Une magnifique maison située à proximité du centre-ville de Great Yarmouth et de la plage, 4 chambres 1 salle de bain familiale, 1 salle de bains et une salle de douche au rez-de-chaussée avec toilettes et lavabo. Nous avons une nouvelle table de billard / snooker et une petite salle sensorielle pour tous les parents qui ont des enfants ayant des besoins supplémentaires.

Situé avec le front de mer et le centre-ville à seulement 3 minutes à pied, cette maison avec terrasse moyenne est idéalement située pour profiter de toutes les commodités que Great Yarmouth a à offrir, si c'est le front de mer avec sa plage de mile d'or, ses arcades, son cinéma, sa jetée Britannia ou Parcs à thème et musées Joyland et Pleasure Beach ou peut-être le centre-ville avec ses bars, ses restaurants, ses magasins et sa place du marché.

La ville de Norwich avec son château médiéval et sa cathédrale ainsi que le centre commercial Castle et les centres commerciaux Chapelfield méritent également une visite, il y a aussi des cinémas à écrans multiples et de nombreux bars et restaurants.

Les Broads valent également le détour et ne sont pas trop loin.

Lovely spacious clean house and the games room was amazing, not just the 16yr olds but my 24yr old son and 20yr old daughter enjoyed it as did the 3 month old baby in the sensory bit with the lights. Very close to beach and shops .We had a great time

Great Property, Real Home from Home

The whole property is beautifully furnished. The photos do not do it justice. The location is great, being right in the centre, minutes walk from all the attractions.

Everything you will need

Great spacious house

The house is a great place to stay very centrally located in Gt Yarmouth. It was clean, modern and very spacious. The kids loved the games room and the house had everything needed for a great stay. Gt Yarmouth itself is looking a little rough round the edges, and certainly not as I remember, although there is tons to do for kids and families.

Fab stay in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and had everything we could need for our stay plus more. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and left little touches for the kids which was nice. Their communication was fantastic and even let us know that the property was ready early. Only one tiny downside, it was quite noisy of a night in the rooms at the front of the property, traffic and talking but nothing major. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again.

Travellers beware and take pictures on arrival

Great Yarmouth is a fun destination the house is well situated to take advantage. When you arrive make sure that you take pictures of everything - if you read previous reviews you will see others feedback on this subject. carpet has lots of wear and tear take pictures of it ALL.

Hi Wendy, Thank you for taking time to review my property. I would just like to clarify the following regarding your review for others. In my properties comment book you wrote that you had a great stay and the house was very clean and had everything you needed however after you departed we became aware of a large hole in the living room carpet which was not there when you arrived, we believe this was caused by one of the dogs travelling with you which you and was then neatly trimmed with scissors.(also you had not paid the £50.00 pet fee) As a result the whole carpet which goes through the living room and dining room now needs to be replaced which will cost significantly more than the £150 damage deposit which i have retained (this is only the 3rd time i have held back a damage deposit in over 4 years of renting on vrbo as this is not something i would do without being justifiable). Regarding your comment about previous reviews mentioning the carpet there are none.

Weekend break in Great Yarmouth

Very spacious and clean house. Very well equipped kitchen with nice little touches. Games room kept kids entertained, only downside was as it is in the basement the room smells of damp. Kids didn’t seem to mind it though. One of the neighbours keeps a dog outside at night so barks through the night. Overall a great stay and I would stay there again

Best rental home in Yarmouth

Really lovely house with everything you need and more. Check in process was great, we got an email saying we could get in early which was a bonus. Had fun reliving my teenage years on the retro games console! The only negatives were that the pub noise went on a bit late on the Friday, and the basement hadn't been fully cleaned and there were a few cobwebs. Great overall though.

Short break

What a great find!!!! Everything was brilliant, the house itself was like a home from home….anything you needed they have thought of!! The location was perfect we only used the car once during our stay to travel to Gorleston. Communication from Melvyn was excellent. Our circumstances for coming to Great Yarmouth were not the best but we still managed to have a great stay and Melvyn was very conciderate of our circumstances and we really appreciated that. I would 100% recommend everyone to stay here and definitely stay again myself.

Extremely clean and well kitted out in every room - kitchen, toys, baby equipment. Bedrooms set up well with plugs, lamps, mirrors near a set of drawers as a dressing area. Plenty of towels and kitchen cleaning bits plus essentials like tea, milk, condiments. Good communication with host. Family holiday

The property was lovely plenty of space for 8 people ranging from teenagers to over 60s. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The beds were all so comfortable. The games room was an added bonus for the teens. The only issue was parking as we had to take 3 cars and could only get one parking permit for the property and even then I struggled to get a permit parking space and lost it when we had a run to Gorleston-on-Sea there wasn’t a single space when we returned so we daren’t move any of our cars after that which meant we didn’t get out to explore as much as we had planned. But we did find lots to do in Yarmouth itself which everyone enjoyed thoroughly. Was a wonderful holiday overall.

Thoroughly recommend renting this property

From start to finish, dealing with Melvyn was a great experience. He dealt with a date change amazingly quickly; his check in info was informative and easy to follow with some useful parking advice. The property is as advertised, beautifully presented and very near beaches, town, restaurants and family entertainment. Thoroughly recommend renting this property.

Excellent stay

Had an excellent stay, great location to the town and beach, but on quite a busy road and opposite a pub. Wouldn’t be too much of an issue but cars like to stop at the lights, and treat the green light like a drag race. Not the owners fault though. Lots of space, and everything we needed. Was very hot, as we couldn’t leave the windows open when we were out, but fans provided in bedrooms. Very clean, and great communication from the owner. Information booklet needs to be updated as bin collection is stated as the wrong day. Would stay again.

Amazing Holiday Let, Perfect for Big Families.

Absolutely amazing holiday let, clean, spacious and so cosy! We found our stay to be so comfortable and the shops, amenities and beach all in walking distance of the property. We loved the games room, and the huge, spacious living room, with the most comfy sofa for all of us to occupy at once! I absolutely highly recommend this property. And the host was lovely, replied to all my queries promptly and even asked how we were finding it. Such a very polite host, thank-you. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas break

Fabulous house very close to amenities

Stayed for three nights with friends. We were attending a festival at the nearby Vauxhall holiday park, so this was ideal - walking distance from the site. The house was brilliant; spacious, comfortable and fabulously equipped. And the communications from Melvyn were excellent. If you have more than one car, parking is a little more complicated, but there are car parks and non resident parking spaces nearby. The owner provides one resident permit, which is very useful. There's a pub opposite, which might put some people off, but it wasn't noisy. Convenience store in the corner was useful and the staff friendly. All in all, a lovely house and comfortable stay.

I am a carpenter by trade and in live in the fine city of Norwich with my wife sandra and between us and our son Paul and his wife Stacy we own this lovely property in the heart of Great Yarmouth which we use as a holiday home for familys to come stay and enjoy the seaside town and many other nearby attractions.

Our house is situated just a 3 minute walk from the town center it is ideally located to use all the local facilities on foot, the train station is also just a short walk away.
We are lucky enough to also be just a 3 minute walk from Great Yarmouth's golden mile, lovely clean sandy beach, piers and arcades where there is always plenty to see and do.
