The structure is a portion of an old Leopoldina, a typical building of this area, the Val di Chiana, and dates back to 1700. Thanks to a careful restoration aimed at preserving the typical style of the structure, the owners have created a welcoming environment, cozy and full of charm, with a large outdoor area and well thought interiors with all the necessary amenities for your use in order to make your holiday unforgettable.
The accommodation consists of a main building and an annex and can accommodate up to 8 people, 6 in the main house of the Leopoldina portion (180 sq m) and 2 in the annex (50 square meters). Outside you have a beautiful gazebo and a comfortable stone barbecue at your disposal ideal for al fresco dining. The pool area is particularly nice and spacious and is equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor solar shower. The pool, fully exposed to the sun gate throughout the day (4 x 8 meters, depth 1.20 meters - open from 15 April to 30 September) has an access gate and is completely fenced. Also the property is completely delimited thus making it an ideal accommodation for those who like to travel with their animal friends. Free parking available. Free Wi Fi.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Casa I Pini has spacious and comfortable interiors. The main building, the Leopoldina, has two entrances on the ground floor. The first access takes you directly to the spacious kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking and complete with dining table; the kitchens location is very convenient in order to reach the gazebo and the outdoor barbecue. On the left side of the kitchen there is a small living room with sofa, satellite TV and DVD; on the right side instead you will access a second living room with sofas and fireplace. Always on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room leads, through an internal staircase, to the sleeping area located on the first floor. There is a very spacious triple room, furnished with a double and a single bed. Furthermore you have a second double room and bathroom with shower at your disposal. The last room is always a double room with private bathroom with shower.
In front of the villa lies the charming and comfortable annex. It develops on the ground floor only and consists of a kitchen complete with dining table, fireplace and seating area and a master bedroom with bathroom with shower.
