The house is absolutely stunning – full of charm and beautifully maintained.The surrounding area is fantastic, offering a wide variety of excursions and sights to explore – there’s something new to discover every day.A very special thank you to our caring hosts, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even took an entire afternoon off to help us fire up the pizza oven properly – what an experience!

Wonderful holiday property

What a fantastic villa for a family holiday. A rural “real “ Italian property with all facilities. The big big plus with this choice is the amazing pool. It is clean, warm & just perfect. We spent soooo many hours playing in the pool. I really can’t emphasise how beautiful it is. I think the only slight negative is that you need to drive to nearest shops & restaurants. We knew this so no issue for us. Hosts were so nice offering lots of advice. The area of Lucca/Pisa are beautiful & will not dissapoint.

Such a lovely place to stay, the villa has all the amenities you need and is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, so peaceful and tranquil. Simply beautiful. Paola our host was lovely too, she was very helpful & accommodating to all our needs.

fijne vakantie

Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad, hele mooie omgeving, een heel fijn zwembad. Luca en Paola zijn bijzonder aardige mensen, en het was heel leuk dat Luca ons onze eigen pizza's liet bakken in zijn mooie oven. Verder moesten wij even wennen aan de hanen die ons smorgens begroetten, maar ik vond dat wel mooi, toch een teken dat je in een landelijke omgeving verblijft. Het was heel erg rustig, geen enkele last van buren oid. Als enige tip heb ik nog dat de bedden een upgrade zouden kunnen gebruiken voor wat meer comfort. Ik kan dit verblijf zeker aanraden!

Vi hade en fantastiskt vecka. Bakade pizza, grillade massor, barnen badade och vi njöt på alla olika platser i trädgården. Värdarna är toppen! Dem kom med ägg & tomater, hjälpte till med tips om området, kom med ved mm. Allt var toppen!

Very nice house and very lovely people!

We spent wonderful vacations in this house, it is well equipped and offers plenty of space. The kitchen gives in real more than you think in the pictures. The pool was gorgeous and was cleaned and checked daily. Paola and Luca are very cordial landlords, they came by twice a day to take care of the pool, water the plants and take care of the chickens. They also gave us great tips for sightseeing and restaurants. The location of the house is very idyllic, only the two roosters were a little annoying with de time. Otherwise everything was great and we had a great vacation.

Perfetto !

Magnifique villa à 10 minutes de voiture de Lucca et 30 minutes de Pise. Propriété entièrement clôturée, vous êtes seuls au monde, bien tranquilles. Les propriétaires Paola et Luca sont ultra disponibles, très gentils et répondent à toutes vos questions avant et pendant. C’est un atout majeur ! La piscine et les environs sont très bien entretenus. Attention avec de jeunes enfants : il n’y a pas de clôture autour de la piscine. Avec nos adolescentes, aucun problème ! La maison est fraîche, il faut jouer avec le soleil, ouvrir pendant la nuit (il y a des moustiquaires) et fermer la journée. Rien ne manque dans ce petit paradis… Les lits ne sont pas ultra confortables, mais c’est un détail comparé au confort du lieu. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir ! Nous recommandons cet endroit ! Grazie Paola e Luca per tutto ! ❤️

Great holiday

Nice villa and pool. The villa is a short drive from Lucca (and from supermarkets). Paola and Luca are great hosts. Paola are available via WhatsApp in case of questions. And Luca helped us make pizzas in the pizza oven.

Lovely villa with amazing pool

We had an amazing two weeks in Tuscany staying at this villa. We spent a lot of time in the pool during the day since the weather was so hot. The villa is very convenient for exploring Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and other towns in norther Tuscany. Paola and Luca were very responsive and kind. Highly recommended for a family holiday. Thank you and we will be back.

Perfect location

Nice house and very large and clean pool. The location is perfect as you can visit Firenze,Pisa, Lucca, Portovenere, etc. in less than 1h drive. We didn't really use the kitchen that often, but the bbq place and the pizza oven are great. Paola and Luca are great hosts; whatever question you ask, you get an answer via whatsapp almost immediately.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Come già scritto da alcuni ospiti, la villa rende molto di più dal vivo che non in foto. Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in 2 famiglie con 2 bambine di 9 e 2 ragazzi si 12/13 anni. Gli spazi interni sono più che sufficienti (4 camere da letto, 2 bagni, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, e cucina). L'esterno è il vero plus: ampia piscina (credo 15x7 ca), un bel giardino con campo da pallavolo, barbecue e forno a legna e diversi angoli dove poter godere del clima molto fresco (grazie alla presenza del bosco dietro la casa) e relax. Ottima base per varie escursioni in zona (la Versilia è a ca 20 min di auto) e/o per sfruttare un periodo di vera tranquillità. I padroni di casa molto affabili e disponibili per tutte le esigenze. Consigliatissimo.

Lovely place

The pictures understate the villa. We were positively surprised by the villa and the garden. Everything you need is available in both the kitchen, the bedroom and outside. We had easy contact with Paola and Luca helped is with baking pizza's in the outside pizza oven. After a warm welcome we enjoyed the large swimming pool and during our 2 weeks we visited many nice place like Lucca, Firenze and some wineries nearby. Paola and Luca thank you for our great stay

Soggiorno da favola

Ubicazione tranquilla e un po isolata, ma casa meravigliosa e ben strutturata. Unica pecca:l'invasione di ragnatele e cimici all'interno della villa. Vicino si trova sia il Pennymarket che l'Esselunga, e un paio di ristoranti in zona. Proprietari seri e disponibili sempre. Per soggiornare 3/4 giorni e approfittare della visita del lucca comics che dista soltanto 3 km, vale veramente la pena.

Wonderfully Secluded

This is a wonderful property for a family. The pool is fantastic and the villa is set up wonderfully for outdoor living. Being close to Lucca is ideal for short trips out. Luca and Paola were very helpful and amenable.

Wir verbrachten die letzten 2 Juni Wochen in sem Haus von Luca und Paola. sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Vermieter. unserem Hund Lilly gefiel der grosse Garten sehr. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Auch waren wir von der Lage sehr begeistert, man ist überall sehr schnell. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, nur die Küche ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles zusammen gefasst, war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Lovely villa with a very secluded garden and pool. Great location.

We wanted a villa with a private pool in a great location and it didn’t fail our expectations, in fact it was nicer than expected. The pool and villa are very secluded and very spacious. The hosts, Paola and Luca and their son Matteo, did everything for a comfortable stay , they were very helpful and gave many recommendations for places to go. We visited Pisa, which was 20 minutes away. We went to Florence by train (long trip though, probably best driving to a nearer city close to Florence and then get the train). We also visited the Cinque Terre on the coast (worth a visit) that was an hour away by car and then we took the train. Everything was very straight forward. But most impressive was the town of Lucca, beautiful, enchanting and vibrant. We loved spending our evenings there. So all in all, you will definitely not be disappointed.

Location de bonne qualité, bien située, propre et confortable. La maison est fraîche lors des grosses chaleurs et la piscine parfaite. Le jardin est spacieux et bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont à notre écoute, très sympathiques. Aucun problème, tout est conforme à l'annonce.

Super tolles Ferienhaus, riesiges Grundstück, nette Vermieter !

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, auf dem riesigen Grundstück hat man beste Möglichkeiten um zu entspannen und den Urlaub auch in großer Gruppe trotzdem individuell zu gestalten. Luca und Paola sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die sich um wirklich alles gekümmert hatten. Es gibt ein großes Volleyballfeld, welches man aber auch für Fussballtennis nutzen kann 😉 Luca baute nach einigen Tagen noch eine Tischtennisplatte, ein absoluter Gewinn für dieses Ferienhaus! Der Pool ist super, groß genug und war immer sauber und erfrischend! Die naheliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lucca) und die Autobahnanbindung sind perfekt für Ausflugsziele rund um die Toskana. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen! Vielleicht kommen wir eines Tages wieder !

Heerlijke villa met zwembad op perfecte locatie; genoten van zwembad en het buiten leven

Massa Pisana is a lovely place, to live and relax ouside and inside. It is excellent for BBQ, baking pizza's and and hang around with very good shadow and sun spots and a nice and big swimming pool. The location is perfect near Pulla (10 mins), Pisa (20 mins), beach (25 mins), Cinque Terra (1hr) and Florence (1hr). Paola and Luca are very kind. We had a wonderful holiday.

A rural vacation near some great Tuscany towns

Even though the weather was not great (only two short dips into the cold water) we enjoyed our stay here because it enabled us to visit Pisa, Florence and especially this gem, the town of Lucca. We rented bikes for a few days and on other days we took taxis to go to town or to the station for there are not many buses. The house is spacious, the garden large. If the owners mend some things in the house that need seeing to (as we will advise them to do) it will be perfect for the next guests. We were a bit disappointed to get an extra bill for the heating when we left (deducted from the guarantee-sum). But the balance is: positive!
