Like us, we know you will fall in love with White Horses' incredible location overlooking unspoilt dunes, with panoramic breath taking sea views.

Opened in 2025 after refurbishment, our spacious and charming beach house provides the ultimate in relaxation. With comfortable furnishings, a luxurious quirky ambiance, it is perfect for creating lasting happy memories. All of our furniture has been chosen with your comfort in mind, no cheap short cuts, no uncomfortable old beds, or rickety sofas!

Our guests safety is paramount, smoke and Carbon Monoxide sensors are fitted in all rooms, with emergency exit door locks.

White Horses is available for hire during the summer each year from the 1st May until the end of October, and for Christmas & New Year break.

White Horses is tucked behind by a high wall, with secure fencing and an established garden with trees and shrubs. Providing peace of mind for pets and children.

The open lawned rear garden is sea facing, with chest-high railings, and has a 'private gated access' down the steps, to the dunes and beach.

White Horses offers a perfect getaway retreat by the beach.

Guests can indulge in stunning coastal vistas all year round, spectacular when the sun sparkles on the water. A floor mounted telescope is provided in the snug for spotting the ships and yachts as they sail by!

Imagine summer evenings spent in the Hot tub spa, relaxing with a glass of fizz, stepping out, wrapped in your towels, and into the Nordic Barbecue cabin, for a delicious barbecue, in the warm, with cosy seating, and finishing off with S'mores!

The beautifully decorated interior includes a compact kitchen, open to a spacious dining area. The bright and comfortable lounge with open sea views, has a large smart TV, an open fire, with white Plantation shutters giving it a wonderful Mediterranean feel. Relax on our Italian designer Leather corner sofa, or on the authentic soft leather 'Stressless Recliner chairs' - perfect for total stretch-back relaxation!

Move through to the snug room with it's well stocked holiday library and board games. Relax on two large Italian leather sofas and enjoy the expansive sea views over the garden.

Adjoining the snug is the Sun Room, a casual space, with a marble circular table and seating. Planted indoors with Geraniums, Roses, Jasmine and a Rubber tree plant! perfectly blending indoor and outdoor living, ideal for dining and relaxation.

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

All bedrooms lead off a 'central corridor' offering space and privacy from the other bedrooms.

On the ground floor, 1 Super King Bed with deep mattress, smart TV, fitted wardrobe, a wall-mounted trouser press. White Plantation Shutters, overlooking the white walled Mediterranean styled garden. Ensuite walk-in shower & WC

A second King size bedroom, which has amazing Sea Views over the garden, glass doors to the Patio and garden. French reproduction king bed with deep mattress, large wall-mounted smart TV. Fitted wardrobe,

The last of the ground floor bedrooms is a King bedroom with Plantation Shutters overlooking the walled front garden, fitted wardrobe. Sharing the Jack & Jill shower/WC ensuite

On the second floor, up the winding newel stairs to the only upstairs bedroom, with 3 Single Beds in the 'Look-Out' bedroom. Access to the look-out room, spectacular sea views, Velux windows, and blackout blinds. Wardrobe and set of drawers.

A separate family WC is also located on the ground floor.

Enjoy FIVE ground-floor patio terraces with varied seating areas, offering multiple choices to relax, look out to sea, sunbathe, and enjoy family meals. You can follow the sun around the house until late in the evening, or benefit from avoiding any sea breezes!

PLEASE NOTE*:- The HOT TUB is ONLY available from 1st May to the 1st October 2026.

Relaxation is enhanced with the Sea-facing lawned garden, and in the walled Mediterranean-style gardens at the front of the property which is where you will find the barbecue cabin and Hot tub spa! The property is very private, quiet, and not overlooked by neighbouring property.

With a secure entrance, at the end of a no-through road, high gated entrance, it is fully enclosed. Ample off-road parking for 4 cars.

2 Well-behaved pets are welcome, no extra charge.
(Please contact us if you have more pets , there may be an additional charge)
Pets MUST NOT be left alone in the house.
An escape-proof, weather-proof dog run is available in the garden.

Winterton-on-Sea is also incredibly pet-friendly, welcoming dogs on the beach and in local eateries.

For hygiene reasons Guests must bring their dog beds, food bowls, toys, towels, and throws.

**Miscellaneous Information:**

- We offer Friday-to-Friday rentals for 7-night stays.

- **SHORT BREAKS** (minimum 3 nights) are available on enquiry to us, all year, excluding July & August and bank holiday weeks. Please message us for a quote.

DISCOUNTS available for 2 - 4 persons. excluding July & August, please contact us with your preferred dates for a quote.

We are nestled in the unspoilt and hidden gem of Winterton-on-Sea, on the 'Sunrise Coast' situated along the North Norfolk coast. This is where you can begin to explore miles of stunning dunes, walk along beautiful golden sandy beaches which are dog-friendly.

You can paddle or swim in the sea, often glimpsing the bobbing heads of the shy but inquisitive Winterton & Horsey Seal colonies. With nearby attractions including Windmills, waterways, Norfolk Broads villages, adventure parks, and great shopping centres in Norwich and along the coast. Tourist attractions to fit every preference & pocket from day boat hire, golfing, fishing, sightseeing, arcades, and amusement parks!

The 'Fine City of Norwich' and the coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, and the Royal estate of Sandringham and King's Lynn are just a short drive away. Adventure awaits!
