Good location; uncomfortable accommodation

Location was great but the flat is not set up to be comfortable at all. Linens spare and scratchy and the mattress (Queen, not King, as listed) is the most uncomfortable we’ve seen; the bed squeaked with the slightest movement. No detergent for the laundry, different (old and mismatched) furniture from the photos. No rugs. We spent the week and wished we could have moved after one night. It is obvious that this is not a cared for space.

Hello Denise Thanks for feedback. You stayed whole time and never asked for anything or complaint for anything. We have been having guests from last 9 years and have changed the mattress 5 times and linen are hotel quality which we outsource to cleaning company. If you have raised any of the issue during stay would have been nice. Thanks

Excellent Stay!

Great neighborhood, close to underground station and shopping. Only surprise was no A/C - the listing was correct, so it was VRBO's search engine, not the owner's fault. It was cool enough in the evenings with the fan. Adequate kitchen, small but good for making breakfast and quick meals. Washer/dryer combo worked well, just keep loads small.

Practically perfect location!

Fantastic location near tube and great restaurants and cafes nearby plus Whole Foods if needed. Felt safe and would definitely stay again. A bit smaller than the pictures depicted. Need to walk up stairs to get to unit. Property manager very responsive to questions
