Whole house for rent located in the historic center of Orosei. Equipped with every comfort, air conditioning (fundamental considering the temperatures) and private parking in the property. Perfect location for families. 100 meters from the historic center. The house is spacious and very bright with large internal and external areas, spread over three floors and is free on three sides, each room has its own balcony. It is located at the top of a slope so you can enjoy an excellent view of the sea and the surrounding historic churches. To relax and have lunch there is a pleasant outdoor area connected to the kitchen area. The house is located in a quiet area, at the top of a closed-end road, therefore there are no dangers, the neighborhood is friendly. The wonderful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei are also accessible via a well-maintained cycle and pedestrian path.

Great Apartment

This apartment was beautiful and was a great place to relax. It is just a short walk into town or drive to the beach. The balconies are perfect for enjoying an evening. Highly recommend.

Laura est une super hôte, le meilleur logement que nous avons eu, confortable et propre

Laura a été une hôte tout simplement géniale, prévoyante et aux petits soins, à distance. Une excellente organisation, des petits cadeaux à notre arrivée, et une bonne communication. Le logement était parfait, les chambres confortables, avec la climatisation, et des espaces extérieurs agréables et nombreux ! Parfait je recommande les yeux fermés, foncez !

Großartiger Urlaub!

Das Stadthaus ist zentral in Orosei gelegen. Es ist geschmackvoll und umsichtig eingerichtet, alles ist da, was man braucht. Der Blick aufs Meer ist immer wieder schön und fehlt uns jetzt hier zuhause sehr! Unser Lieblingsplatz am Abend war die kleine Terrasse vor unserem Schlafzimmer, blickgeschützt vor den Nachbarn aber auch mit dem schönen Meerblick. Sehr angenehm war jetzt im Juli auch die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen und im Wohnraum. Eine Wohltat! In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das Zentrum von Orosei mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Von Orosei aus erreicht man den Strand in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Unsere Gastgeberin Laura war immer innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar und hat bei kleineren Schwierigkeiten (Gas musste ersetzt werden zB), sehr schnell reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir haben spontan noch die Freundin unserer Tochter für eine Woche aufgenommen, auch das war für Laura kein Problem. Sehr großzügig! Abgesehen von der sehr nützlichen Mappe mit Informationen, die im Haus liegt, hatte sie zusätzlich auch immer Ideen für Ausflüge parat. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach, da sie perfekt englisch spricht. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!

First Visit to Sardinia

This lovely home set the tone for our first trip to Sardinia. We spent 5 very comfortable winter nights in Laura’s well designed, furnished and equipped Orosei home. Great location is a short drive to beach & grocery store. Parked our station wagon rental on the property! Easy walk to town. Communication with Laura was super. I have a vacation home in San Diego CA. I highly recommend a stay at Laura’s lovely home.

Ferienwohnung Orosei

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie sie im Internet beschrieben wurde. Groß, geräumig und alles vorhanden. Einzig der Parkplatz und die Zufahrt sind nichts für große Fahrzeuge und Angsthasen

Tolle Stadtwohnung in Meeresnähe

Von dieser modernen, komfortablen, gemütlichen und sehr gut ausgestatten Wohnung waren wir sofort begeistert. Zu unserer Begrüßung fanden wir auf dem Tisch Gebäck und im Kühlschrank Wasser, Wein, Saft und Bier vor. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin (per Whattsapp) war äußerst angenehm. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung im Inserat wie auch die Rückmeldungen der bisherigen deutschsprachigen Besucher sind absolut zutreffend. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit guten Freunden weiter empfehlen.

We are a family of four, this was a fantastic place for us to stay - it is in a great location in the town or Orosei and has lovely views. It is air conditioned which helps with the hot days and it has its own parking - walking distance to shops and two supermarkets and lots of different restaurants. The owner was really helpful giving us ideas for places to eat and beaches to visit prior to our stay and the neighbour who looks after the keys is really friendly. Its just a lovely place to be and relax. A lovely touch was arriving to find some local nibbles and in the fridge a bottle of wine and some beer.

Tolles Appartment mit Meerblick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Appartment sehr genossen. Die Wohung ist sehr schön und verfügt über 3 Balkone und eine Terasse. Sie liegt sehr praktisch inmitten von Orosei: dadurch ist es tagsüber ab und zu etwas lauter, aber nachts immer sehr ruhig. Unser Gastgeberin hat sich prima um uns gekümmert und uns Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben.

Daniela is an excellent host, extremely informative and helpful

The property is a lovely bright and well equipped spacious house which sits on a hill with the sea and mountains in view. There are numerous restaurants all within walking distance. We very much liked the town especially at night.

Einfach Grandios!!!

Wir haben ein paar schöne und erholsame Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Laura war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin... immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen voll den Erwartungen. Die Lage ist super... Ortsmitte, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Am Haus steht ein reservierter abgeschlossener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Paola und Achim

Tolles Quartier für den Golf von Orosei

Wir waren über Pfingsten für 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung (2 EW, 2 Jugendliche)und haben uns sofort in dem Haus wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, hat uns mit Informationen versorgt und auf Anfragen immer prompt und sehr freundlich reagiert. Die Lage ist ruhig, man kommt aber in weniger als 5 Minuten zum Stadtplatz, ein Minimarket mit frischem Brot ist weniger als 100 m entfernt. Klare Empfehlung von uns, würden sofort wieder hinfahren.
