The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms which are made up of a double, a ground floor double with en-suite and a twin as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with solid fuel stove as well as a games room with snooker table and table tennis table. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a courtyard garden including shared use of the outdoor swimming pool. Set in a stunning location, Barn Cottage is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Shared use of Pool House with refreshments with honesty policy and heated outdoor swimming pool with furniture which is open weekdays between June and September. Shared use of games room with children's pool table and table tennis. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: The pool is heated by solar panels, and therefore the pool being heated is weather dependent. Property is 3.5miles outside of St. Ives, frequent trains from St. Erth (local village)
