Ericeira Sea View-large family house 5 minutos de centro y de playa, Free Wifi

Nuestra casa está recién renovado y cuenta con grandes espacios para grandes grupos de personas dentro y hacia fuera (8 adultos y niños). Es una buena mezcla de elementos portugueses modernos, rústicos y tradicionales que hacen que uno se sienta como en casa entre las impresionantes vistas del océano Atlántico por debajo y el hotel. Los niños son bienvenidos, ya que tenemos un niño pequeño, y el jardín se presta bien al tanto de los visitantes grandes y pequeños. Un jacuzzi al aire libre (6) y comedor (barbacoa), así como una fogata al aire libre hacen que las noches más agradable para los adultos, mientras que el otro jardín tiene un pequeño parche vegetal que los niños disfrutan de la comprobación de fresas maduras y tomates cherry! La primera planta tiene una gran cocina moderna, un comedor una sala de estar con chimenea, y un dormitorio con cuarto de baño. Arriba, otra sala de estar hay un amplio espacio de juegos para niños, mientras que 2 trajes hacen arreglos para dormir muy cómodo. Las últimas dos dormitorios arriba comparten un baño con bañera y permitir el acceso al patio trasero. Ofrecemos wifi ultrarrápido y sistema de sonido Bluetooth, así como televisión por cable en las salas de estar.
Ericiera está rodeado de varias playas fantásticas y hace honor a su fama como Reserva Mundial de Surf. Los huéspedes también pueden visitar el Palacio Nacional de Mafra a 10 minutos, o alrededor de Sintra 25 minutos en coche. Desde el principio te das cuenta de que has acertado, la casa es Preciosa, muy práctica, con más de lo que necesitarías y sobre todo con unas vistas impresionantes que hacen que cada momento sea especial. Repetiremos seguro! Además Pedro y Mishelle son un 10 desde el principio.

terrible experience with host

The house is lovely and very well equipt. The location is great. The host was impossible to deal with. We were a party of 8 and I was charged for 9. The host said he would reimburse me but in the end refused. When we offered proof that only 8 people stayed he came up with reasons why he didn't believe me . Vrbo was also of no use in helping me solve any problems with the host.

Lovely Family Stay in Ericeira

My family rented from Pedro for a week so we could travel around the coast. The house was so beautiful and meticulously maintained; exactly how it looked in the photos. Pedro was very communicative, even when I made a mistake with the check-in time and he graciously moved around his schedule for us. He also included all the items we'd need for our 1.5 year old such as safety gates and a crib. Would stay again!

Lovely home with ocean views and walking distance to the center of town

The home is true to pictures, with the addition of a sauna that we did not expect. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the host is accessible for questions. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the property immensely. Note that the walk to the beach and into town is hilly and there are many steps involved. We navigated it fine, and you can drive if needed, but if you have accessibility concerns, it is something to be aware of (though note that Portugal overall is quite hilly). Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

There were some drawbacks to this property. The owner had a lot of personal effects (clothing, food, etc.) in the home. The kitchen needed a good cleaning of pots and pans, utensils before cooking. The fridge was 50% full of with the owner's food. There were some miscommunications with the owner because of English ability. There were many positives about the house, the view, the space, location to town.

The home was beautiful, clean and tranquil. Great place for family. Convenient for town and beach. Has lots of amenities although we didn’t utilize the gorgeous kitchen and the outdoor grill. The garden area and hot tub were fabulous. The house had a calm relaxed beach decor. The fruit basket with wine upon our arrival was a nice welcoming touch.

Incredible Luxury Stay in Ericeira

Just arrived back from Portugal (July 2023) where our family stayed at this modern property in Ericeira. The Property: Exactly as described and as photographed from the listing’s pictures. The property is modern and lavish in its furnishings. Beds are super comfortable. We absolutely loved the fire pit in the evenings, and the hot tub was super clean (clear water, no foam). The kitchen has all the amenities (dishes/utensils/cookware/bakeware/coffee maker/dishwasher) one could imagine. Bathrooms super clean with fresh towels for each of the rooms. Location: Great location in Ericeira, with a stellar ocean view. You are a short 10 min walking distance from the beaches and Ericeira’s central strip where you have a ton of local restaurants. There is also a massive modern US-style supermarket (Continentale) located a short 10 min walk (or 2 min drive) from the property. Fresh pastries/produce/fish each day. We had a rental car for our stay (free parking out front in a quiet crescent (cul-de-sac): Property is a 20 min drive from Mafra, 30 min from Sintra and 40 min from Lisbon. Recommendation: Highly recommend. It’s not often I rent a property and am this impressed with the level of details to ensure guests are happy. Communication was responsive with the owner and the property is in excellent condition.

Lovely home

My family and I stayed at Pedro's place for 5 nights. It was clean, well equipped, had stunning views, comfortable beds, and plenty of toys to entertain my toddler. We were able to walk to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping all within 10-15 minutes. Our favorite activity was soaking in the hot tub taking in the ocean views. If we are ever in the area again would definitely come back.

Portugal Family Vacation

Fantastic place with even better hosts - when our flight was delayed and they knew we wouldn’t get into Lisbon until Christmas Day, they made Christmas dinner reservations for us! The property was amazing and exceeded all our needs. Hot tub was wonderful (full-size) and the location was central to enable easy highway travel throughout Portugal. The hosts took the time to check with us periodically and even cleaned it 7 days in. Always helpful and quick with answers - and even had their own blog for the town the VRBO was in. When we go back we will definitely stay there again!

Incredible Vacation

Beautiful home which easily hosted 9 adults and teenagers. The layout of the home was open and airy and we used all of the space, both inside and out. The home had all of the amenities as if you are staying at a friends. Terrific location, walking distance to town and grocery stores and easily accessible to the bus stop to take you to all of the local beaches. Would highly recommend and would go again in a heartbeat.

Pedro y Michelle have a wonderful property. We felt right at home from the 1st day. The house was everything the listing showed. We chose to eat in the local restaurants but the house is equipped for any type & size meal. The ideal location allowed us to walk everywhere in Ericeira. It exceeded our expectations

This was the perfect vacation in the perfect house. The house was perfect for our family of 6, ages 1 to 70, in so many ways. Michelle and Pedro were fantastic hosts, from the wine and gorgeous fruit they left us as a greeting, to books, stuffed animals, toys, a crib and high chair for the kids, to the roomy, well-decorated and spotlessly clean house, to the spectacular view of the ocean. And so much more The location is perfect too. A very easy walk into the center of delightful Ericeira. Beaches within walking distance and just a short drive away. And although locals will no doubt say it has gotten very touristy, Ericeira still has a small town charm with fewer tourists in early June than we expected. Did I mention the view? Perfect.

Great holiday house in central location

The house has everything as described and is as the pictures suggest. Living room, master bedroom and outdoor area offers great views. Ericeira center was in close walking distance so did not need a car going out. Only the road below the house did cause some noise at times but was no major issue. Can only recommend

August 2019 family holiday

This house was perfect for our needs. Our party was comprised of six couples and three small children (ages 5 and 2). The property was spacious and fantastically well equipped. It was a short walk to a couple of beaches and a 25 min walk to a very safe beach (with a car park). The garden was safe for small children and there were two sitting room/areas where we could get away from them! The children really loved the jacuzzi. The owners had put a lot of thought into what would make the children (and therefore adults) happy including stairgates and lots of toys. The old town is charming with really great fish restaurants. The owners gave us good advice on beaches and the best places to eat.

Absolutely amazing luxury property

You will not regret renting this luxury home. It is tastefully designed, has a lovely garden both in the front and back. As this property is available only during the summer months, the house is fully equipped (as opposed to properties used solely as vacation rentals). The location is about a 5 minute walk to the main square and grocery store. The views are breathtaking. The photographs are not deceiving. Welcome fruit basket and wine bottles. The house is equipped with modern technology (e.g. internal and external speakers, security cameras, etc). Plenty of on-street parking. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this property to any families wanting serenity in Ericeira.

Ericeira Sea View is a beautiful Modern Villa with great views

Michelle and Pedro met us at their beautiful Villa when we arrived. They made a big effort to show us around and were happy to talk to us about the area and places to visit which was very helpful. The Villa was amazing, with the Hot tub overlooking South beach. It had everything we needed for our stay. it was clean, beautifully furnished throughout and had all the mod cons. The position of the Villa was great being just a short stroll to the centre of Ericeira and a short drive to some of the other surfing beaches. We would highly recommend Ericeira Sea View and hope to visit Ericeira again. Matthew and Emma Greenland
