New building villa ( construct in 2017 ) and is 120 meters square!!!
Villa has two master bedrooms with bathroom and whirlpool bath each! Also bedrooms has balconies with outstanding sea view of the Aegean Sea!
There is a lounge area with full equipment kitchen! Front doors of the lounge area goes to the private pool area and garden with colorful flowers and grass!
Pool has amazing sea view at kolios bay, is fully furnished with a comfortable sofa, umbrellas and sun beds, also there is a dining table beside on the grass of the garden!!!
There is also a BBQ area beside the pool and the garden!!!
Villa has private parking area and a peaceful neighborhood!

Wonderful Villa

We had an amazing stay at this villa.It is perfectly located, allowing easy access to evenings out and the most beautiful beaches. The hosts are attentive, and top-notch service is included with this exceptional accommodation (housekeeping, sightseeing advice, pool maintenance, etc.).The place is peaceful, and the sea view is stunning.I can only highly recommend this villa. I will definitely come again.

King Size Villas September 2018

We stayed in the Contempory Style Villa for two weeks. The villa provides good sized versatile accommodation is modern, maintained to excellent standards and enjoys superb views over Kolios and the Mediterranean beyond. The pool and decking is a feature of the property. However the most impressive part of the holiday was the personal friendly attention Alex provided throughout our stay from meeting us at the airport, escorting us back to the airport at the end of our stay to sorting taxis for us when required and generally ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There are several tavernas and restaurants within walking distance but to make the most of this beautiful island we would recommend hiring a vehicle and this something Alex can help to arrange. We will be returning one day to enjoy this great villa and hospitality again. Mark and Rhonda

Wonderful Villa, perfect location, fantastic host

The property is really amazing, everything is wonderful. The location is perfect, in the middle between Skiathos Town and Koukonaries, and also close to the wonderful beaches on the north coast. Alexandros and his wife are fantastic hosts, very kind and helpful for everything you may need. We definitely recommend this property!

A stunning villa in a great location. A gorgeous pool with views of the sea!

This was our second stay with King Size Villas and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The owner is friendly and helpful and the whole experience is amazing. The bathrooms are brilliant and the baths in both bedrooms are perfect after a long day at the beach. I very much doubt there is a better villa of this size to rent in Skiathos - we will certainly be back in 2019!!

Excellent villa. High quality, incredible aspect and well appointed.

The King Sized Villa really is exceptional. The perfect south facing aspect, view, modern interior and location are everything we could have wanted from a quality holiday villa. The pool is excellent, aircon throughout, clean and high standard of fixtures and fittings make this a really beautiful home from home.

Great location for a pleasant vacation

Modern house, well equipped and very well finished in detail. Quiet environment with excellent swimming pool and sea views. Excellent and kind cleaning service. Easy to reach the beautiful beaches of the island, but the quiet and beauty of the villa often made us prefer to enjoy the pool rather than go to crowded beaches. Sea however beautiful and clean.

Best luxury villa in Skiathos!!!!

It was the best villa that ever stay!! New building, luxury with outstanding sea view!!! In every bedroom has comfortable king size bed with cocomat mattress and a whirlpool bath!! Also has a bathroom in each room and a balcony with sea view! The lounge area is fantastic with a full equipment kitchen! Pool side is awesome, with a private pool and and outstanding sea view of sandy kolios beach!! We definitely come back!!
