LE QUERCE - Villa with spectacular sea view and swimming pool

Villa Le Querce is set in a beautiful woodland of pine trees, oaks and carobs, and an undergrowth with Mediterranean vegetation. The view is spectacular. In particular, from the infinity pool you can enjoy the view of the gulf where Maratea is set, from Cape Palinuro to the island of Cirella. The home is really enjoyable, it is a special and very quiet place with plenty of space to stay with friends in complete relaxation, take a poolside aperitif, dine under the starry sky of Maratea or play table tennis.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with an English lawn where the inflatable swimming pool (m 4 x7 height from m 1.2 to 1.8) with salt water is located, equipped with a new system that, through the electrolysis of the Salt, salt water becomes bathed in water. The bath is pleasant and the skin leaving the water no longer smells of chlorine.
On the garden overlooks a large brick paved porch with a modern outdoor table where you can dine both day and evening. The garden is equipped with comfortable and modern sun loungers, sun loungers and a barbecue area. There are also two comfortable outdoor showers with hot water. The villa consists of two floors. The bright and fresh environments are furnished in white tones with modern sofas and ethnic furniture. On the ground floor there is a large living room with two large and pleasant spaces for conversation. Equally large is the dining area equipped with a table with a large glass top.
The well-equipped kitchen is very spacious and consists of a dining area and an operating area directly connected to the outside area. Always on the ground floor is an original bathroom for guests with Moroccan ceramics and two double bedrooms, each with a large bathroom and a comfortable shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds each served by a bathroom with a shower. The house also has a terrace of around 50 m² with a table for eating, sun umbrellas and another barbecue corner. A table tennis area is on the terrace.

Spectacular view and vacation near beautiful Maratea

Very beautiful and well equipped house with wonderful garden and spectacular view - perfect stay! Stefania gave us a lot of useful tips and suggesrions for beaches and restaurants near by and was always ready to help. The access to the house was a bit rough, but we fot used to it at the end. Lots of little secluded beaches with pebbles to discover. Highly recommended. Thank you Stefania for a wonderful vacation!

fa piacere che la proprietà sia stata apprezzata sia per la posizione che per le attrattive della casa. mi spiace che nel giudizio sia stata utilizzata la frase "infestata dalle zanzare" che ritengo inadeguata e troppo forte rispetto al caso in quanto la proprietà è situata in un bosco, e quindi piò essere naturale la presenza di zanzare come quella di uccelli o di scoiattoli. la casa è munita di zanzariere e a inizio stagione il Comune di Maratea provvede alla disinfestazione così come i privati se necessario.

Schöner Sommerurlaub mit Hund, einem geräumigen Haus mit guter Einrichtung, einfach anzufahren (wenn auch über Schotterweg), angenehmen Klima im Haus bei hohen Temperaturen. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko: hohe Mückenaufkommen während unserer Zeit (August 24)

Superb location

Wonderful place in a great location. The view across the infinity pool down to the sea is breathtaking. The house is big and well equipped. Lovely touches and well looked after. The Maratea coast is one of the most beautiful ones in Italy. We would definitely visit again.

As a family we stayed at this wonderful place for one week. The house was very clean and is well equipped. The terrace and the pool area is very nice with a great view. Communication with Stefania was very pleasant and quick. We enjoyed our stay. I can highly recommend this place.

Wir waren eine Woche lang in diesem tollen Haus. Die Lage und Aussicht ist unglaublich schön. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber. Auch das Grundstück war schön angelegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Kleinere Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Weitsicht

Wir waren 7 Person aus der Schweiz für zwei Wochen in dem wunderbaren Haus, welches genügend Platz bietet und eine herrliche Aussicht garantiert. Das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer sind alle schön und geräumig und im Aussenbereich kann total entspannt werden. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Mückengittern ausgestattet, denn diese Viecher sind wirklich sehr lästig. Wir genossen die Zeit und können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

Un oasi di pace

Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia due settimane a Villa Le Querce in questa strana estete Covid. La villa e il giardino sono bellissimi e curati (le foto corrispondono alla realtà) e godono di una vista spettacolare sul golfo, che rilassa l'animo e allontana le preoccupazioni. Avrei potuto passare l'intera giornata ad ammirare il paesaggio a bordo piscina.. La casa è fornita di tutte le comodità, arredata con estremo gusto e la proprietaria è molto attenta alle esigenze dei clienti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Non c'è un aspetto di cui lamentarsi. Mi viene un unico suggerimento: poichè Maratea è notoriamente piena di zanzare, sarebbe utile montare delle zanzariere almeno alle finestre. Consigliatissima

La villa Le Querce e' davvero incantevole. Architettonicamente molto bella, oltre alle varie stanze e' dotata di una sala da pranzo da sogno. All'esterno un panorama eccezionale, un giardino con veranda fatto molto bene e una piscina di acqua salata a cui e' difficile dire di no. Credo di non avere mai visto una casa sul mare bella come questa. Non posso dare cinque stelle per la mancanza delle zanzariere che purtroppo rendono il soggiorno meno piacevole di quanto dovrebbe essere.

Beautiful villa in stunning location

We were blown away by Le Querce when we arrived. It looks even better than the photos. The garden is gorgeous and the house is beautiful and comfortable. We all had our own bathrooms which were of a high standard. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and everything is of great quality and taste. You felt that the owner was really sharing their beautiful home with you and you wanted to take care of it! The pool is wonderful and the view breathtaking. Nicola, the gardener, was really helpful and friendly and we knew that if we had any problems we could contact him. We had no problems though, just a beautifully relaxing time enjoying the house and exploring the surrounding area - which is stunning - when we could drag ourselves away from the pool!

È' stato un piacere condividere con William e la sua famiglia la nostra casa. E' per noi una bella esperienza riviverla attraverso gli occhi e le parole del viaggiatore. Basilicata Fan entdeckt neue Seite

Nach über 30 Jahren in Maratea, brauche ich nicht mehr von der Region schwärmen, oder? Die Villa war wunderbar, geräumig, luftig und für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, die den Pool und alle anderen Freizeit vergnügen ausgiebig genutzt haben, himmlisch. Der "gute Geist" des Hauses (Verwalter) war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hatte ein kleines Problem nach der Winterpause. Das Problem war aber so schnell und professionell gelöst, dass ich es als einen Pluspunkt anmerken will (in guten Händen der Vermieterin). Das Haus ist oben am Hang, daher wunderbarer Blick. Die Villa ist nicht nur was für Sommerferien, aber kann auch durchaus im Herbst oder schon an Ostern belebt werden, dann aber mit der adäquaten Kleidung. Man kommt leider nicht zu Fuß ans Meer runter, aber es gibt soviele Buchten und Strände in 10 Minuten-Fahrt Umkreis, dass man jeden Tag etwas neues erleben kann. Vielleicht sind wir nächstes Jahr wieder da.

Abbiamo iniziato da poco a condividere la nostra casa e ogni volta è stata una bellissima esperienza. Maratea è un luogo che amiamo come amiamo la nostra casa che ci ha regalato nel tempo e continua a regalarci momenti belli ed emozioni uniche. Tutto questo ci e' piaciuto molto condividerlo con Florian, che nonostante le più di 30 estati passate a maratea ha apprezzato questo piccolo angolo di mondo è fatto suo lo spirito della casa

Wonderful pastime at the villa

Want to say a few words about our accomodation. The villa was very cozy, big and had a wonderful swimming pool with a great view. Also the house had a wonderful terrace. The house keeper met us and showed the house and explained everything about it and about the facilities in it and about places you could visit and nice beaches. Around the house there are many oak trees on which squirrels are living. The house is situated in a very safe area and had a very big kitchen with all kind of equipment. There was a separate entry with gates to the house and what's more there were cameras around the house. We enjoyed our accommodation very much.
