Holiday rental Bettina! is a nice stone building (215 sq m) that includes internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in four bedrooms with three bathrooms. Bettina! is located 3 km (2 mi) from Vicopelago, Italy and only 7 km (4 mi) from Lucca.

A couple of meters of the access road to the property (between 2 stone walls) becomes very narrow and is, therefore, not suitable for large vehicles.

The house can be rented in 2 different versions:
- max number of persons version: 8+1 persons, i.e. the whole house with total 4 bedrooms is at the guests' disposal.
- max number of persons version: 6+1 persons, i.e. there are 3 bedrooms at the guests' disposal, this means that the 4th bedroom, on the lower floor, next to the oil press is NOT at the guests' disposal.
The rental price changes due to the number of people.
