Villa única, máximo lujo con todos los detalles. Está orientada al disfrute para sus visitantes, dispone de las mejores instalaciones, comodidades y mobiliario posible. Construida en el año 2017, la casa combina modernidad con calidad, sin dejar de lado los detalles como los tonos blancos y la pared seca de la isla de Menorca.
Es ideal para grupos y familias con niños gracias a su superficie de más de 200 metros. Cuenta con cuatro habitaciones grandes, tres baños, cocina y un gran salón con vistas al mar. También dispone de una espectacular terraza con piscina, donde podrán disfrutar de una preciosa puesta de sol.

La villa está ubicada a pocos minutos de la localidad de Arenal de'n Castell (1km), Son Parc (1km), Puerto de Addaia (1.5km), y na Macaret (2km). Gracias a su situación, en el centro de la isla, es muy fácil desplazarse a cualquier lugar, teniendo a escasos metros la playa familiar de Arenal d'en Castell. Además, la urbanización cuenta con todos los servicios: supermercados, restaurantes, atención médica, farmacia y locales de ocio. La famosa localidad de Fornells está situada a 15 minutos en coche y el puerto marítimo Puerto d'Addaia a menos de 5 minutos, donde podrán disfrutar de muchas actividades acuáticas.

Ah, los amantes del Golf están de suerte, ya que el único campo de Menorca se encuentra a sólo 1 km!

Gorgeous Villa

The villa is amazing and well equipped with everything you might need. Stunning views of the sea. Approximately 15 minute walk into the small town down by the beach which is gorgeous. A quiet destination for evenings so not for partying. Bernat was most friendly and helpful as host:)

Superb villa and owner

Bernat's house is fabulous- stunning property, superb views and secluded location, gleaming pool. Bernat is very efficient and welcoming and speaks multiple languages fluently. As well as the general facilities, towels and bedding are changed frequently, cleaning excellent, overall an outstanding experience. Car is essential in this quiet, hilltop location. The property is secure with modern door and window tilt-and-turn design. Highly recommend this villa.

Lovely villa

This is a lovely villa with fantastic views. Everything is within easy access and all of the amenities you will need are in the villa. The pictures don't actually do the place justice! Due to high winds and the villa being quite exposed we didn't really enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked but that is no-ones fault apart from the weathers! One of the flushes broke on the toilet but this was fixed the same day and the kettle broke on our last day but the communication with Bernat (the owner) was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our week in this villa and it is a great place to stay and explore Menorca with plenty of space for 2 families of 4.

What an incredible stay in the most dreamy place!

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Bella. The house is so beautiful and every detail was thought for with so much care. Spacious, modern and stunning views to the sea and nature, it felt incredibly peaceful. It is located in a fantastic area we really enjoyed exploring . We are so grateful to Bernat who was so great to communicate with and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Family Holiday

Amazing Villa. It is well designed and furnished with everything you could need. Lovely and clean, comfy beds and great kitchen. The outside area is fabulous, wonderful pool, plenty loungers and stunning views. Great location you could walk into Arenal or a 2 minute drive to the fabulous beach and restaurants. Great location to explore the island too. Bernat was extremely helpful and had great communication before and during our stay. We stayed for 9 days and had a mid week linen and towel change which was a welcome surprise. We would love to stay here again

Nous serions bien restés !

En famille, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Bernat. La maison est conforme aux photos du site. Elle est même mieux ! Tout d'abord, la maison est vraiment spacieuse, propre et avec une vue époustouflante ! Elle est située sur les hauteurs du village donc très au calme. Le village est accessible à pieds en 15 min et à 5min en voiture Elle est très bien équipée : nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont on avait besoin. Nous qui, habituellement, allons beaucoup au restaurant, nous avons même préféré rester dîner à la maison, tant elle est agréable. Un supermarché est à proximité de la maison avec une grande amplitude horaire. Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir le le rencontrer, mais Bernat est extrêmement réactif, il répond très vite à la moindre question. L'arrivée et le départ se font très facilement. Merci pour tout !

Nous avons passés des magnifiques vacances à Minorque La maison est conforme à la description, lumineuse avec une vue magnifique. La piscine est très adaptée pour des enfants car peu profonde. Lovely family holiday in a light and airy villa

When we arrived at the villa with two small children we were all very happy that the property was ready for our arrival at 2pm, as promised. Details sent with regard to entry were clear and concise. We were all very happy with the size of the villa and bedrooms. It was also good to be on one level, other than three little steps leading down from the hall to kitchen/living area. The pool was superb with amazing views over the ocean. The only small problem we had was where to bath the baby, as there are only showers at the property. I contacted Bernat, and within a couple of hours he had purchased a baby bath and delivered it to us. What fantastic service?!! I can highly recommend this property, and if we ever have the chance to return to Menorca, we would certainly contact Bernat and hope the villa was free for our dates. Thank you Bernat!

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Ferienvilla verbracht. Praktisch unverbauter Blick aufs Meer, sehr viel Platz und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Terrasse war ideal, um die Siesta während der warmen Mittagszeit zu verbringen. Der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufig in 15Minuten oder mit dem Auto in 4 Minuten erreichbar.

Perfect Villa, exactly as described.

We had a party of eight adults staying from 15th to 24th June 2019. I’m writing this review on our final morning at the villa before we sadly depart for the airport, for our return flight to the UK. The description and photos perfectly match the listing and you have a fantastic layout for eight people to comfortably enjoy. The bedrooms are clean with good air on and the bathrooms are very modern, with excellent water pressure from the showers. The kitchen, living room and dining areas are spacious with good facilities and an excellent bbq. The pool is a good size, however if there were to be any criticism there are only six loungers and not eight, as I would have thought there should be for an eight person villa. This didn’t actually cause and issues as not all eight occupants wanted to lounge at the same time. Local amenities were perfect for small supermarket visits, however we would strongly recommend Lidl in Mahon for your main shop....very well stocked and a large range of produce. In summary, if you are planning on visiting this villa, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful villa

Just returned from a great 11 night break staying at this wonderful villa. We were a group of 4 adults and a toddler. The villa was everything it promised and more, the photos don’t do it justice... the view over the resort and out to sea is absolutely spectacular. It is really well equipped and beautifully furnished in a modern style. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The pool is well maintained with plenty of available sun beds and has sun all day long. The outside covered terrace with large table, plenty of chairs and BBQ is fantastic and we ate most of our meals looking out over the stunning view. The villa itself is located in a quiet and peaceful street about 15 minutes walk downhill to the resort centre, where there are several small supermarkets, snack bars, basic restaurants and the beautiful Arena d’en Castell beach. The villa was serviced once a week with all bed linen and towels changed which was a nice surprise. Great communication with the owner Bernat, who could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Overall I would highly recommended a stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the near future.

Großartiger Urlaub

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in Bernats Ferienhaus verbracht. Bereits im Vorfeld war Berndt jederzeit zeitnah für uns erreichbar und beantwortete alle Fragen im Detail. Auch empfahl er uns 2 lokale Autovermieter, von denen wir bei einem auch unseren Mietwagen buchten - ebenfalls vorbildlicher Service. Das Haus war für unsere Familie (2 Erw. und 4 Kinder) perfekt geeignet und sehr geräumig mit einem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer (einzig das Hotel in Arenal stört hier). Das Wetter war noch recht kühl, sodaß noch am ersten Abend extra Decken und ein Gasöfchen gebracht wurden, sodaß wir nicht frieren mussten. Zuvor wurden wir von Ben begrüßt, der sehr freundlich war und lokale Tips (Restaurants und Ausflugsziele) für uns hatte. Die "Putzfee" war großartig: sehr nett, unkompliziert/flexibel und diskret. Schließlich durften wir am Abreisetag noch bis zur Abreise im Haus bleiben. Menorca ist eine sehr schöne und besonders saubere Insel, zusammen mit unserer perfekten Unterkunft hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder!!

We haven't written a review of a rental house of any of our summer holidays so far. But this time, we thought it was necessary. The house is great, really great! We were there for one week. Everything as shown on the photos of the website. Bernat (or any member of his family) are very kind and helpful. We were a party of six and enjoyed the spatious house, the pool, the great view of the Mediterranean Sea and --- the air-condition in the bedrooms : - ) The little village has a couple of supermarkets, open all week. But be aware: your way back is up-hill only. Rental car highly recommended. In summary: the perfect place for a super-relaxing summer holiday!

Beautiful villa, location, amazing view, great pool, photos spot on.

Family group stayed at Bernat's house for 2 weeks from 16th July. Chose the villa from the photos really as we wanted to enjoy views and evening sunshine. Wow ! it is all that you could imagine to sit out and eat and drink as a family and group. We visited Fornells (20 minutes) and Es Grau Beach (20 minutes other way) Ideally need a car for this property as the local beach at Arenal is a good 20 min walk downhill, correctly inferring properly uphill on way back. Great sandy beach (bed chairs and brollies at Euro 15 per day for 2 or take your own umbrella like most people do) free parking and great selection of restaurants and bars to eat both at lunch and also when we visited in the evening. BUT really happy back at the villa to eat in and enjoy the barbeque. Bedrooms very, very comfortable and modern in style and furnishings with good design. Great (brilliant) showers and bathrooms. Aircon in all bedrooms works very well and quiet. No aircon in kitchen,lounge open area but because you will want all doors open both sides and to enjoy the breeze that blows through. Its all about the view ! Lovely garden, not overlooked, with lawn and pool with a deeper and shallow end with great steps in. Very comfortable bed chairs for the garden and pool. Sun rises to the right hand side looking out to sea and stays on pool all day long. After breakfast the outside dining area is shaded which is ideal. Well equipped kitchen and all items as described in the brief.. Nothing I would add that needs to be changed or improved. Bernat met and greeted us and gave us a great welcome. A truly great property and super flexible accomodation.

Mi nombre es Bernat Carreras, soy de Alaior, un pueblo de Menorca. Soy licenciado en Investigación y Técnicas de Mercado, y diplomado en Ciencias Empresariales. He trabajado en banca 12 años, y actualmente gestiono dos negocios enfocados a la mejora del turismo. Mis pasiones son el mar,la naturaleza, los viajes, y la lectura.
