Welcome to Pineapple Village Villas, a privately owner community of single level villas and rooms. We share the same picturesque entrance as Margaritaville.

This single level villa, the closest accommodation to the beach and a 45 second walk, a minute walk to Pineapple Pool, and a 6 minute walk to Coki Beach.

The villa has 4 private entrances and can be utilized in a multitude of configurations, depending upon your individual needs. Each room has a private, furnished walled-in garden patio, bath, AC, CC flat screen TV, iron, ironing board.
The rate includes the entire villa, consisting of all of the following 4 rooms:
Villa #30, #3008, features an Open Floor Plan Garden Studio, measuring 16' by 37', with fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, bath, living & dining room areas, king bed, CC flat screen TV, ceiling fan, Split AC, iron, ironing board, and a private, 36' x 28' walled-in garden patio, with outdoor furniture, BBQ and ,private entrance.

Villa #30, #3009, Master Garden Bedroom, connects to the villa through the patio of 3008 & #3009, and provides complete privacy for our vacationers. This accommodation is the same size and has the same amenities as #3011.

Villa #30, #3010, Garden Bedroom, measuring 18' x 16', features 2 full double/beds and bath. It is equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, dish/glass/flatware, CC flat screen TV, ceiling fan, AC, iron, ironing board, and a private 16' x 15', walled-in garden patio with outdoor furniture, and private entrance.

Villa 30, #3011, Master Garden Bedroom, measuring 18' x 16', features a king bed, love seat sofa and bath. It is equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, dish/glass/flatware, CC flat screen TV, ceiling fan, AC, iron, ironing board, and a private, 16' x 15' walled-in garden patio with outdoor furniture.
Each accommodation is island inspired with tropical sophisticated decor, offering complete privacy and comfort for all guests.
Based upon our desirable location, affordable rates and accommodations, we hope that you will consider choosing Pineapple Village Villas for your St. Thomas vacation.
House keeping is included Monday through Saturday. Rentals include all linens, free WI-FI, free on-site parking next to villa.

Family honors HS Graduation Wish.

We felt right at home & loved the private courtyard to eat & fellowship with our family of eight. We even felt safe when the lights went out on the whole island & we opened up all the windows!! It was a perfect pit stop after visiting all the beaches! Thanks again for the hospitality!

Not fancy but good vibe

The condo is in a good location right next to Margaritaville with convenient access to Saffire beach and Red Hook. The condo could use some updating, particularly the kitchen, but had a great beach vibe and great housekeeping service wexcellent.

Great location

We work as a flight crew and try to find something with our own separate room and bathrooms and this worked out perfectly. Right across from the beach at margaritaville and restaurants/bars. It was nice having streaming channels and a small kitchen and bbq to grill out on the private patio/courtyard. Rose was an amazing host and we will definitely book here to stay next time we come back!

Good location

This house has all the basic necessities and is very spacious. We were 3 couples and an additional adult so it was really nice to have en-suite bathrooms. We liked the location, close to the ferry to St John’s, Coral World and a number of beaches.

Location Location Location

Clean and comfortable unit steps to the beach and short walk to Coki Point Beach and Coral world. We Enjoyed the closed court yard and being able to cook on the grill. We also enjoyed a day at sea thanks to the Margaritaville boat all most at our front door. Our family had a great week.

Nice place. Decent location.

This would have been a great place except for the crazy amount of stinking seaweed rotting on the beach. Avoid summers where this happens to many Caribbean beaches. Pineapple Village was good otherwise

Love the islands

The property was good for the size of our group. The rooms are dated but clean. We did not think the artwork of nude women in all 4 units was appropriate for families and thought it was distasteful. Kitchen was very small and only room for 1-2 people. The patio in main area was nice size and we used the grill every night.

Great spot for a group!

Me and my friends had a wonderful time at this property. We each had our own bed and our own space which was great. It was a mostly female group so 4 bathrooms came in handy. The WiFi was strongest in the main room and the courtyard, but was pretty weak elsewhere. My group and I worked from home in the beginning of our trip so this was a mild challenge, but something we figured out pretty quickly. We celebrated my birthday here and had a blast. Overall, I would certainly recommend this property!

Nothing to knock your socks off. Place needs some updates and the floor was pretty dirty when we initially checked in. Served its purpose, but I’m not sure I would seek it out again.

Christmas at Pineapple Village

We had a wonderful time at Pineapple Village. It was the perfect set up for our family of three sons and my husband and me. Sons ages 20,17 and 14-- everyone had their own space. The location was very safe as you had to drive in at Margaritaville each time you entered. We went to the Margaritaville restaurant several times and the food was great. Coki beach was very close. We also went all over St. Thomas, St. John and Water Island. It's worth renting a car and exploring the island. It was a great stay for our family and we thank you for having us.

Worked for me!

Rose was very responsive! The property is a tad dated and unfortunately has stale smoke smell (from the neighbors?). But my air-conditioning worked great and we enjoyed having the living room to spend time as a family. Nobody ended up sleeping in the main room, I hadn't realized "studio" meant bed next to living room, but that's my fault. Having 2 beds in another bedroom worked fine. Towels and beds were replaced /made as expected. We really liked being able to walk to Coki beach since the margaritaville beach we covered in seasonal seaweed. The local restaurants at the top of the hill and next to the corner store were quite good, as was the margaritaville restaurant. I enjoyed our stay!

Had a really great week at Pineapple Village

We were a group of six adults and one infant so we rented all four units. Three units are attached and one is free standing but all share a courtyard. The "living room" and kitchen are in one of the sleeping areas so that person may get disturbed by others wanting to use the kitchen but it worked out fine for us. Rose was extremely responsive as the wireless wasn't working the first day and I forgot to tell them we needed a baby bed. We arrived on Christmas Eve day and Rose had Veronica drop off the baby bed within 90 minutes of my request. Veronica cleaned every day (made the beds, took out garbage, fresh towels). The units were very adequate but are older. The villas are adjacent to Margaritaville time share property. We could use the beach but not the pool or workout room. We did have a rental car but cabs were readily available. All in all we had a great stay.

False advertisement

False advertisement. It is not 45 second walk to the beach. The Wi-Fi does not always work in which I received an email two weeks before check-in saying it doesn’t always work.This is the first time in all the years of vacations I have ever left a one star review and I’m only leaving one star because there is no zero star option. The beach is not a 45 second walk. The water in the pitcher is no longer a beach but has become rotten sewage and no one is allowed to step foot in that water. This beach has not been used to swim in in over a year. When I emailed the owners about the beach “Not actually being a beach”, they suggested other areas to go to, I then needed to rent a car to drive to the beach daily. I specifically spent the money on this home for the convenience of walking to a beach otherwise there were many options in the mountains. The room smells like cigarette smoke in which I also emailed and inquired with the owners and got a response that they would contact management of the complex, I got nothing in return. All four rooms were dirty, I sent pictures of empty juice boxes, old sneakers, food wrappers to the owners because I was trying to figure out where the cockroaches were coming from I came across all of the dirt. One bathroom was not usable because of the black mold on the curtain on the floor. I actually tried to rent a different house and was unsuccessful. The “maid” was on vacation and a substitute showed up, she was very nice but when we asked about the dirt, food clumps stuck to the walls, molds, etc. she said she is the substitute. You couldn’t even walk around the house barefoot without your feet turning black on the bottom from the floors being so dirty. Every day a new issue occurred on my heart broke for my family. I have many pictures and for spending the amount of money, this was extremely disappointing and false advertised

Great place to stay and close to beaches!

We had a great stay at Pineapple Villas. Almost everything we needed was included - it would have been nice to have access to the laundry facilities. Rose was VERY attentive and responded quickly to all of our questions. The grounds were nicely kept, pool area was excellent and generally quiet during the day. It was nice to be right across the parking lot from the beach and within walking distance from Coki Beach. We were two families of 4 and loved the common area and also that we all got our own spaces. Going out to eat with 8 people was a little spendy, so it was very nice to have the kitchen and grill. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Thanks Rose and Bill!

The good, the bad and the nude. Q

Location, location, location. Located within the Margaritaville gated compound. This corner villa is literally steps to beach and restaurants. Great set up where multiple parties can have privacy in separate studio apts with frig and microwaves, but can together enjoy a shared patio. The disappointment was how old and tired everything was, from furniture to kitchen sponge that disintegrated at first use. Absentee owners, depending on a housekeeper to keep thing in order is not successful in this situation. You’ll need to beg for replacement towels and the housekeeper is stingy. Two one day then none the next. You’ll need to bring basics like blow dryers and paper towels and I suggest bringing your own bed pillows. Kitchen was a mess, with gain detergent left to use as dishwasher soap. Repair work to the total complex is ongoing and causing early morning disruption and noise. My being handicapped presented an unanticipated challenge with no lights on the complex pathways during the ongoing reconstruction and less than standard US safety codes for steps, etc. Add to that tile floors and patios witch became very slippery in the rain. If you know what to expect and come prepared, it is an enjoyable experience. And yes, for those who read previous reviews, there are nude pics on the wall. The owners, appeared to send emails in advance of our arrival with all the specifics for checkin and checkout. However, when I sent email replies, I never heard back from them. An example is request for 2nd parking pass was never responded to, but there were 2 upon arrival. Who was I communicating with? Our final attempt to communicate with the owners was done through Alex who is the onsite manager for the entire complex. We felt we should have been forewarned about condition of complex before confirming our reservation. As a result of that call the owner gave us a gift card for a local dinner.

Caveat Emptor!!

If you don't know the term "Caveat Emptor" look it up. No deposit refund and they are charging the travel insurance $6000!! We travel a lot and have never had a problem any where we have stayed. EVER! I generally find people to be pretty upfront. My complaint is the vertical blinds broke when I was trying open them. They must be 30 years old and very worn out. I tried to pull the cord to open them and it was jammed, because the blinds were so old when I pushed at the top see if it was stuck a couple of little plastics pieces broke and the vertical slates came off. I set them down and noticed the blinds had several missing pieces. I figured the owners knew there was a problem and because they were so old and the other missing pieces. Come home and find out the owners have made $6000 claim against the insurance on those old blinds and we have not gotten a dime back on our deposit. Look just know the place is very dated, the A/C is weak, and the beach pictured is full of moss so you don't want your kids swimming there. Overall, we had a nice trip, but I can't believe they came up with a $6000 charge on something that might cost $1000. To me it would be no different than if the water heater broke. Is that really the guest fault??? Caveat Emptor!!!

Clearly these units are loved 😃

The water pump broke (these things happen) and Rose managed to get it fixed the same day -- amazing! During the holiday long weekend! Air con struggled to keep up with us sheltered Portlandians. Laundromat was in town, which was a little annoying. But we loved it 😊

Wonderful Island Paradise

Our family of 8 had plenty room in the Rago's spacious villa. Easy access to the beach and pool areas. We enjoyed Margaritaville and found the Wyndham staff very polite and we're able to utilize many of their amenities as well as those with Pineapple Villas. Red Hook is a short drive where we enjoyed a day charter with Ocean Safari. Plent of fish to cook up on the grill provided at the villa. The Rago's provide staff to make beds, provide fresh towels and clean up daily. They were absolutely marvelous! I was hesitant at first to rent because of there not being a lot of reviews, but so glad we did choose this location. Great for a family vacation and with teenagers walking around it was a plus to be in a gated community. We hope to visit again next year!

Little story about us...
My husband Bill and I are retired school teachers, we ivie in New Jersey when we are not enjoying St. Thomas. We've been married for 48 years and have 2 beautiful, adult children. We love traveling, entertaining and enjoying time with friends and family.
We started vacation rentals 30 years ago, as we enjoy meeting new people and sharing our dream with others.
