Our townhouse consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. Its bright and cheerful contemporary coastal style transports you directly to the sea.
Light can be the most important feature and white and blue are the distinctive colors of its interior.
We have completely renovated and decorated it in 2017 with the aim of maintaining clear views and ensuring that our guests feel at home.
The house has about 150 m2 and is spread over three floors. The visitor enters the central floor, where you will find an entrance hall, two bedrooms of which one en suite and the guest service. The upper floor has the living / dining room with open kitchen and the terrace facing the sea. The third bedroom with separate shower room, dressing room and separate office overlooking the sea is located on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1: has a full bathroom with bath and ocean view, shower, sink and toilet. Bed size: 160x200cm.
Bedroom 2: includes a separate section with washbasin. Two beds with size 80x200cm.
Bedroom 3: offers a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet; A dressing room. Two beds with size 90x200cm. This part of the house also has a separate office with work table and TV and with sofa bed. In fact, this is a fourth bedroom in which a seventh guest could be accommodated. This room also offers sea views.
AREA OF THE LIVING ROOM
The living / dining space has a fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge section with TV, electric fireplace and dining area. Its sliding doors open to breathtaking frontal sea views, leading to a terrace with a BIOSUN pergola and equipped with terrace furniture. The terrace offers not only frontal views to the sea, but also lateral views to the Costa de Estepona.
From the terrace there is access to a small private garden of 50m2 which in turn gives access to the promenade from where you can enjoy views of the African coast and Gibraltar. The garden facing east / south and west has been equipped with sun loungers to enjoy the sun all day long.
In addition, the house has a separate toilet, is fully air conditioned with hot and cold air, has fitted wardrobes or dressing room in each room, a separate washing area, WI-FI access and international TV channels.
The property has been completely renovated in 2017. We wanted the place to be relaxed, cozy and at the same time functional, with a combination of indoor and outdoor living.
ACCESS TO THE HOUSE
The visitors advance from the parking area in Bahia Dorada IV, through stairs to the front sea of the urbanization. They can also avoid ladders by using the parking area of Golden Bay V and walk to the house through the Paseo Marítimo.

ABOUT GOLDEN BAY
The complex Bahía Dorada is located to the west of the municipality of Estepona, about 4 km from the city and about 5 km from its marina. The urbanization covers a total area of 240 130 square meters. Its population density is of no more than 70 inhabitants per hectare and at least 20% of its total surface is formed by green zones.
Access to the houses is only possible thanks to its pedestrian paths. The common spaces spread throughout the whole and include extensive gardens, a total of six swimming pools and two tennis courts.
In contrast to the general model of urbanizations on the Costa del Sol, parking areas are completely separated from residential areas. The urbanization offers several parking areas near the motorway.
