Casa Serenity, a stylish comfortable one bedroom apartment.

Villa Beatriz, the main house and our home, also has two separate, stylish, self-contained apartments 'Casa Serenity' and 'Casa Oasis' which are set in 6,000 m2 of gardens and olive groves on the side of ‘El Hacho’ mountain. With a large shared sun terrace and a 10m x 5m salt water swimming pool overlooking magnificent views of the Guadalhorce valley, it is an ideal setting to wind down or as a base to explore southern Spain.

On their first day our guests are welcome to join us for a complimentary breakfast, to ease you into your holiday.

Evening dining is offered with us, which is a 5 course meal with aperitifs and wine available at EUR 25 per adult, there is also or a child friendly menu at EUR 12, on reservation in the morning. The menu is available on request.

The 155 cm double bed is fitted with a mattress topper and 300 count cotton sheets, there is also a 140 cm leather sofa bed for extra guests.

The kitchen is fitted with microwave, oven, 4 ring electric hob, kettle and toaster, as well as the usual kitchenware.

Use of the 10 by 5 metre salt water swimming pool, sun terrace and gardens is included. We have bicycles for guest use, free of charge and pool towels are provided. A compact gym is available on request.

We live on the premise and like to dine and interact with our guests. My husband and I are retired professionals who have lived around the world, having spent the last 8 years in Dubai. I am a medical doctor and my husband is a consultant marine engineer We enjoy cooking, hosting and sharing our home with others.

We 45 minutes from Malaga Airport and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. Local hiking through the olive and almond groves on the side of ‘El Hacho’ mountain is on the door. For those who enjoy the outdoors 25 minutes away is the recently refurbished ‘Caminito del Rey’ and El Choro reservoirs where you can enjoy stunning views and water sports. Although a car offers easy access there is a direct train link from Malaga, the airport and to local destinations. The house is situated only 2 km outside the white washed hilltop town of Alora with local restaurants, tapas bars.
