Completely renovated in 2017, this warm luxury apartment is located in a chalet with 2 apartments with shared ski storage.
Its surface is approximately 140 m2 with breathtaking views of the Guzet Neige ski resort as well as the valley and Mont Valier.
Quality fittings with large integrated kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction, American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.), dining room, large living room (large TV screen, blue ray reading, library, wood stove, etc.), local on skis (with ski rack, boot dryer and gloves, washing machine, dryer ...), 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds this 2 bunk beds 90x200, 3 bedrooms with 160x200 bed, 2 bathrooms with shower 120x80, sink and towel dryer, 2 separate toilets.
Sofa bed in the living room in 150x200.
All bedding is of high quality and very comfortable.
Relaxation area with 3-seater spa and a 3-seater sauna.
Internet available; Satellite TV with TNT decoder (Canal + possible if you bring your decoder)
Large balcony with breathtaking views of the resort and Mont Valier, with electric plancha area.
If the snow conditions are good, departure from the ski-in ski-out chalet
Security deposit of 2000 € to be paid on the day of arrival, not cashed and returned 15 days at the latest after the date of exit.

Magnifique chalet au calme dans une petite station avec un peu d animation: luge d été, karting, vtt, chasse aux tresors...Chalet tres bien équipé et décoré, tres belle vue.Plusieurs balades jusqu'à des cascades faisables avec des enfants.Attention supermarche à 40 min. 2 petites supérettes en haut de la station pour depanner

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour en famille , le chalet (que nous connaissons deja pour y avoir sejourne il y a 2 ans ) et tres fonctionel, spacieux , nous etions 10 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants , et tres bien equipe !

Amazing!

Logement superbe! Très Bien équipé ! Literie de qualité. Encore plus beau en vrai que sur photos! Très convivial emplacement idéal. Les commerçants du village sont adorables. Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour malgré le manque de neige.

Super Chalet

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec nos enfants et petits enfants, la neige était au rendez-vous, juste un petit souci avec le jacuzzi qui fonctionnait mal, mais le propriétaire à toujours été réactif ce qui est appréciable. Chalet très pratique et confortable avec vue sur les montagnes sans vis à vis. Très bien équipé. Supérette très sympa. 1 seule journée de neige pendant laquelle nous avons fait de la luge avec ls enfants. Agence et propriétaire à l'écoute Excellent séjour malgré l'absence de neige.

location conforme au descriptif. Equipement au top et hyper complet. Le chalet offre une vue magnifique sur la vallée et il y a de nombreuses balades à faire dans un environnement assez proche et, cerise sur le gâteau, le jacuzzi et la sauna sont là pour vous délasser et décontracter en fin de journée.

Un séjour au top

2ème année dans ce chalet, toujours aussi magnifique par la vue imprenable et l'espace qu'il offre, et son équipement au top. Nous étions 10, avec 3 générations et tout le monde y a trouvé son compte, tant dans le logement que par les activités aux alentours. Un hôte parfait et à l'écoute. Vraiment une superbe semaine. Impossible de se lasser du coucher du soleil sur la terrasse.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le chalet est très bien équipé, environnement calme et vue splendide sur la chaine de montagne! Petit bémol le sauna n’a pas fonctionné et quelques mauvaises surprises au niveau de l’entretien… Par contre emplacement idéal avec vue sur la station et accès à pieds en 3mn.

Tout était parfait... Appartement superbe tant au niveau des équipements très complets et qualitatifs que du panorama qu'il offre. Nous étions 9 et étions tout à fait à l'aise. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir le beau temps avec nous, qui nous a permis de profiter du panorama dont on ne peut pas se lasser. Bref, un séjour parfait...

Chalet spacieux très agréable comportant des équipements hauts de gamme.

Séjour parfait dans un environnement agréable au pied des pistes de Guzet-neige. La location est conforme aux descriptions et présente des prestations de très bonnes qualités. Le chalet a été entièrement refait avec des matériaux de qualité, il est situé dans un écrin de verdure au calme. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et toujours de bons conseils.
