の後には完璧です。木々は通りや隣接するメイン・コテージであるフェア・ウインズ（別途レンタルVRBO 304025）から日陰とプライバシーを提供します。

More cramped space than anticipated. Toilet took forever to fill. Space for only one suitcase to be open. TVs very tiny. No place to sit in bedroom besides on bed. If ok with above, then a good place.

Unfortunately, our stay at this rental was disappointing. The key was extremely difficult to use- we had to struggle for several minutes each time just to get it out of the lock. There was visible mold by the air vents, and the air conditioning did not circulate properly (very hot upstairs while freezing downstairs).The overall condition of the home felt dingy. Every single towel had stains, and when we asked about replacements, we were told it would come with an extra fee. It was only after I mentioned leaving a review that they finally agreed to bring fresh towels. We also noticed stains on the mattress, a dresser drawer that didn’t work, and a flickering lamp bulb in the living room. This property has potential, but it is in need of significant cleaning, maintenance, and more responsive guest service. Until these issues are fixed, I would not recommend it.

5 stars – Perfect Seaside Getaway!Following Seas was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an unbeatable location—just steps from everything Seaside has to offer. It was the perfect size for my husband and me. We had zero complaints during our stay. Everything was exactly as described (if not better). We truly felt at home and can’t wait to book again. Highly recommend!

Beach Getaway

The location of the property is outstanding! We had a wonderful visit but were disappointed with the mattress and pillows. The kitchen also needs to be updated with new appliances. Overall, we give it 8/10.

Definitely A Do Over!

The little cottage was awesome in regards to location to downtown Seaside and the beach. We are definitely coming back next year. It didn't affect us but there is a spiral staircase that may make it challenging for some.

Best location!!

We loved our cottage. It is for 2 people only so it is small however, very nice, clean and comfortable. A few minute walk to Seaside Center. Best location to get to restaurants, market, shopping and amazing views within minutes. We will be back!!!

Wonderful warm visit!

This is a wonderful property to experience. Just minutes walk from the hub of Seaside and gorgeous beaches. Great location for two! I would defniitely recommend to anyone. What a gem!

Great weekend

Property was perfect for a couple. The beach access was super close and so easy to walk to. Also, a short walk (2 streets) from seaside was an added plus. Would definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!

Perfect Spot for Couples

We LOVED our time at Following Seas. Its strengths are excellent owner communication, convenience, ease, location, a great little kitchen, and quant charm. So incredibly close to beach access (literally steps away) and the heart of Seaside. We brought our own bikes but ended using their great bikes that were provided. My only area where I see improvement is the bedding and mattress. We didn’t have the best nights of sleep. Next time I will bring my own pillows and a cozy blanket. However, if they got a slightly larger bed with a great mattress, I would be hooked for life at this cozy place. I do hope to return!

Amazing

Loved it all. My only wish was that the code to house, beach access code, and bike code was all together in one text as well as sitting in plain sight once entering house. Those are the 3 most important things. I'll do my research better next time, regardless and have them written down ahead of time.
